Abstract

一种用于抛物面的太阳能吸热器。由进光口、吸 热腔、吸热器外壳、加强筋、热介质入口和热介质出口 等组成。将该吸热器安装于抛物面上方,进光口对准 抛物面的焦点,焦点的光线进入吸热腔后,经过多次 漫反射,热能被吸热腔吸收,吸热腔再将热能传递给 循环的热介质,太阳能便被高效吸收利用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种抛物面的太阳能吸热器。
目前所用的抛物面的太阳能吸热装置,一般吸热效率不高。因为经过抛物面聚焦的光线集中于焦点,焦点附近温度很高,而一般吸热装置的吸热面为平面,焦点所占的面积很小,吸热面仅能吸收一部份热能,其余热能将被反射回去。从平面吸热的工作原理分析,这类吸热装置吸热效率低,不便于使用。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种抛物面的太阳能高效率吸热器。
该类太阳能吸热器由进光口、吸热腔、吸热器外壳、加强筋、热介质入口及热介质出口组成。其壳体呈球形或桶形,在壳体上装有热介质入口和出口,壳体内装有吸热腔及进光口,其表面进行发黑处理,以利于吸热,壳体与吸热腔及进光口之间构成热介质腔,便于热介质循环吸热。将该类吸热器安装在抛物面上方,使进光口的F点与抛物面焦点重合,经抛物面聚焦的光线将全部进入吸热腔,在吸热腔内光线经过多次漫反射,热能被热介质吸收。利用黑洞吸热效应,提高了吸热效率。
本实用新型的优点在于:该类太阳能吸热器,能连续循环吸收太阳能,供热过程平稳无突变现象。在全部零件中,几乎都是由金属薄板冲压成型,用焊接方法组装而成。结构简单,体积小,重量轻,便于大批量生产和推广使用。

1、一种用于抛物面聚焦的太阳能吸热器,其特征在于太阳能吸热器由进光口(2)、吸热腔(3)、外壳体(4)、加强筋(6)、热介质入口(1)、热介质出口(5)组成,吸热腔(3)呈球形或桶形,在吸热腔(3)上开有进光口(2),进光口(2)的点F与抛物面的焦点重合,吸热腔(3)与外壳体(4)之间形成一热介质腔,在壳体(4)上装有与热介质腔相通的热介质入口(1)和热介质出口(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能吸热器,其特征在于吸热腔(3)内表面经过发黑处理。
