7. The headrest for the head and chest of claim 5, wherein said bottom surface of said headrest is square, said bottom surface of said headrest having a side length of 60 cm;
the radius of the notch of the groove is 7.5 cm;
the distance between the notch of the groove and the head end of the chest pillow is not less than 15 cm;
in the width direction of the chest pillow body, the distance between the two ends of the chest pillow body and the notch of the groove is not less than 10 cm;
the height of the head end of the chest pillow is 12 cm; the height of the tail end of the chest pillow is 6 cm.
8. The headrest for the chest of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein, in the height direction of said chest headrest body, two of said grooves are through grooves;
the cross sections of the two grooves are the same.
9. The headrest for the chest of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the headrest body and the chest headrest body are both made of memory sponge.
10. The headrest for the chest of any one of claims 1-4 wherein a skin friendly velvet pillow cover is removably fitted over each of the outer surfaces of said headrest body and said chest pillow body.
