In the cooking process, the formed condensed water or oil-water mixture is gradually collected to the top position of the sliding cover 43 and stored, when the water level exceeds a certain degree, the water level probe sends a signal to the wastewater pump 7, the wastewater pump 7 is started and carries out vacuum pumping operation on the drain valve assembly 4, and therefore automatic water drainage is achieved.
The operation process of the steam cooking device provided by the embodiment is roughly as follows:
the steam generator 2 is started to inject the generated steam into the inner container 1 through the steam pipe 3. After the steam cooking device finishes cooking operation, the door lock on the door body can be preferentially locked, so that the situation that a user opens the door suddenly to cause high-temperature steam to cause thermal burn to the user is prevented, and the door lock is automatically opened until the inner container is naturally cooled to a preset temperature.
When the temperature of the inner container detects that the door body has a door opening action under the condition of being higher than the preset temperature, the exhaust pump is controlled to be started, and high-temperature steam is discharged to the outside through the exhaust valve assembly and the air guide pipe in sequence, so that the aim of quickly cooling the inner container is fulfilled.
Meanwhile, in the cooking process, high-temperature steam forms condensed water after exchanging heat with the inner container 1, and the condensed water is continuously collected on the bottom wall of the inner container 1, flows into the upper part of the sliding cover 43 through the water inlet of the water drain valve assembly 4 and is continuously collected on the sliding cover 43.
The water level of the condensed water on the sliding cover 43 is monitored in real time by the water level probe, when the preset time or the water level exceeds a certain height, the water level probe sends a signal to the wastewater pump 7, the wastewater pump 7 is started, as shown in fig. 5, the sliding cover 43 in the drain valve assembly 4 is driven to move downwards by the negative pressure generated by the wastewater pump 7, a gap is formed between the sliding cover 43 and the top cover 44 at the moment, the condensed water enters the base 41 through the gap, and the condensed water passes through the exhaust pipe and the wastewater pipe under the action of the wastewater pump 7 and is discharged to the outside.

Claims (13)

1. A steam cooking device, comprising:
the inner container (1) is internally provided with a cooking cavity suitable for placing food;
a steam generator (2) suitable for generating steam, a steam pipe (3) is connected to the steam generator (2), and one end of the steam pipe (3) acts in the cooking cavity;
one end of the air-entraining pipe acts in the inner container;
an exhaust pump acting on the bleed air duct and adapted to create a negative pressure inside the bleed air duct.

one end of the first air guide pipe is connected with the inner container, and the other end of the first air guide pipe is connected with the exhaust pump;
and one end of the waste gas discharge pipe is connected with the exhaust pump, and the other end of the waste gas discharge pipe is led out of the outer side of the inner container.
3. The steam cooking device of claim 2, further comprising:
a waste water pipe (9) with one end connected to the steam generator (2);
the waste water pump (7) is connected with the other end of the waste water pipe (9);
and the wastewater leading-out pipe is arranged on the wastewater pump and used for leading the wastewater out to the outside.

The steam cooking device of claim 3, wherein the waste comprises a first waste and a second waste, one end of the second waste being connected to the waste pump, the first bleed air comprises a second bleed air and a third bleed air, one end of the third bleed air being connected to the exhaust pump;
the steam cooking device further includes:
the waste water treatment device comprises a two-position four-way electromagnetic valve (10), wherein two inlet ends of the two-position four-way electromagnetic valve (10) are connected with the first waste water pipe and the second air entraining pipe, and two outlet ends of the two-position four-way electromagnetic valve (10) are respectively connected with the second waste water pipe and the third air entraining pipe.
5. The steam cooking device as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 4, further comprising:
the drainage valve assembly (4) is provided with a water inlet, the water inlet is formed in the bottom wall of the inner container (1), condensed water flowing through the bottom wall of the inner container (1) is suitable for entering the drainage valve assembly (4) through the water inlet, and the air entraining pipe is communicated with the drainage valve assembly (4).
6. Steam cooking device according to claim 5, characterized in that said drain valve assembly (4) comprises:
a base (41) provided with an accommodating cavity therein;
one end of the elastic piece is abutted against the accommodating cavity;
the sliding cover (43) is arranged at the other end of the elastic piece and can move in the accommodating cavity under the driving of the elastic piece;
and the top cover (44) is pressed on the sliding cover (43) and is connected with the base (41).
7. The steam cooking device of claim 6, further comprising: the spring seat (45) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, a water permeable part is arranged on the spring seat (45), and the elastic part is installed on the spring seat (45).
8. Steam cooking device according to claim 6, characterised in that the top cover (44) is provided with a hollow in the middle, said hollow being provided with a filter screen cover (46), said filter screen cover (46) being provided with a filter screen.
9. Steam cooking device according to claim 8, characterised in that the filter screen cover (46) comprises a support frame on which the filter screen is arranged, and on the top surface of which a handle (48) is arranged.

Steam cooking device according to claim 6, characterised in that a sealing ring (49) is provided on the inner wall of the lid (44) in correspondence of the sliding cover (43), the sliding cover (43) being adapted to move with respect to the sealing ring (49) under the action of the waste water pump (7) and of the elastic element.
11. Steam cooking device according to claim 6, characterised in that a water level probe is provided on the sliding cover (43), said water level probe being connected in communication with the waste water pump (7).
12. The steam cooking device according to claim 1, wherein the inner container (1) is provided with a door body, the door body is provided with a door lock, and the steam cooking device further comprises:
and the temperature sensor is suitable for detecting the temperature inside the inner container, and is in communication connection with the exhaust pump and the door lock.
13. The steam cooking device of claim 1, wherein the steam cooking device is a steam oven.
