作简便省力，抗冲击、使用寿命长。
Description
本实用新型属于一种快速装卡焊条的电焊钳。
目前，普通电焊靠人将钳体抓紧，操作困难，对工人技术要求较高。另外，焊接准备时反复的碰撞对钳体影响很大。
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述已知技术的不足，从而提供一种能自己夹紧焊条、结构简单、耐撞击、操作简单、成本低的电焊钳。
本实用新型的目的是用如下方式达到的：
电焊钳是由钳口、钳身和手柄6组成，沉头螺钉3将手柄6固定在钳身12上，钳口分上钳口2和下钳口11，上钳口2和上板14由铆钉13铆接，下钳口11表面带有弧形凹槽15，下钳口11与钳身12之间带有压簧8、固定片9和绝缘片10，压簧8是由固定片10和下钳口11上的凸台固定。下钳口11尾端带有固定调节螺钉7，手柄6为空心套管。上钳口表面为平面与接线管成为一体。4和5分别为沉头螺钉，上下钳口刻有十字槽，钳口外部带有保护套1。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
下钳口的弧形凹槽，能将焊条沿轴向轻易插入，再扳转90度，由于压簧作用，上下钳口将焊条牢牢固定，操作方便、省力，另外，由于弹簧有减振作用，钳体抗冲击，使用寿命大大加强。

在图1中：1，保护套；2，上钳口；3，沉头螺钉；4，沉头螺钉；5，沉头螺钉；6，手柄；7，调节固定螺钉；8，压簧；9，固定片；10，绝缘片；11，下钳口；12，钳身；13，铆钉；14，上板；15，弧形凹槽（即下钳口上焊条凹口）。
图2是钳口外观图（为显示清楚，省去了保护套1），14上板；2，上钳口；11，下钳口；7，调节固定螺钉；12钳身，下钳口的凹槽与上钳口相对。
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述：
上钳口前上端为加固钢板14，钳口与接线管是整体构成，沉头螺钉将电源线接到接线管上，电源线由套筒形手柄后端引出，使用时，将焊条沿手柄轴向插入弧形凹槽内，再扳转90度，即可进行操作。

1、一种电焊钳，由钳口、钳身和手柄6组成，沉头螺钉3将手柄6固定在钳身12上，其特征在于：钳口分上钳口2和下钳口11，上钳口2和上板14由铆钉13铆接，下钳口11表面带有弧形凹槽15，下钳口11与钳身12之间带有压簧8、固定片9和绝缘片10，压簧8是由固定片10和下钳口11上的凸台固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种电焊钳，其特征在于：下钳口11尾端带有固定调节螺钉7，手柄6为空心套管。
