5. The headrest for the chest of any one of claims 1-4 wherein two of said grooves are spaced apart along the width of said chest headrest body;

the distance between the groove and the head end of the chest pillow is smaller than the distance between the groove and the tail end of the chest pillow.

the cross sections of the two grooves are the same.
9. The headrest for the chest of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the headrest body and the chest headrest body are both made of memory sponge.
10. The headrest for the chest of any one of claims 1-4 wherein a skin friendly velvet pillow cover is removably fitted over each of the outer surfaces of said headrest body and said chest pillow body.
