粘接式超长EPGC1板刮刀,属于造纸设备设计 与制造技术领域。该项技术,对环氧玻璃丝布层压板 (EPGC1板)采用胶粘方法,获得2.5米以上超长规 格的层压板,用这种粘接板制做不划损造纸机烘缸和 压光辊表面的刮刀,刮刀的特征是刀体由2~3块 EPGC1板粘合在一起,相邻两板具有相对搭接面, 其间为粘合剂层。

Description

粘接式超长EPGC1板刮刀,属于造纸设备设计与制造技术领域。
造纸机械所用刮刀的已有技术是带锯钢片刮刀和磷青铜板刮刀。由于带锯钢片和磷青铜板坚硬,在生产过程中对造纸机烘缸、压光辊划磨严重,使烘缸、压光辊表面出现径向沟纹,缩短了烘缸和压光辊的使用寿命,并使生产的纸幅软硬不匀,生产中纸张经常断头,影响产品的质量和产量。
粘接式超长EPGC1板刮刀的发明目的,是为造纸机械提供一种不磨损烘缸和压光辊的非金属刮刀。
由于生产EPGC1板的热固化设备工作台面几何尺寸的限制,成品EPGC1板达不到造纸机械用刮刀对长度的要求,限制了EPGC1板在造纸机械上的应用。本实用新型是对环氧玻璃丝布层压板(EPGC1板)采用胶粘方法,获得2.5米以上超长规格的层压板,用这种粘接板制做造纸机烘缸和压光辊刮刀,使刀体具有螺栓紧固孔和刮刀刃,而刮刀的特征在于刀体是由2~3块EPGC1板粘合在一起,相邻两板具有相对搭接面,其间为粘合剂层。
本实用新型的结构如附图1及附图3所示:
刮刀体(1)由1-A和1-B二块EPGC1板经胶粘成一体,其上钻有螺栓紧固孔(2),刨削有刮刀刃(4),胶粘接合面(3)是1-A和1-B二块EPGC1板粘接的接合面。
本实用新型为纸机烘缸和压光辊提供了一种取代带钢或磷青铜刮刀的超长非金属刮刀,它质地细腻、密实,与纸机烘缸、压光辊间的摩擦系数小,高强耐磨,粘接面硬度均匀并与EPGC1板硬度一致,刨削加工不起层、不起毛,刃口易加工成型。在造纸机烘缸、压光辊上使用,不损伤辊面,可延长烘缸和压光辊的使用寿命,减少停机换辊次数,每台3150纸机每年可增收节支24万元。

本实用新型的工艺流程如下:
1、用切割锯分别对1——A板和1——B板胶粘接合面的内边界线进行切割,切割深度达胶粘接合面。
2、用刨刀剔出胶粘接合面。
3、在胶粘接合面上挂上粘接胶。
4、将1——A及1——B板上的胶粘接合面镜像重叠合于同一平面,用夹具夹紧后置于烘干炉加热。
5、浸漆。
6、钻出螺栓紧固孔。
7、刨削刃口。

1、粘接式超长EPGC1板刮刀,刀体具有螺栓紧固孔和刮刀刃,其特征是刀体由2~3块EPGC1板粘合在一起,相邻两板具有相对搭接面,其间为粘合剂层。
