The invention discloses an installation and use method of a novel air suction dredge with a reamer, which comprises the following steps:
(1) two horizontal supporting horizontal plates are additionally arranged at the bottom of the suction dredge body;
(2) a hole is formed in the middle of the horizontal plate to fix a mud suction pipe and an air blowing pipe of the mud suction machine body, and holes are formed in the two ends of the horizontal plate to fix round pipes;
(3) a motor is arranged in the round pipe and is connected with the reamer through a transmission gear; the size of the reamer can be adjusted according to the geological condition of an implementation area, and the diamond mud breaking block below the reamer can be replaced; the suction dredge body and the motor are respectively provided with an independent switch for opening and closing;
(4) when the underwater mud suction device is used, the underwater mud suction device is firstly put into water, the mud suction device body is started, the air blowing pipes blow off all barriers, the device is made to sink to the bottom, the conical frame with the downward direction is arranged below the reamers, the pointed ends face downwards, the reamer is easily inserted into the bottom, the motor is started, the reamers on the two sides rotate to break the underwater mud, hard soil and rock blocks, the rock blocks are pumped out of the mud suction pipes by the aid of the mud pump, and finally the device is pulled out of the water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) two ends of the mud suction pipe are respectively provided with a reamer, and broken stones thrown out after the reamers rotate are sucked away by the mud suction pipe, so that the construction efficiency is high;
(3) the lower part of the reamer is provided with a conical frame with a downward direction, so that the device can conveniently move downwards, the inclined edge of the conical frame is provided with a diamond mud breaking block, the reamer has high efficiency of breaking the mud after rotating and long service life, and the mud breaking block is connected with the inclined edge of the conical frame through a bolt, so that the mud breaking block can be replaced when damaged, and the use cost and the maintenance time are reduced;
(4) the motor is arranged in the circular tube, so that the waterproof effect is good, and the service life is long;
(5) the device is widely applied, and can treat various complex geological conditions and improve the construction efficiency.

The height of the mud suction pipe 5 and the height of the air blowing pipe 6 are higher than that of the reamer 3, namely, the reamer 3 firstly touches hard mud or stone and is firstly smashed, then the opening of the mud suction pipe 5 just sinks to the height to suck fragments away, and the device is ingenious in design and convenient to operate, and can provide reference significance for the future open caisson construction.
