A manufacturing system of finger-jointed pencils is characterized by comprising a production line, wherein the production line is sequentially provided with a recovery pressing device, a dyeing device, a first cutting device, a second cutting device, a finger-jointed device, a third cutting device, a planing device, a forming device and a planing rod device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the recycling pressing device is used for pressing and forming a plurality of pencil boards;
the dyeing device is used for dyeing the plurality of pencil boards with different or same colors according to preset requirements;
the first cutting device is used for cutting a first preset thickness from the left side and the center of the top surface of the pencil plate so as to form an upper processing groove, and is also used for cutting a second preset thickness from the left side and the center of the bottom surface of the pencil plate so as to form a lower processing groove;
the second cutting device is used for uniformly forming a plurality of inclined conical grooves on the right side surface of the pencil plate according to a preset distance and a preset depth, so that inclined conical finger-shaped tenons are formed at the right end of the pencil plate;
the finger joint device is used for selecting any two pencil boards as a first pencil board and a second pencil board, aligning the first pencil board and the second pencil board with each other, enabling the inclined cone groove of the first pencil board to be opposite to the inclined cone-shaped finger tenon of the second pencil board, gluing the opposite parts of the first pencil board and the second pencil board, enabling the opposite parts to be close to each other and jointing the opposite parts, and forming a finger joint board and a finger joint line after jointing;
the third cutting device is used for cutting off the protruding part of the top surface of the finger joint plate so as to enable the two upper processing grooves to be communicated and form a smooth top surface, and is also used for cutting off the protruding part of the bottom surface of the finger joint plate so as to enable the two lower processing grooves to be communicated and form a smooth bottom surface;
the grooving device is used for planing the finger joint plate so as to uniformly form a plurality of core grooves on the top surface of the finger joint plate;
the forming device is used for aligning the top surfaces of the two finger-joint plates with each other, enabling the core grooves on the two finger-joint plates to be opposite one to one, gluing lead cores in the core grooves, and pressing the two finger-joint plates into a whole to form a forming plate;
the shaping plate is used for being formed into a pencil, and the pencil is arranged on the shaping plate and is used for being formed into a plurality of pencil rods.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the forming device comprises an alignment assembly, a gluing assembly, and a forming assembly; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the aligning assembly is used for aligning the top surfaces of the two finger-joint plates with each other so that the core slots on the two finger-joint plates are opposite to each other one by one;
the gluing component is used for gluing a single lead core or two lead cores inside the core groove;
the forming assembly is used for pressing the two finger joint plates into a whole to form a forming plate.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the glue assembly comprises a single-lead glue construction and a double-lead glue construction; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the single lead core gluing structure is used for gluing a lead core in the lead grooves of the first pencil plate and the second pencil plate;
