According to the technical scheme of the invention, the cover plate heating device 3 is arranged on the cover plate assembly 2 to heat the cover plate 20, so that the temperature of the cover plate 20 is increased, the problem of condensed water of the cover plate 20 is further solved, in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled to heat according to the heating power corresponding to the food material quantity in the cooking cavity, and the heating power which is suitable for the food material quantity in the cooking cavity is selected according to the food material quantity, so that adverse effects caused by overlarge or overlarge heating power on the food material are avoided.
The cooking apparatus 100 may be an electric cooker, a cooking machine, or the like, and generally, the cooking base 1 includes a pot body 1a and an inner pot 1b disposed in the pot body 1a, wherein an inner cavity of the inner pot 1b is a cavity of the cooking apparatus 100, and when the pot cover assembly 2 covers an upper port of the cavity, the inner cavity and the inner cavity of the inner pot 1b together form the cooking cavity.
The lid body is usually hinged at one end to one side of the upper end of the cooking base 1, specifically to one side of the upper end of the pot body 1a, and further can rotate around the hinge to open and close the cooking cavity. In addition, the main body of the cooker cover comprises a cover plate 20, an inner cover 21 and a surface cover 22 arranged above the inner cover 21, wherein the inner cover 21 and the surface cover 22 are enclosed to form a mounting cavity, the cover plate 20 is arranged on the lower side of the inner cover 21, specifically, the cover plate 20 is in an assembly form, the cover plate 20 and a sealing ring 23 are fixedly connected together through a fixing ring to form a cover plate assembly, the cover plate assembly is detachably arranged on the lower side of the inner cover 21, and when the cooker cover assembly 2 is covered on the cooking seat 1, the sealing ring 23 is in sealing fit with an upper port of a cavity (for an inner cavity of an inner cooker 1b of the electric cooker), and the cover plate 20 and the cavity are enclosed to form a cooking cavity.
The cover plate heating device 3 is disposed in the pot cover main body, the structure of the cover plate heating device 3 is not limited, and may be a resistance wire, an infrared heating device, an electromagnetic heating device, or the like, in this embodiment, the cover plate heating device 3 is an electromagnetic heating device disposed in the pot cover main body, and the electromagnetic heating device is configured to electromagnetically heat the cover plate 20 when energized, specifically, the electromagnetic heating device is disposed in the mounting cavity, the electromagnetic heating device includes an electromagnetic heating coil 3a, and the electromagnetic heating coil 3a is disposed in a ring shape, and in the embodiment of the present invention, a magnetism isolating sheet (not shown) is disposed above the electromagnetic heating coil 3a in the pot cover main body.
During the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the temperature of the cover plate 20 is increased, the cover plate 20 has certain heat radiation to the food materials below the cover plate, and further, the heating control program further performs the following operations when executing: when the food material of the cooking cavity is a first food material quantity, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work according to a first power corresponding to the first food material quantity; when the food material of the cooking cavity is a second food material quantity, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work according to a second power corresponding to the first food material quantity; wherein the first amount of food material is greater than the second amount of food material, and the first power is less than the second power.
When the food amount of the cooking cavity is large, that is, the distance between the instant food and the cover plate 20 is relatively short, the heat radiation effect of the cover plate 20 on the food is relatively strong, and the loss of the moisture of the food is increased, therefore, the cover plate heating device 3 can select smaller heating power to reduce the loss of the moisture, when the food amount of the cooking cavity is relatively small, that is, the distance between the instant food and the cover plate 20 is relatively long, the heat radiation effect of the cover plate 20 on the food is relatively weak, and at the moment, the heat radiation effect of the cover plate 20 on the food can be improved by increasing the heating power of the heating device.
