As shown in fig. 1-7, a tilting rod 42 is further disposed between the rotating side rod 28b and the supporting side plate 2b of the supporting seat 2, and the tilting rod 42 can realize the synchronous backward tilting of the back support 3 and the lifting of the seat support 1; the method specifically comprises the following steps: one end of the tilted rod 42 is hinged to the rotating side rod 28b, and a hinge point of the tilted rod 42 is located between a hinge point of the first guide rod 38 and the rotating side rod 28b and a hinge point of the second guide rod 39 and the rotating side rod 28 b; the other end of the tilting rod 42 is hinged on the supporting side rod 2 b; as shown in fig. 6 to 7, when the user lies backward using the leisure chair, the back support 3 is rotated backward by the leaning force of the user, and the first link mechanism 37 is deformed; so that the rotation support portion 28 of the lower end of the back support 3 rotates forward and moves downward; the rotating support part 28 drives the tilting rod 42 to rotate the tilting rod 42 backwards around the support side plate 2 b; the tilting rod 42 provides a reverse supporting force for the rotation supporting part 28 in the movement process in the rotation process, and the reverse supporting force is transmitted to the seat supporting part 1 through the first connecting rod mechanism 37, so that the seat supporting part 1 has a tendency of being lifted relative to the supporting seat 2, the second connecting rod mechanism 9 is correspondingly deformed, and the front end of the seat supporting part 1 tilts and integrally moves backwards; simultaneously, the third link mechanism 17 is deformed, and the leg rest 4 is turned forward and unfolded; namely, under the supporting action of the tilting rod 42, the first link mechanism 37 and the second link mechanism 9 are deformed synchronously, so that the back support member 3 tilts backwards and the seat support member 1 is lifted backwards synchronously; in the process of the movement of the seat supporting part 1, the third connecting rod mechanism 17 is driven to deform, and the foot rest 4 is synchronously turned forwards and opened; finally, the linkage of the seat, the back and the foot rest of the leisure chair is realized, so that the user only needs to apply acting force to the back-to-back support 3 by leaning backwards in the use process, and the stable transformation of the leisure chair from sitting posture, leisure posture to lying posture can be realized; when the leisure chair needs to be restored again, the leg rest 4 is pushed downwards; the operation is convenient, and various requirements of sitting posture, leisure, sleeping and the like are met; convenient to use, the body is felt better. The movement of the back support piece 3, the movement of the seat support piece 1 and the movement of the foot rest 4 all adopt mutually independent four-bar motion, so that the leisure chair runs stably in the use process, no interference exists among all acting points, the running is stable, the reliability of the product is improved, and the service life of the product is prolonged; thereby reducing unnecessary waste of the product.
