In other instances, well-known features have not been described in order to avoid obscuring embodiments of the present invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
The utility model provides a cooking utensil. According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be for electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or other cooking utensil, and according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee, a kind of deep pot hot water, fried dish. The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, according to the present invention, a cooking appliance 1 has a cooking appliance main body 10. In one embodiment, the cooking appliance main body 10 may include a pot body 11 and a lid body 12. The pot body 11 may be substantially configured in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped or a cylinder or a truncated cone. An inner pot (not shown) may be provided in the pot body 11. For example, the pot body 11 may have a cavity (not shown) therein in a cylindrical shape, and the inner pot may be freely put into or taken out of the cavity to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening for containing materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot. The pot body 11 is usually provided therein with a heating means (not shown) for heating the inner pot. The lid 12 is provided to be openable and closable with respect to the pot body 11. For example, the lid body 12 may be configured to be pivotably connected to the pot body 11 about a pivot axis. When the cover 12 is closed, a cooking space is formed between the cover 12 and the inner pot.
Of course, as an alternative embodiment, the cooking appliance main body may not be provided with the lid, but the cooking space is formed separately by the pot body, and the cooking space is not necessarily closed.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the cooking appliance 1 further comprises a weighing device 20. From this, according to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil has the function of weighing to can know accurately through the mode of weighing that to add into the weight of the edible material or the water of culinary art space, so that provide accurate guidance for the reasonable meal of user.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4 to 7, the weighing device 20 includes a fixing portion 21 and a sensing portion 22, and the sensing portion 22 is connected to the fixing portion 21. The fixing portion 21 is fixed to a bottom case of the cooking appliance main body 10. The cooking appliance 1 is further provided with feet 30. The legs 30 are connected to the sensing part 22 and support the cooking appliance body 10 in a state where the cooking appliance 1 is placed in a normal use state. Thereby, the entire gravity of the cooking appliance body 10 is applied to the sensing part 22 through the fixing part 21. The sensing part 22 is elastically deformed by the gravity of the cooking appliance main body 10, and the degree of the elastic deformation is greater as the gravity is greater. Therefore, the gravity of the cooking appliance main body 10 and the elastic deformation of the sensing part 22 have a positive correlation.
The weighing device 20 also includes a sensor (not shown). The sensor is disposed in the sensing portion 22, and may be electrically connected to a control device of the cooking appliance 1 through a wire or the like. The sensor may generate a responsive electrical signal (e.g., a strain resistance signal, etc.) in response to the elastic deformation of the sensing portion 22 and transmit the electrical signal to the control device. The control device analyzes the electrical signal to obtain the weight of the cooking appliance body 10 by knowing the current gravity acting on the sensing part 22.
In the present embodiment, the weighing device 20 and the feet 30 are provided at the bottom of the cooking appliance main body 10. On the one hand, the cooking appliance body 10 can be conveniently supported, and on the other hand, the overall structure of the cooking appliance 1 can be kept compact. However, it is understood that the weighing device 20 and the support legs 30 may be disposed at any position of the cooking appliance main body 10 as long as they can function to support the cooking appliance main body 10 such that the gravity of the cooking appliance main body 10 is completely exerted on the sensing part 22.
Preferably, at least two sets of weighing devices 20 and corresponding feet 30 may be provided and spaced circumferentially along the bottom of the cooking appliance body 10 for accurate weighing.
As shown in fig. 2, the weighing device 20 is constructed in a square, flat plate-like structure. The square sides constitute a fixing portion 21 for attachment to the cooking appliance body 10. The sensing portion 22 is substantially constructed in a shape of a Chinese character 'shan', is located inside a square, and is connected to the fixing portion 21.
Referring again to fig. 3, the cooking appliance body 10 is provided at the bottom with a mounting structure 15 for mounting a weighing device 20. The mounting structure 15 comprises in particular two runners 151 extending in the transverse direction and having opposite openings. When the weighing device 20 is mounted, the opposite side edges of the fixing portion 21 slide into the two sliding grooves 151, respectively, in the lateral direction. The slide groove 151 limits the fixing portion 21 so that the weighing device 20 is kept fixed relative to the cooking appliance body 10 in the up-down direction. A stopper 152 is provided at one end of the chute 151. When the fixing portion 21 slides along the slide groove 151 to a position where it is mounted in place, the blocking portion 152 blocks further movement of the weighing device 20 in the mounting direction.
Specifically, each sliding groove 151 may be defined by a sliding rail extending in the transverse direction and a catch portion 158 opposing the sliding rail in the vertical direction perpendicular to the bottom of the cooking appliance main body 10, and in a state where the fixing portion 21 is caught in the two sliding grooves 151, two opposite side edges of the fixing portion 21 are respectively caught between the sliding rail and the catch portion 158. This allows the weighing device 20 to be guided and held in place.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the slide rail includes a first guide portion 156 and a second guide portion 157 that are arranged at intervals in the lateral direction, and the locking portion 158 is located in the interval formed by the first guide portion 156 and the second guide portion 157 (specifically, in the space above the interval), and is opposite to the first guide portion 156 and the second guide portion 157 in the vertical direction. Thus, the locking portion 158 is shifted from and opposed to the first guide portion 156 and the second guide portion 157, and the weighing device 20 can be more firmly held at the mounting position.