Specifically, taking the cooking appliance 100 as an electric cooker, and taking the cover plate heating device 3 as an electromagnetic heating device as an example, description will be given: in an electric cooker, generally, 2 cups of rice are taken as a basic unit, namely 1-2 cups are taken as a range, 3-4 cups are taken as a range, 5-6 cups are taken as a range, 7-8 cups are taken as a range, different cover plate 20 heating powers can be used in different rice amount ranges, for example, the cover plate heating device 3 is started to electromagnetically heat the cover plate 20 in a heat preservation stage, and the control device 6 can select the heating power of the corresponding cover plate heating device 3 according to different rice amounts so as to ensure the heat preservation effect of rice under different rice amounts: in the case of rice (e.g., 8 cups of rice), the control device 6 will select low power for electromagnetic heating because the surface of the rice is closer to the cover 20 when the rice is cooked, and if the temperature of the cover 20 rises faster, the surface of the rice is easily baked, and then the heat stored in the rice is more, the heat loss is slower, the temperature drop is slower, and heating with low power is beneficial to maintaining the relatively constant temperature of the surface of the rice and also beneficial to saving energy; in the case of millet (for example, 2 cups of rice), the control device 6 will select high power to perform electromagnetic heating, because the distance between the surface of the cooked rice and the cover plate 20 is long when the millet is used for cooking, the surface of the cooked rice is not easy to be baked, at this time, the heat stored in the interior of the cooked rice is less, a large amount of water vapor exists in the inner pot 1b, the water vapor is easy to be discharged from the vapor port, the heat loss is faster, the temperature drop is faster, and therefore, the high power is used for heating at this time, which is beneficial to maintaining the relative constant temperature of the surface of the cooked rice, and the phenomenon that the surface of the cover plate 20 generates more condensed water after the temperature drop to cause the cooked rice to be white is avoided; similarly, in the case of medium meters (e.g., 4 cup meters), medium power may be selected for electromagnetic heating.
The heating and opening condition of the cover 20 is not limited, and the cover heating device 3 may be turned on when the cooking apparatus 100 is turned on for heating, but there is a problem of energy waste when the cover heating device 3 is turned on at this stage because there is substantially no or little condensed water generated during the heating stage when the cooking apparatus 100 is turned on, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating and opening condition of the cover 20 is that when the cooking apparatus 100 starts to enter the heat preservation stage, the temperature of the cover 20 tends to be reduced during this stage, so that the condensed water is more easily generated.
The method for obtaining the amount of the food material is not limited, and the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with a weighing device to weigh the food material in the cooking cavity, or the user may directly input the amount of the food material, and the food material (for example, rice) containing the liquid may be measured by setting an original such as a level gauge, etc. Further, the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations: in the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, before the step of controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to heat according to the heating power corresponding to the food material amount of the cooking cavity, the method comprises the following steps: and obtaining the food material quantity in the cooking cavity.
In this embodiment, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a bottom temperature measuring device, the bottom temperature measuring device is configured to detect a bottom temperature of the cooking cavity, the control device 6 is electrically connected with the bottom temperature measuring device, the control device 6 determines, according to a change speed of the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity, an amount of food in the cooking cavity, specifically, the bottom temperature measuring device is disposed at an inner bottom of the pot body 1a, and the bottom temperature measuring device is in contact with a bottom of the inner pot 1b disposed in the pot body 1a, so as to detect a bottom temperature of the inner pot 1 b. Further, the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations: the step of obtaining the amount of food material in the cooking cavity comprises: and judging the food amount in the cooking cavity according to the change speed of the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity. Of course, the step of obtaining the food amount in the cooking cavity may also be to determine the food amount in the cooking cavity by receiving a signal detected by the weighing device; or, by receiving the signal of the input device, determining the food material amount in the cooking cavity.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a first temperature detecting device 4 and a second temperature detecting device 5, the first temperature detecting device 4 is configured to detect a steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity, the second temperature detecting device 5 is configured to detect a temperature T2 of the cover 20, the control device 6 is electrically connected to the first temperature detecting device 4 and the second temperature detecting device 5, and further, when the heating control program is executed, the following operations are further executed: after the step of controlling the cover heating device 3 to start heating when the cover 20 heating-on condition is reached, the method further comprises: during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 are obtained, and the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled so that T2-T1= DeltaT, deltaT > 0 ℃.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the cover plate heating device 33 is controlled to work, so that T2-T1= delta T > 0, namely, the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 is higher than the temperature T1 of steam, and the problem of condensed water of the cover plate 20 can be further improved.
