the hose to be detected is sleeved on the core rod 8 on the rotary table 10 in a penetrating manner through the feeding device, and the rotary table 10 rotates under the driving of the revolution driving mechanism to drive the core rod 8 and the hose sleeved on the core rod 8 to rotate to a shooting station; subsequently, the rotation driving mechanism drives the mandrel 8 to rotate, so that the hose rotates, and the visual shooting device 6a shoots the appearance of the hose; then, the vision shooting device 6a sends the shot picture information to the intelligent judgment system, the intelligent judgment system obtains the appearance detection result of the hose through image processing, data analysis and other judgment means, and simultaneously, under the drive of the revolution driving mechanism, the hose is driven to rotate to the corresponding discharging station through the turntable 10, and finally, the discharging mechanism and the discharging device complete the discharging collection of the hose. When the intelligent judgment system can not judge the detection result of the hose, the hose is transferred to the specified discharging station (to-be-determined discharging station 6b) under the driving of the rotary table 10, the discharging of the hose is completed under the effects of the discharging mechanism and the discharging device, the hose is judged manually, the judgment result is input into the intelligent judgment system, the appearance detection result of the hose is learnt again through the deep learning module, the subsequent hose detection precision is improved, and the hose is prevented from being judged by mistake as an unqualified product.

The difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the discharging output channel on the discharging device includes a primary channel, a secondary channel, a tertiary channel, and the like. Correspondingly, the discharging station on the rotary table is correspondingly provided with a first-level product discharging station, a second-level product discharging station, a third-level product discharging station and the like. The quality of the appearance detection of the hose is divided into multiple stages, so that the hose can be classified and recycled according to high quality, and the detection precision is further improved. Of course, the blanking output channel can also be set as other evaluation channels.

An intelligent detection device for appearance of a hose comprises a feeding device, a rotary disc type detection device, a discharging mechanism and a discharging device, wherein the rotary disc type detection device comprises a rotary disc, a revolution driving mechanism for driving the rotary disc to rotate, a core rod arranged on the rotary disc, a rotation driving mechanism for driving the core rod to rotate and a visual shooting device; the automatic blanking device is characterized in that more than two discharging stations are arranged on the rotary table, the blanking device comprises more than two blanking output channels, and the blanking output channels and the discharging stations are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the intelligent judgment system is used for judging the quality result of the hose and comprises a deep learning module; the vision shooting device is electrically connected with the intelligent judgment system.
2. The intelligent detecting equipment for the appearance of the hose according to claim 1, wherein the blanking output channel of the blanking device comprises a qualified channel, an unqualified channel and a channel to be determined.
