Claims (10)

1. A brake lever device, comprising:
a brake lever;
the brake lever is pivotally connected with the base;
and the control part is connected with the base and can rotate relative to the base.
2. The lever device of claim 1, wherein the control comprises at least one of a thumb wheel and a thumb wheel.
3. The brake lever device of claim 1, further comprising a parking finger, the brake lever being returned to or in a brake release position without being subjected to an external force, the parking finger being pivotally connected to the brake lever and rotating between a locked position in which the parking finger engages the base to lock the brake lever away from the brake release position and a released position in which the parking finger disengages the base to allow the brake lever to swing from the brake release position to the brake release position.
4. The lever brake of claim 3, wherein the parking finger includes: a body part, a first support lug, a second support lug and a finger-dialing part,
the first lug is connected with the first end of the body part, the second lug is connected with the second end of the body part and is opposite to the first lug, the first lug and the second lug are pivotally connected with the brake lever, at least one of the second lug and the second lug is provided with a clamping part for clamping and separating the base, and the clamping part comprises clamping teeth and clamping grooves formed between adjacent clamping teeth; the finger-dialing part is connected with the first side of the body part; the base is provided with a clamping protrusion used for being clamped into and separated from the clamping groove.
5. The brake lever device of claim 1, wherein the base includes a first base and a second base, the first base being detachably connected to the second base, the brake lever being pivotally connected to the first base, the operating member being rotatably mounted on the second base.
6. The lever brake device according to claim 5, wherein a first mounting groove is provided on a side of the first base facing the second base, a second mounting groove is provided on a side of the second base facing the first base, and the first mounting groove is opposite to the second mounting groove to form a mounting hole; and/or the control part is arranged below the first base.
7. The brake lever device according to claim 5, wherein the first base is provided with a first connecting hole and a first lug and a second lug, and the second base is provided with a fitting projection and a second connecting hole, the fitting projection being fitted between the first lug and the second lug and connected by a first connecting member, the first connecting hole being opposite to the second connecting hole so that a second connecting member is fitted through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole.
8. The brake crank device of claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the base is provided with a mounting boss for mounting a vehicle rearview mirror or a cell phone stand.
9. The brake crank device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the mounting boss has a positioning groove on an upper surface thereof, and a fixing hole is formed in a bottom wall of the positioning groove.
10. A vehicle, characterised by comprising a lever device according to any of claims 1-9.