The greater Δt is theoretically, i.e. the higher the temperature of the cover plate 20, the less likely condensate water will be formed, but the excessive temperature of the cover plate 20 will waste energy on the one hand and will cause the cover plate 20 to radiate too much heat downwards on the other hand, and further, when the heating of the cooking appliance 100 is in the heat preservation stage, the cover plate 20 with excessive temperature will have a bad influence on the food material under the cover plate 20, such as rice, for example, will cause the rice to lose moisture rapidly, etc., whereby the temperature of Δt is not too high, and in the embodiment of the present invention Δt is less than or equal to 6 ℃, preferably Δt is less than or equal to 3 ℃; moreover, considering that there is a measurement error in the second temperature detecting device 5, Δt should not be too small, otherwise it is difficult to ensure that the actual temperature of the cover 20 is higher than the steam temperature, so Δt is not less than 1 in the present embodiment.
The first temperature detecting device 4 is configured to detect the steam temperature of the cooking cavity, and the setting position of the first temperature detecting device 4 is not limited, and may be set on the cooking seat 1 or may be set on the lid main body, in this embodiment, the first temperature detecting device 44 is mounted on the lid main body, and the temperature sensing portion of the first temperature detecting device 4 extends into the cooking cavity or is set at a position communicating with the cooking cavity.
The second temperature detecting device 5 is used for detecting the temperature of the cover 20, and the second temperature detecting device 5 is not limited in theory, but in this embodiment, the second temperature detecting device 5 is disposed in the main body of the pot cover and contacts with the upper side of the cover 20 to directly detect the temperature of the cover 20.
Further, the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations:
after the step of controlling the cover heating device 3 to start heating when the set cover 20 heating-on condition is reached, it further includes:
the cover heating device 3 is controlled to be continuously heated to the heat preservation stage of the cooking appliance 100.
During the heat preservation period of the cooking appliance 100, the heating power of the cooking appliance 100 is smaller, the temperature inside the cooking appliance 100 gradually decreases, the temperature of the pot cover assembly 2 is first decreased, and further, during this period, the cover plate 20 is most likely to generate condensed water due to the decrease of temperature, so in this embodiment, the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled to continue to heat to the heat preservation period of the cooking appliance 100, and the degree of the heat preservation period is specifically continued to meet the actual design requirement.
Further, Δt is a range value, for example Δt+.3deg.C, and the heating control program, when executed, further performs the following operations:
during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the steps of obtaining the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20, and controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work so that T2-t1= Δt > 0 include:
during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 are obtained, and when the difference value of the T2-T1 exceeds the upper limit value of the range value, the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled to reduce the heating power or stop heating.
By controlling the cover heating device 3 to reduce the heating power or to suspend heating, the temperature T2 of the cover 20 and the steam temperature T1 are kept within a set value Δt, so as to avoid adverse effects caused by too high temperature, such as wasting energy, or, in the case of an electric cooker, adverse effects caused by too high temperature on rice, which have been described in detail above, and will not be repeated here.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the cooking appliance 100 is illustrated by taking an electric rice cooker as an example, and Δt is equal to or less than 3 ℃ as an example, and the electric rice cooker is divided into: a heating stage, a water absorbing stage, a boiling stage, a stewing stage and a heat preserving stage. The cover plate heating device 3 starts in the heat preservation stage, and when the cover plate heating device is opened, the heating power of the upper cover is selected according to the meter quantity, and then the upper cover IH coil is turned off to control the temperature of T2-T1 to be within 3 ℃.
Fig. 4 to 9 are diagrams illustrating an embodiment of a heating control method for a cooking appliance according to the present invention, and referring to fig. 4 to 9, and fig. 1 to 3 are also referred to below for illustrating the heating control method for the cooking appliance according to the present invention:
fig. 4 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a heating control method of a cooking appliance according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, and refer to fig. 1 to 3, wherein the heating control method of the cooking appliance 100 includes:
step S10, when the heating opening condition of the cover plate 20 is reached, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to start heating;
the heating and opening condition of the cover 20 is not limited, and the cover heating device 3 may be turned on when the cooking apparatus 100 is turned on for heating, but there is a problem of energy waste when the cover heating device 3 is turned on at this stage because there is substantially no or little condensed water generated during the heating stage when the cooking apparatus 100 is turned on, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating and opening condition of the cover 20 is that when the cooking apparatus 100 starts to enter the heat preservation stage, the temperature of the cover 20 tends to be reduced during this stage, so that the condensed water is more easily generated.
Step S20, during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to heat according to the heating power corresponding to the food material amount in the cooking cavity.
