By rotating the screw 323, the clamping plates 31 can move along the width direction of the conveyor belt 1, so that the two clamping plates 31 can clamp glass with different widths.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper and lower ends of the clamping plate 31 are integrally formed with an adjusting plate 33, and the adjusting plate 33 is provided with a first dovetail groove 331 extending in the width direction of the conveyor belt 1; two first dovetail blocks 231 which are slidably embedded in the corresponding first dovetail grooves 331 are fixed on the dust hood 23. The size of the opening of the dust hood 23 can be adjusted by the adjusting plate 33 through the sliding of the first dovetail block 231 in the first dovetail groove 331; when the glass width becomes smaller, the cover opening of the dust suction cover 23 also becomes smaller, so that the dust suction cover 23 can suck dust on the glass surface with a larger suction force.
Four brushes 34 are arranged between the two clamping plates 31, and one end of each brush 34 is provided with a third dovetail groove 341 extending along the width direction of the conveyor belt 1; two third dovetail blocks 311 which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction are fixed on the opposite sides of the two clamping plates 31. The two brushes 34 can brush off dust on the surface of the glass, so that the cleaning effect on the glass is improved; because the two brushes 34 are arranged in a staggered manner, the two brushes 34 can brush off dust on the surfaces of glass with different widths; the third dovetail block 311 is separated from the third dovetail groove 341 by moving the brush 34, thereby facilitating the replacement of the brush 34.
The opposite sides of the two clamping plates 31 are respectively provided with a second dovetail groove 312 extending along the vertical direction, a second dovetail block 351 is embedded in the second dovetail grooves 312 in a sliding mode, the second dovetail block 351 is fixedly provided with an installation plate 35, and the installation plate 35 is rotatably connected with a plurality of pressing wheels 352.
