液体分配器是一种利用活塞在泵体中运动，使泵体内气体流动，压强变小，泵体外的压强不变，泵体内、外产生压强差，通过压强差将液体导流出泵体，而根据其大小不同，分为微型液体分配器和大型液体分配器两种，微型液体分配器是一种微型的手动液体分配器，其主要用于化妆品、乳液、香水、水等液体的存取，根据其结构和功能不同分为扳手式液体分配器、乳液泵、香水液体分配器等；现有的液体分配器内部需要安装金属弹簧，使其在回收时需要拆分，导致回收不便，且金属弹簧长期使用后存在受腐蚀问题以及疲劳强度问题，导致其使用寿命短，同时制造成本较高。

(一)要解决的技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种高弹性塑料弹簧及其液体分配器，以克服现有技术中金属弹簧易锈蚀、需拆解才能回收导致回收不便的问题。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种高弹性塑料弹簧，所述弹簧包括第一定位环和第二定位环，所述弹簧的前后端交叉设置有弹性部，所述弹性部的两端分别连接所述第一定位环和所述第二定位环，所述第一定位环与所述第二定位环起到定位所述弹性部的作用，所述弹性部呈波浪形且至少设有一个弧面，所述弧面处均设有支撑环，所述支撑环起到了防止所述弹性部变形外扩的作用，使其可以在压缩后复位，降低使用疲劳。
进一步的，所述弹性部竖直方向呈螺旋状，使得其弹性更好，所述第一定位环、所述第二定位环以及所述支撑环均为中空环，且外径与内径均相同，所述弹性部与所述第一定位环和所述第二定位环连接处的夹角为50-120°，通过设置一定的夹角使得所述弹性部的支撑力度更强，且回弹力大，疲劳强度高。
进一步的，所述第一定位环或所述第二定位环与相邻的所述支撑环的间距为所述支撑环直径的1.5-2.5倍，通过合适的高度比例设置可以进一步提高所述弹簧的弹力。
进一步的，本实用新型还提供一种液体分配器，所述液体分配器包括液体分配器本体和所述弹簧，所述液体分配器本体包括出液头帽、连接盖和泵室，所述出液头帽以及所述泵室分别套装在所述连接盖的上下两端，所述弹簧安装在所述泵室内且上端抵靠在所述出液头帽上，所述连接盖用于连接液体分配器瓶体，所述弹簧用于带动所述出液头帽复位。
进一步的，所述泵室内定位安装有定位套，所述定位套内活动套装有吸管，所述吸管的上端置于所述出液头帽内，所述出液头帽的下端设有外螺纹，所述定位套上设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹，所述定位套的表面还设有凸筋。
进一步的，所述第一定位环、所述第二定位环以及所述支撑环与所述弹性部之间形成有容置腔，所述吸管置于所述容置腔内。

具体实施方式
参阅图1～图4，为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种高弹性塑料弹簧，该弹簧用于安装在液体分配器内，该弹簧1包括第一定位环101和第二定位环102，弹簧1的前后端交叉设置有弹性部103，弹性部103的两端分别连接第一定位环101和第二定位环102，弹性部103呈波浪形且至少设有一个弧面104，弧面104处均设有支撑环105，其中弹性部103用于提供弹力，支撑环105起到了支撑弹性部103的作用，使其在压缩时不会过度变形，第一定位环101与第二定位环102用于定位弹性部103的两端，本实施例中，弹性部103竖直方向呈螺旋状，通过螺旋状的设置使得弹簧1的弹性更好。
参阅图4，本实施例中，第一定位环101、第二定位环102以及支撑环105均为中空环，且外径与内径均相同，弹性部103与第一定位环101和第二定位环102连接处的夹角为50-120°，第一定位环101或第二定位环102与相邻的支撑环105的间距为支撑环105直径的1.5-2.5倍，通过设定一定的夹角与间距竖直，可以使弹簧1保持较高的弹性和疲劳强度。
参阅图1～图3，本实施例中，液体分配器本体包括出液头帽2、连接盖3和泵室4，其中出液头帽2以及泵室4分别套装在连接盖3的上下两端，弹簧1安装在泵室4内且上端抵靠在出液头帽2上，连接盖3用于连接外部的瓶体；泵室4内定位安装有定位套5，定位套5内活动套装有吸管6，吸管6的上端置于出液头帽2内，且出液头帽2的下端设有外螺纹201，定位套5上设有与外螺纹201配合的内螺纹501，液体分配器在使用前，外螺纹201与内螺纹501锁合，现有的产品在锁合后容易导致弹簧无法复位完全，影响后续使用，而该弹簧1的疲劳强度较高，不会影响后续复位，拆封前出液头帽2通过外螺纹201和内螺纹501固定在定位套5上，该定位套5的表面还设有凸筋502，通过凸筋502将定位套5固定在连接盖3内；本实施例中，第一定位环101、第二定位环102以及支撑环105与弹性部103之间形成有容置腔106，吸管6置于容置腔106内。

5.一种液体分配器，包括液体分配器本体以及权利要求1所述的高弹性塑料弹簧，其特征在于：所述液体分配器本体包括出液头帽(2)、连接盖(3)和泵室(4)，所述出液头帽(2)以及所述泵室(4)分别套装在所述连接盖(3)的上下两端，所述弹簧(1)安装在所述泵室(4)内且上端抵靠在所述出液头帽(2)上。

7.根据权利要求6所述的液体分配器，其特征在于：所述出液头帽(2)的下端设有外螺纹(201)，所述定位套(5)上设有与所述外螺纹(201)配合的内螺纹(501)，所述定位套(5)的表面还设有凸筋(502)。