Further, the mounting structure 15 further includes an additional blocking portion 153. The additional blocking portion 153 is provided at the installation entrance end of the chute 151 and is located within the installation path of the weighing device 20. In order not to interfere with the mounting of the weighing device 20, the additional blocking portion 153 is connected to the cooking device body 10 by an elastically deformable handle 154, and an escape space is provided between the cooking device body 10 and the handle 154. During the mounting of the weighing device 20, the weighing device 20 exerts a pressure on the additional blocking portion 153, at which point the handle 154 is elastically deformed, so that the additional blocking portion 153 moves away from the mounting path at least partially into the escape space. In the present embodiment, the escape space may be implemented by forming an escape hole 160 in the bottom of the cooking appliance body 10. When the weighing device 20 is mounted in place, the additional blocking portion 153 is no longer under pressure by the weighing device 20, at which point the handle 154 resiliently returns so that the additional blocking portion 153 is again located in the path of movement of the weighing device 20 and blocks the weighing device 20 from moving in the reverse direction of the mounting direction. Thereby, the weighing device 20 is fixed in the mounted position.
Preferably, the cooking appliance main body 10 is provided with a wire guide hole 155 at a position corresponding to the mounting structure 15. The wires electrically connected to the sensing portion 22 of the weighing device 20 may be electrically connected to the control device through the wire holes 155.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the sensing part 22 and the legs 30 of the weighing device 20 are each provided with a mounting hole. Referring again to fig. 6 and 7, the legs 30 may be fastened together by means of a connecting member 31, such as a screw or rivet, passing through the mounting holes of both the sensing part 22 and the legs 30 in sequence. In this way, it is possible to ensure that there is no gap between the sensing part 22 and the leg 30, thereby ensuring the accuracy of weighing. Of course, other connection methods, such as clamping, welding, etc., without using a connector can also be used to fix the legs and the sensing portion together.
According to the present invention, the cooking appliance 1 further comprises an additional support portion connected to the bottom case of the cooking appliance main body 10. The additional support portion is configured such that, in a natural state in which the sensing portion 22 of the weighing device 20 does not bear the weight of the cooking appliance main body 10 and is not deformed, the tip of the foot 30 is farther from the sensing portion 22 than the additional support portion, and a minimum distance between the tip of the foot 30 and the additional support portion (a measurement direction of the distance is a vertical direction in a normal use state of the cooking appliance 1, that is, a deformation direction of the sensing portion 22) is less than or equal to a maximum allowable elastic deformation amount of the sensing portion 22.
It is understood that the sensing part 22 has the maximum allowable elastic deformation amount. When the weight of the cooking utensil main body 10 is greater than the upper weighing limit of the weighing device 20, that is, the force applied to the sensing part 22 is greater than the upper limit that can be received by the weighing device, the deformation amount of the sensing part 22 exceeds the maximum elastic deformation amount, and at this time, the sensing part 22 is plastically deformed and is substantially maintained in the state after the plastic deformation. In which case the weighing result is extremely inaccurate. Therefore, deformation of the sensing portion 22 exceeding the maximum elastic deformation amount should be avoided.
According to the present invention, the minimum distance between the tip of the leg 30 and the additional support portion is less than or equal to the maximum allowable elastic deformation amount of the sensing portion 22. Thus, in a normal state, the legs 30 support the cooking appliance main body 10 through the sensing part 22. At this point, the weight can be normally weighed. As the food or water is added and the weight of the cooking appliance body 10 increases, the distance from the end of the leg 30 of the additional support gradually decreases, that is, the additional support gradually approaches the support surface of the cooking appliance 1. When the weight of the cooking appliance main body 10 increases to or is about to reach the upper weighing limit of the weighing device 20, the additional support is flush with the ends of the legs 30 and abuts against the support surface. Thus, the additional support part can support the cooking appliance main body 10 together with the legs 30 so as to share a part of the gravity acting on the legs 30. Since the additional support is not connected to the cooking appliance main body 10 through the weighing device 20, the part of the gravity borne by the additional support does not further deform the sensing part 22 of the weighing device 20. That is, the weight sensed by the weighing device 20 at this time is inaccurate, but the weighing device 20 can be protected from being damaged due to excessive deformation of the sensing part 22.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the additional support portion is configured as a bottom wall of the cover 14. The cover 14 is disposed in a snap-fit manner at the bottom of the cooking appliance main body 10 and covers the weighing device 20 and the outside of the legs 30. The cover 14 thus also protects the weighing device 20 and the feet 30 from damage such as knocks. Further, the cover 14 has a through hole 141. The legs 30 protrude from the through holes 141 to support the cooking appliance main body 10 individually in a normal use state. As shown in fig. 7, in the state where the pot body 11 is inverted, the sensing part 22 is in an undeformed natural state. At this point, the distal ends of the legs 30 are at a minimum distance H from the shroud 14. The minimum distance H is less than or equal to the maximum elastic deformation of the sensing portion 22 of the weighing device 20.
Preferably, there is a gap between the leg 30 and the edge of the through hole 141. That is, the legs 30 do not contact the shroud 14. This prevents the legs 30 from acting on the lid 14, thereby ensuring that the gravity of the cooking device body 10 acts on the sensing part 22 completely in the normal use state.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the cover 14 is provided with the catch 142, and the bottom of the cooking appliance main body 10 is provided with the catch hole 101. The cover 14 is fixed to the cooking appliance main body 10 by means of the catch 142 catching with the catch hole 101. However, it is also possible to provide the lid with a snap hole and the cooking appliance main body with a snap, or to provide both the lid and the cooking appliance main body with corresponding snap holes and snaps. Of course, other attachment means, for example by means of a connector such as a screw or rivet, etc., may also be used to secure the cover to the cooking appliance body.
It will be appreciated that according to the invention, the additional support part can be configured in other ways than as a bottom wall of the cover, for example as a support structure extending downwards and protruding from the bottom of the cooking appliance body, etc.
