An automatic sleeving machine for a U-shaped pipe welding ring is characterized by comprising an operation table, and a U-shaped pipe feeding device and a welding ring feeding device which are respectively arranged on two sides of the operation table; the operating platform comprises a machine platform and a turntable which is rotatably arranged above the machine platform; a first material loading frame, a second material loading frame and a first discharging groove are respectively arranged on the machine table; the first material carrying frame and the second material carrying frame are respectively arranged at a discharge port of the U-shaped pipe feeding device and a discharge port of the welding ring feeding device, and the bottom of the first material carrying frame and the bottom of the second material carrying frame are respectively connected with a first lifting device and a second lifting device; the turntable is provided with a plurality of grabbing devices which can simultaneously and respectively rotate to the upper part of the first material carrying rack, the upper part of the second material carrying rack and the upper part of the first discharging groove.

The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 1, wherein the gripping device comprises a first driving mechanism arranged on the rotary table, a front clamping plate fixedly arranged on the outer side of the rotary table and a rear clamping plate arranged on the back of the front clamping plate and horizontally connected with the first driving mechanism.

The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 2, wherein the gripping device further comprises a guide base arranged on the turntable, and two guide strips which are parallel to each other are fixedly arranged on the guide base; the front clamping plate is connected with a connecting rod connected with the guide base, and the rear clamping plate is movably connected with the guide strip.
4. The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 2, wherein a cushion pad is arranged on one side of the rear clamping plate, which is positioned on the back side of the front clamping plate.

The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 1, wherein a guide rail is connected to the bottom of the first material loading frame in a sliding manner, and the first lifting device is connected with the bottom of the track; the first material loading frame is also horizontally connected with a second driving mechanism; and first detection devices are arranged on two sides of a discharge port of the U-shaped pipe feeding device.
6. The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 1, wherein a discharge hole of the welding ring feeding device is provided with a second detection device.

The automatic sleeving machine for the U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 1, wherein a shaping device is further arranged on the machine table, and a third lifting device is connected to the bottom of the shaping device; after the turntable finishes rotating, the grabbing device arranged on the turntable can simultaneously rotate to the position above the first material loading frame, the position above the second material loading frame, the position above the first discharging groove and the position above the shaping device respectively; the shaping device comprises a base plate connected with the third lifting device and a pair of shaping rods arranged on the base plate.

The automatic sleeving machine for the U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 1, wherein a pair of third detection devices for detecting the sleeved U-shaped pipe are further arranged on the machine table, a third material loading frame is arranged between the third detection devices, and the bottom of the third material loading frame is connected with a fourth lifting device; after the turntable rotates, the gripping devices arranged on the turntable can simultaneously rotate to the position above the first material carrying frame, the position above the second material carrying frame, the position above the first blanking groove and the position above the third material carrying frame respectively.
9. The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 8, wherein a second blanking groove is further formed in the machine table, and the second blanking groove is formed in one side, away from the rotary table, of the third material loading frame.
10. The automatic sleeving machine for U-shaped pipe welding rings according to claim 1, wherein the U-shaped pipe feeding device and the welding ring feeding device are both vibrating feeding plates.
