本实用新型属于高炉软水密闭循环冷却系统给 排水技术领域,公开了一种简便的检漏装置,它是由 复合探头、正负信号导管、信号阀、采样阀等组成。该 装置结构简单、操作方便、精度高、耐热又不怕磁干 扰、稳定性好,适合于各种环境高炉软水冷却系统的 检漏使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种高炉软水密闭循环冷却系统检漏装置。
高炉设备采用软水密闭循环进行冷却是近些年发展的新技术,它具有消除结垢,节约用水、用电量、延长高炉设备寿命等重大作用,但是冷却系统一旦发生泄漏而不能及时发现时,将是很危险的,目前尚无完善的检漏方法及设备,本实用新型提供一种应用于该技术领域的检漏装置。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、精度高、适用性强、稳定性好、操作方便的高炉软水密闭循环冷却系统的检漏装置。
该实用新型结构是这样的:
检漏装置的主要结构为由复合探头(2)、正负信号导管(4)和(6)、正负信号阀(7)和(8)。采样阀(11)和测温信号引出插接口(15)等组成。其工作原理是由复合探头(2)测出的压差信号和热电阻信号,经差压变送器及温度变送器转换成标准电信号,然后,通过相应仪表或计算机直接示出测定结果。
下面结合附图作进一步说明:
附图1为高炉软水冷却系统检漏装置结构图。
其中:
被测管道1,复合探头2,迎流侧正压孔3,正压信号导管4,背流测负压孔5,负压信号导管6,正信号阀7,负信号阀8,密封垫9,接头体10,采样球阀11,密封套管12,密封压帽,13,采样球阀开关手柄14,测温信号引出插接口15。
复合探头(2)具有同时测量水流量及温度的功能,复合探头(2)插入被测管道(1)内的断面形状为平椭园形,在复合探头(2)内设有三个隔绝的腔(见图A-A放大部分)即迎流侧为正压腔(流动方向如图1中箭头所示);背流侧为负压腔,中间为测温腔,在测温腔内装有测温元件为微型铂热电阻。在复合探头(2)内设有两个孔,迎流侧的正压孔(3)和背流侧的负压孔(5)与被测管轴对称分布并分别与正负压腔相通。通过正负信号阀(7)和(8)经正负压信号管(4)和(6)送到测量仪表。
在被测管道(1)上设有接头体(10),与其连接的有采样球阀(11),密封套管(12),密封压帽(13)、采样球阀开关手柄(14),这样可使复合探头(2)在不停产的情况下,进行插入或拨出,从而使操作甚为方便。

Claims (3)

1、一种高炉软水冷却系统检漏装置,其特征在于:结构包括复合探头(2)正负信号导管(4)和(6),正负信号阀(7)和(8),采样球阀(11)和测温信号引出插接口(15)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的检漏装置,其特征在于:在复合探头(2)内设有三个隔绝的腔:正压腔、负压腔和中间测温腔,而测温腔内的测温元件为微型铂热电阻。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的检漏装置,其特征在于:在复合探头(2)内设有两个孔:迎流侧的正压孔(3)和背流侧的负压孔(5)与被测管轴对称分布,并与正负压腔相通。