In the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the temperature of the cover plate 20 is raised, the cover plate 20 will have a certain heat radiation to the food under it, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the heating control method of the cooking appliance provided by the invention, please refer to fig. 5, and the difference is that the step S20 includes:
step S21, when the food material in the cooking cavity is a first food material amount, controlling and controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work according to a first power corresponding to the first food material amount;
step S22, when the food material in the cooking cavity is a second food material amount, controlling and controlling the cover plate heating device 3 to work according to a second power corresponding to the first food material amount;
wherein the first amount of food material is greater than the second amount of food material, and the first power is less than the second power.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of a cooking appliance heating control method provided by the invention, please refer to fig. 6, which is different from the first embodiment in that, before step S20, step S30 is further included to obtain the amount of food in the cooking cavity.
The method of obtaining the amount of the food is not limited, and the cooking apparatus 100 may be provided with a weighing device, so that the food in the cooking cavity is weighed, and the food (for example, rice) containing the liquid may be measured by providing an original such as a level gauge, and the like. Further, step S30 specifically includes: and judging the food amount in the cooking cavity according to the change speed of the bottom temperature of the cooking cavity.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a fourth embodiment of a heating control method for a cooking appliance according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, which is different from the first embodiment in that, after step S10, the method further includes:
in step S40, during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 3, the temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 are obtained, and the cover plate heating device 3 is controlled such that T2-t1= Δt, Δt > 0 ℃.
The greater Δt is theoretically, i.e. the higher the temperature of the cover plate 20, the less likely it is for condensation to form, but the excessive temperature of the cover plate 20 may waste energy on the one hand and the excessive heat radiated downward by the cover plate 20 on the other hand, and further, when the heating of the cooking appliance 100 is in the heat preservation stage, the cover plate 20 with the excessive temperature has a bad influence on the food material under the cover plate 20, such as rice, for example, the rice can quickly lose moisture, etc., so that the temperature of Δt is not too high, and in the embodiment of the present invention, Δt is less than or equal to 6 ℃, preferably Δt is less than or equal to 3 ℃; moreover, considering that there is a measurement error in the second temperature detecting device 5, Δt should not be too small, otherwise it is difficult to ensure that the actual temperature of the cover 20 is higher than the steam temperature, so Δt is not less than 1 in the present embodiment.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of a fifth embodiment of a heating control method for a cooking appliance according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, which is different from the first embodiment in that, after step S10, the method further includes:
step S11, the cover plate heating device 33 is controlled to continuously heat the cooking utensil 100 during the heat preservation stage.
During the heat preservation period of the cooking apparatus 100, the heating power of the cooking apparatus 100 is smaller, the temperature inside the cooking apparatus 100 is gradually reduced, the temperature of the lid assembly 22 is firstly reduced, and further, during this period, the lid 20 is most likely to generate condensed water due to the reduced temperature, so in this embodiment, the lid heating device 33 is controlled to continuously heat to the heat preservation period of the cooking apparatus 100, and the degree of the heat preservation period is specifically continued to meet the actual design requirement.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a sixth embodiment of a heating control method of a cooking appliance according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 9, wherein step S20 includes:
in step S20a, during the heating process of the cover plate heating device 33, the steam temperature T1 of the cooking cavity and the temperature T2 of the cover plate 20 are obtained, and when the difference between T2 and T1 exceeds the upper limit value of the range value, the cover plate heating device 33 is controlled to reduce the heating power or to suspend heating.
By controlling the cover heating device 33 to reduce the heating power or to suspend the heating, the temperature T2 and the steam temperature T1 of the cover 2020 are kept within a set value Δt, so that adverse effects caused by too high temperature, such as wasting energy, are avoided, or in the case of an electric rice cooker, adverse effects caused by too high temperature on rice are as described above.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, in the present embodiment, the cooking apparatus 100 is illustrated as an example of an electric rice cooker, and Δt is equal to or less than 3 ℃ as an example, and the electric rice cooker is divided into: a heating stage, a water absorbing stage, a boiling stage, a stewing stage and a heat preserving stage. The cover plate heating device 3 starts in the heat preservation stage, and when the cover plate heating device is opened, the heating power of the upper cover is selected according to the meter quantity, and then the upper cover IH coil is turned off to control the temperature of T2-T1 to be within 3 ℃.
