本实用新型提供一种单手操作即可控量取出物 品的包装容器。它主要包括敞口容器和同容器口吻 合的盖，其特征在于盖上具有一个出料孔和带有自动 复位定位装置的揿钮，出料孔的上下口设有上、下闸 板，它们具有相互错位的孔，上、下闸板连着揿钮。只 要携着容器的手指一按揿钮就可由出料孔限量取出 物品，放开手指就自动复位。本实用新型具有结构简 单、动作可靠、操作方便、卫生实用的优点。它适用包 装粉状或颗粒物品，特别适合包装味精等调味品。

Description

本实用新型涉及包装粉状或颗粒物品的容器，特别是控量取物品的容器。
现在普通用来包装粉状或颗粒物品的容器虽然很多，有瓶、罐、盒、袋等，但它们存在同样的缺陷，即不仅需用双手才能取出物品，而且不易控制取出物品的量，特别是对那些倒出后就不可能回收的物品，上述缺陷就更明显，如味精、盐等调味品倒入菜中，洗衣粉倒入水中，溶质倒入溶剂中都无法回收，再如药粉、药丸倒出后，由于不卫生而不宜回收。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的上述不足提出改进，从而提供一种单手操作便可控量取出物品的包装容器。
本实用新型主要包括一个敞口容器（1），一个与容器口相吻合的盖（12），其特征在于：盖（12）具有一个出料孔（7），该孔上、下壁均有垂直于孔的导槽，上面导槽设有上闸板（10），下面导槽设有下闸板（8），盖（12）还有一个侧孔，所述导槽与侧孔相通，侧孔中设有一个带自动复位定位装置的揿钮（2），上闸板（10）、下闸板（8）同揿钮（2）固定连接，揿钮（2）带着上、下闸板在导槽中滑动，上闸板上有孔（6），下闸板上有孔（5），孔（5）、孔（6）同出料孔（7）大小相等，孔（5）与孔（6）在闸板滑动方向排开，孔距不少于一个孔径。
所述揿钮（2）带有的自动复位定位装置由弹簧（3）和定位销（9）组成，弹簧（3）最好设在揿钮内，其静端支撑在盖内，动端顶住揿钮，定位销（9）固定在下闸板上。
盖（12）朝向容器的一面最好为锥形面（13），这便于物品进入出料孔（7）。
上闸板（10）上面靠近揿钮（2）有一凸台（4），它随着揿钮滑动时可破碎出料孔口部可能板结的物品。
盖（12）朝外一端有空腔（11），它利于排除上、下闸板可能带出的物品，以保证上、下闸板滑动灵活。
下面通过附图给出的最佳实施例具体地对本实用新型结构作进一步描述。
图1和图2为实施例的结构示意图，图1所示自然状态也即为揿钮定位后的状态；图2所示为揿钮按进时的状态。
参见图1和图2，（1）表示敞口容器，（12）表示盖，盖（12）与容器口紧密配合，盖（12）有一个侧孔，盖中央有一个出料孔（7），该孔的上、下壁均有垂直于孔的导槽，它们与侧孔相通，上面的导槽有上闸板（10），下面的导槽有下闸板（8），上闸板（10）、下闸板（8）同侧孔中的揿钮（2）连成一体，揿钮（2）带着上、下闸板来回滑动，揿钮（2）由设在其内的弹簧（3）和固定在下闸板上的定位销（9）自动复位定位，弹簧（3）的静端支撑在盖内，动端顶住揿钮，上闸板上有孔（6），下闸板上有孔（5），孔（5）、孔（6）同出料孔（7）大小相等，孔（5）和孔（6）在闸板滑动方向排开，孔距等于一个孔径，上闸板上面靠近揿钮（2）有一凸台（4），盖（12）朝向容器一面为锥形面（13），盖朝外一端有空腔（11）。参见图1，在自然状态下，孔（6）对准出料孔（7），下闸板（8）封闭出料孔下口，此时物品进入出料孔；再参见图2，携容器的手指按进揿钮（2），孔（5）与出料孔连通，上闸板（10）封闭出料孔上口，物品不再进入出料孔，而出料孔中限量的物品可倒出，放开手指，在弹簧作用下，揿钮带着上、下闸板回复到原来状态。
本实用新型具有结构简单，动作可靠，单手操作，控量取物、实用卫生的优点。它适用于包装粉状或颗粒物品，特别适合包装味精等调味品。

1、一种控量取物品的包装容器，它主要包括一个敞口容器(1)，一个与容器口相吻合的盖(12)，其特征在于：盖具有一个出料孔(7)，该孔上、下壁均有垂直于孔的导槽，上面导槽设有上闸板(10)，下面导槽设有下闸板(8)，盖还有一个侧孔，所述导槽与侧孔相通，侧孔中设有一个带自动复位定位装置的揿钮(2)，上闸板(10)、下闸板(8)同揿钮(2)固定连接，揿钮(2)带着上、下闸板在导槽中滑动，上闸板上有孔(6)，下闸板上有孔(5)，孔(5)、孔(6)同出料孔(7)大小相等，孔(5)与孔(6)在闸板滑动方向排开，孔距不少于一个孔径。
2、根据权利要求1所述的包装容器，其特征在于揿钮（2）所带的复位定位装置由弹簧（3）和定位销（9）组成，弹簧（3）最好设在揿钮（2）内，其静端支撑在盖内，动端顶住揿钮，定位销（9）固定在下闸板上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的包装容器，其特征在于盖朝向容器的一面为锥形面（13）。
4、根据权利要求3所述的包装容器，其特征在于上闸板上面靠近揿钮（2）有一凸台（4）。
5、根据权利要求4所述的包装容器，其特征在于盖朝外一端具有空腔（11）。
