本发明涉及一种太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器,尤其是适用于槽型抛物面聚焦太阳能的高温集热器。包括法兰1、进光口2、绝热层3、外管4、内管5、环腔6、吸热管7和玻璃窗口8等。本发明的优点在于该太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器,因为聚焦的太阳能进入集热器后,在集热器内多次反射,热量被环腔和吸热管反复吸收,循环的热介质把热量带出利用,所以提高了太阳能集热效率。该太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器结构简单,便于制造和安装使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器,尤其是适用于槽型抛物面聚焦太阳能的高温集热器。
背景技术
目前所使用的太阳能高温集热器,一般是在槽型抛物面的焦线上安装具有吸热涂层的集热管,因为焦线上聚焦的太阳能能流密度大,所以聚焦的太阳能照在集热管表面,会有部分太阳能反射出来,这种集热器一般集热效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于设计一种太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器,使聚焦的太阳能在集热器腔体内,多次反射并且被环腔和吸热管反复吸收,提高吸热效率的太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器。
本发明包括法兰1、进光口2、绝热层3、外管4、内管5、环腔6、吸热管7和玻璃窗口8等。外管4和内管5为开口的圆管,它们的开口分别连接在一起,使外管4和内管5之间形成环腔6,以用于热介质循环。外管4和内管5的开口连接处之间为进光口2,进光口2的外部有玻璃窗口8,以保持内管5内的清洁。外管4的外部有绝热层3,以减少太阳能热量的散失。内管5的内表面吸收太阳能,它的内部有环形分布的吸热管7。吸热管7表面吸收太阳能,它的内部用于热介质循环。外管4、内管5和吸热管7连接于法兰1上,法兰1用于连接热介质循环系统和多个集热器。
该太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器,在使用时将其安装在槽型抛物面聚焦的焦线上,并将进光口对准焦线,聚焦的太阳能通过进光口进入集热器,太阳能在集热器内多次反射,热量被环腔和吸热管反复吸收,循环的热介质把热量带出利用。

1.一种太阳能聚焦环腔多管集热器,包括法兰(1)、进光口(2)、绝热层(3)、外管(4)、内管(5)、环腔(6)、吸热管(7)和玻璃窗口(8),其特征在于外管(4)和内管(5)为开口的圆管,它们的开口分别连接在一起,使外管(4)和内管(5)之间形成环腔(6),外管(4)和内管(5)的开口连接处之间为进光口(2),进光口(2)的外部有玻璃窗口(8),外管(4)的外部有绝热层(3),内管(5)的内部有环形分布的吸热管(7),外管(4)、内管(5)和吸热管(7)连接于法兰(1)上。
