Abstract

一种均热炉排烟口多孔辐射砖,外形为长方体, 其纵断面上留有n2(n≥2)个贯通的圆孔,其材质为 耐火度≥1300℃以上的任何一种。把这种砖按圆孔 与均热炉烟道平行方向砌筑在排烟口处,在其蓄热和 反辐射热量的作用下,可大大提高能源利用率。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种均热炉排烟口多孔辐射砖,属于均热炉节能耐火元件。在现有均热炉中,特别是在上部单烧嘴均热炉中由于大断面排烟口的存在,至使排烟口处热反射能力极差,在其周围形成一个低温区,从而造成烧钢温度不均,能源浪费,产量下降等现象。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既不影响正常排烟,又能提高排烟口反辐射能力的多孔辐射砖。把这种砖砌在均热炉排烟口处,可均匀烧钢温度,节省能源,提高产量。
本实新型的多孔辐射砖,外型呈长方体状,并在其纵断面方向留有可通过烟气的园孔,把这种砖按孔洞与烟道平行方向砌筑在排烟口上,在均热炉内的高温热气通过多孔辐射砖的同时,多孔砖壁即可蓄热,又能把部分热量反辐射给炉内。正是由于这种蓄热和反辐射的作用,提高了均热炉的效率,降低或消除了排烟口处低温区的现象。

如图1所示,本实用新型的多孔辐射砖由砖壁(1)和砖孔(2)构成,园孔的个数为n2(n≥2)个,其直径大小可根据砖块大小以及均热炉排烟量的大小而定,材质为耐火度≥1300℃以上的任何一种。
本实用新型的多孔辐射砖选材方便,制造容易,把它砌筑在均热炉排烟口处,具有提高能源利用率的功效。
