In this embodiment, the casing rotating device 3 includes a blade separator 31 for supporting a casing roll, one end of the blade separator 31 is provided with a first baffle 311 for limiting the casing roll, the other end of the blade separator 31 is provided with a conical expansion clamp 32 for extending into the other end of the casing roll, and one side of the conical expansion clamp 32 away from the blade separator 31 is provided with a first motor 33 for intermittently rotating the conical expansion clamp 32. A second motor 34 capable of driving the conical surface bulging clamp 32 to move horizontally and linearly is arranged below the conical surface bulging clamp 32. In this embodiment, the feeding device 2 comprises at least two pulleys 22 and a conveyor belt 21 sleeved outside the pulleys 22, the conveyor belt 21 is obliquely arranged, the pulleys 22 are connected with a direct current motor 24 through an elastic coupling 23, and the output end of the conveyor belt 21 is positioned at one side of the casing rotating device 3. The feeding device 2 is mainly used for conveying the collagen sausage casing coiled in a hollow cylinder shape compressed on a forming machine at the tail end procedure of a sausage casing forming production line. The sausage casing roll can smoothly enter the sausage casing rotating device 3, the device is connected between the output port of the forming machine at the tail end of the sausage casing production line and the sausage casing rotating device 3, and is provided with a conveyor belt 21 with a certain inclination angle, and the sausage casing roll rolls down the inclined plane to a fan blade separator 31 of the sausage casing rotating device 3.
Casing rotating device 3 is mainly used for supporting, rotating and dispensing rolls of casing. The device mainly comprises a fan blade separator 31 and a conical surface bulging clamp 32, a casing roll enters the fan blade separator 31 of the device from a feeding device 2, a second motor 34 drives a screw nut mechanism to drive the conical surface bulging clamp 32 to linearly move into an inner hole of the casing roll, and a first motor 33 drives the conical surface bulging clamp 32 and the casing roll to rotate, so that the casing roll is scanned and detected for 360 degrees. The fan blade separator 31 rotates and feeds the casing into the discharge device 4.
The image processing device 5 is mainly used for controlling the height, distance, angle and the like of the camera, so that the machine can adapt to different working environments, when the sausage casing is rolled in the sausage casing rotating device 3 to rotate, the camera 51 completes image capturing data acquisition, after image signal transmission processing, an acceptable product or an unacceptable product instruction is sent out, and the rotation direction of the fan blade separator 31 in the sausage casing rotating device 3 is controlled by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the third motor 35, so that the sausage casing falls into a corresponding discharge hole, and the separation of acceptable and unacceptable products is realized.
And the discharging device 4 is mainly used for conveying and collecting the packaging boxes of the qualified products and the unqualified products. The device is positioned below the casing rotating device 3, a casing roll falls out from a fan blade separator 31 in the casing rotating device 3 and enters a material separating inclined plate 36, so that the casing enters a corresponding qualified product receiving box 41 and a unqualified product receiving table 42, and when the quantity reaches a set value, a command is sent to control a motor to drive a roller shaft 411 to rotate, so that the filled qualified product receiving box 41 is sent out by a sliding plate 412 and an empty box is moved up.
When the invention works, the sausage casing roll is compressed and molded by the sausage casing in the previous working procedure, enters the guiding inclined plane of the feeding device 2, and enters the sausage casing rotating device 3 along the inclined plane; the second motor 34 makes the conical surface bulging fixture 32 insert into the sausage casing roll and drives the sausage casing roll to complete intermittent 360-degree rotation through the first motor 33, the camera 51 positioned on the bracket of the image processing device 5 scans and samples every 90 degrees, the image processing software detects the sausage casing roll to judge whether the sausage casing roll has defects such as black spots, sand grains, holes and the like, if the sausage casing roll is waste, the sausage casing roll is qualified, counting is completed, and the third motor 35 is controlled to rotate forward or reversely according to the judgment, and when the sausage casing roll rotates forward, the qualified sausage casing roll enters the qualified product receiving box 41 along the material dividing inclined plate 36 below the fan blade separator 31; otherwise, the reject receiving table 42 is entered by the separation inclined plate 36.
