The connection head 50 includes a main body 530 and a first bearing 510. The body 530 has a vertically through mounting hole in the middle thereof for the push rod 20 to pass through. The first bearing 510 is disposed between the inner wall of the mounting hole and the push rod 20. Two sides of the main body 530 are respectively provided with a butt joint portion, each butt joint portion has two extension arms 5310 oppositely arranged, and a moving space corresponding to the extension portion 330 is formed between the two extension arms 5310. The light inspection mechanism 3 further includes a light source 32, and the light source 32 is located on a side of the photographing region away from the photographing mechanism 31. The light source 32 is provided to improve the shooting effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, the utility model also comprises an electric cabinet 6, a machine table 7, and a data processing and control unit, including an industrial personal computer, a driver, corresponding wires, wire slots and the like, all arranged in the electric cabinet 6; the machine table 7 is used for supporting, the feeding mechanism 2, the lamp inspection mechanism 3 and the discharging mechanism 4 are all installed on the machine table 7, and the feeding conveying line and the discharging conveying line are arranged on the side edge of the machine table 7. 2. the gripper of the feeding mechanism 2 descends to grab the corresponding transparent soft bag 100, and the rotary driving mechanism 22 drives the gripper to swing upwards to feed the transparent soft bag 100 to the feeding area;
3. the throwing mechanism of the feeding area clamps the upper end and the lower end of the transparent soft bag 100 through a first clamping device and a second clamping device respectively, and the gripper of the feeding mechanism 2 releases the transparent soft bag 100;
4. the rotating bracket drives the whipping mechanism to revolve (taking fig. 4 as an example, the whipping mechanism makes a counterclockwise motion with the central rotating shaft as an axis), and meanwhile, the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw drive the transparent soft bag 100 to make a reciprocating self-rotation motion;
5. the shaking mechanism rotates to reach a shooting area, the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw stop rotating, liquid in the transparent soft bag 100 still continues to rotate under the action of inertia and is in a shaking state, at the moment, the camera 311 conducts multiple times of image shooting on the transparent soft bag 100 at different time points and transmits the shot images to the data processing and control unit, if foreign matters exist in the liquid, the foreign matters can change position along with the shaking of the liquid, and therefore if the position of the shadow on the image at different time points changes, the shadow can be judged to be the foreign matters existing in the liquid;
6. after shooting is finished, the rotating support continues to rotate, the swinging mechanism moves to the discharging area, the discharging mechanism 4 transfers the detected transparent soft bag 100 to the discharging conveying line 5, and the foreign matter detection process is finished.
