Abstract

一种气浮室为卧式筒形封闭并能数个垒叠组合 成蜂窝状的长筒形多面壳体，承分槽为内置于气浮室 中的直槽卧筒型气浮分离器，不仅结构简单、扩展处 理能力时气浮室能多个垒叠组合减少占地面积，且造 价低廉，密集悬浮分离后干度可达3～10％，出液残 余悬浮物仅为原来1/10～1/20。

Description

本实用新型涉及水处理设备技术领域。
目前，工业上用于处理悬浮物废水的装置气浮净水器由于需要一套刮渣机及其传动机构，不仅占地面积大且机构复杂，故造价昂贵，不利于大型化。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既减少一套刮渣装置，又节约占地面积的卧筒型气浮分离器。
为了实现上述任务，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一个中心线平行于水平线安置的封闭式壳体为气浮室，且气浮室是一个能够数个垒叠组合成蜂窝状的长筒形多面壳体。气浮室内设有释放器并连接管道通向室外，气浮室内有一平行于气浮室中心线，与气浮室连接并与气浮室上壁设有间隙的直槽为承分槽，承分槽连接管道通向气浮室外，一带孔的弧形长簿板罩着气浮室的内下壁为收液器。另一根管道连通气浮室内外，气浮室的一端设有液位控制器，气浮室的外壳设有支撑脚。
由于采用了上述内置承分槽的卧式筒型的气浮分离器。不仅结构简单，扩展处理能力时气浮室能够垒叠组合，减少占地面积，密集悬浮分离后干度可达3～10％，分离后出液残余悬浮物仅为原来的1／10～1／20，且造价低廉。

图1、2中：1.气浮室、2.支撑脚、3.进液管、4.排污管、5.出水管、6.承分槽、7.释放器、8.收液器、9.控制器。
如图1、2所示：气浮室①是一个中心线平行于水平线安置的封闭式壳体，而且是一个能够数个垒叠组合成蜂窝状的长筒形多面壳体。气浮室内设有释放器⑦，并连接室外进液管③，气浮室内上部有一平行于气浮室中心线与气浮室连接并与气浮室上壁设有间隙的直槽为承分槽⑥，承分槽⑥接连室外排污管④。一带孔的弧形长簿板罩着气浮室的内下壁为收液器⑧，气浮室的一端设有液位控制器⑨，一根出水管⑤连通气浮室。气浮室外壳设有支撑脚②。

1、一种卧筒型气浮分离器，由气浮室、释放器，液位控制器组成，其特征在于气浮室是一个中心线平行于水平线的封闭式筒状壳体①，气浮室内设有释放器⑦连接管道③通向气浮室外，气浮室内上部有一平行于气浮室中心线，与气浮室连接，并与气浮室内上壁设有间隙的直槽为承分槽⑥，承分槽连接管道④通往气浮室外，一带孔的弧形长簿板罩着气浮室的内下壁为收液器⑧，另一管道⑤连通气浮室内外，气浮室的一端设有液位控制器⑨，气浮室的外壳设有支撑脚②。
2、根据权利要求1所说的卧筒型气浮分离器，其特征在于气浮室  是一个能够数个垒叠组合成蜂窝状的长筒形多面壳体。
