The flowmeter 8 can monitor the water flow passing through the flowmeter in real time, when the flowmeter 8 does not detect the water flow passing within a period of time, the flowmeter indicates that condensed water in the drain valve assembly 4 is drained, the flowmeter sends a signal to the wastewater pump 7, and the wastewater pump 7 stops rotating after receiving the signal. At this time, the sliding cover 43 will be reset by the spring 42 and will continue to abut against the inner wall of the top cover 44, and a new cycle of water storage operation is performed until the cooking is completed.

10. Steam cooking device according to claim 5, characterised in that a water level probe is provided on the sliding cover (43), said water level probe being connected in communication with the waste water pump (7).
11. The steam cooking device of claim 1, wherein the steam cooking device is a steam oven.
