As shown in fig. 2-5, the supporting seat 2 includes a supporting bottom plate 2a and supporting side plates 2b, the supporting side plates 2b are formed by extending along two sides of the supporting bottom plate 2a towards the upper front direction, a mounting hole 2c is formed in the middle position of the supporting bottom plate 2a, a vertical supporting rod b is arranged in the middle position of the chair leg assembly a, the vertical supporting rod b can be an air rod, and the supporting bottom plate 2a and the chair leg assembly a are in rotary plug-in fit through the mounting hole 2 c.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 8-9, the sitting support 1 is located above the support seat 2, the sitting support 1 is arranged obliquely relative to the horizontal plane, the front end of the sitting support is high, the rear end of the sitting support is low, the sitting support 1 is a frame in a shape of a Chinese character 'kou', the sitting support 1 comprises front and rear cross bars 6a and 6b, left and right longitudinal bars 7a and 7b and a connecting longitudinal bar 8, the connecting longitudinal bar 8 is located between the left and right longitudinal bars 7a and 7b, and two ends of the connecting longitudinal bar 8 are respectively connected and fixed on the front and rear cross bars 6a and 6 b; as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a second link mechanism 9 is arranged between the sitting support 1 and the support seat 2; the second link mechanism 9 comprises a first rocker 10 and a second rocker 11, the first rocker 10 is arranged between the front part of the seat support piece 1 and the front end position of the support side plate 2b, and two ends of the first rocker 10 are respectively hinged with the connecting longitudinal rod 8 and the support side plate 2b on the seat support piece 1; the second rocking bar 11 is arranged between the rear part of the seat support 1 and the rear end position of the support side plate 2b, and the two ends of the second rocking bar 11 are also hinged with the connecting longitudinal rod 8 and the support side plate 2b on the seat support 1 respectively; so that a four-bar linkage is formed among the first rocker 10, the second rocker 11, the seat support 1 and the support seat 2, namely the second bar linkage 9 is a four-bar linkage; the seat support 1 can be lifted backwards relative to the support base 2 by the second link mechanism 9, specifically: the leisure chair is provided with a folding position and a unfolding position, in the folding position, as shown in fig. 8, the first rocking bar 10 and the second rocking bar 11 incline forward, and the forward inclination angle of the first rocking bar 10 is larger than that of the second rocking bar 11; in the unfolded position, as shown in fig. 9, the second link mechanism 9 deforms, so that the first rocker 10 and the second rocker 11 both rotate to incline towards the rear; the seat support 1 is tilted relative to the front end of the support seat 2 and integrally moves backwards; limiting pin shafts 12 are correspondingly arranged at the front and rear positions of the supporting side plate 2b respectively, and when the first rocker 10 and the second rocker 11 rotate backwards to be in abutting connection with the limiting pin shafts 12; the seat support 1 moves back to a maximum distance.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 10-13, the foot rest 4 comprises a first foot rest 5a and a second foot rest 5b, the first foot rest 5a comprises a first foot rest 13 and connecting vertical plates 14 respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the first foot rest 13, the connecting vertical plates 14 are sheet metal parts, the strength is high, the foot rest is economical and practical, a rotary connecting plate 15 is correspondingly arranged at the front end of a connecting longitudinal rod 8 of the sitting support 1, and the connecting vertical plates 14 are hinged with the rotary connecting plate 15, so that the first foot rest 5a can turn around the front end of the sitting support 1; a third rocker 16 is connected between the connecting vertical plate 14 and the front part of the supporting side plate 2b, the upper end of the third rocker 16 is hinged with the connecting vertical plate 14, and the hinged position of the third rocker 16 and the connecting vertical plate 14 is positioned in front of the rotating connection position of the connecting vertical plate 14 and the rotating connection plate 15; the lower end of the third rocker 16 is hinged with the support side plate 2b, and the hinged position is positioned in front of the hinged position of the first rocker 10 and the support side plate 2 b; namely, a third link mechanism 17 is formed among the first rocker 10, the sitting support 1, the third rocker 16, the first foot rest 5a and the support seat 2, and the third link mechanism 17 is a five-link mechanism; the third linkage 17 also includes a first rocker 10, which in turn causes a linkage relationship between the second linkage 9 and the third linkage 17.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the second foot rest 5b is stacked on the first foot rest 5a, the second foot rest 5b includes a second footrest 18, and a pair of support risers 19 are respectively disposed at two sides of the second footrest 18 at intervals; the second foot rest 5b is slidably matched with the first foot rest 5a through a sliding mechanism 20, specifically: the sliding mechanism 20 comprises a guide rail 20a and a sliding block 20b, the guide rail 20a is fixedly connected to the connecting vertical plate 14, the guide rail 28 is made of plastic, the production cost can be reduced, the sliding block 20b is of a strip shape, the sliding block 20b is fixedly arranged on two sides below the second footrest 18, the sliding block 20b is fixedly clamped between the two supporting vertical plates 19, and the supporting vertical plates 19 provide transverse supporting force for the sliding block 20b, so that the second footrest 5b can stably slide and expand and contract along the first footrest 5 a.
A telescopic mechanism 21 is arranged below the sitting support 1, the first foot rest 5a and the second foot rest 5b, the telescopic mechanism 21 can control the sliding expansion of the second foot rest 5b, and the telescopic mechanism 21 comprises a universal joint connecting rod 22, a first connecting rod 23 and a second connecting rod 24; the first connecting rod 23 and the second connecting rod 24 are in running fit, and the first connecting rod 23 and the first foot rest 5a and the second connecting rod 24 and the second foot rest 5b are in running fit, specifically: the first foot rest 5a comprises a front foot rest 13 and a rear foot rest 13 which are arranged at intervals, the first connecting rod 23 is positioned below the front first foot rest 13, and the middle part of the first connecting rod 23 is rotationally connected with the first foot rest 13 at the front end; the second connecting rod 24 comprises an upper connecting rod 24a and a lower connecting rod 24b which are staggered in height, the upper connecting rod 24a and the lower connecting rod 24b are connected through a connecting inclined rod 24c, the upper connecting rod 24a is rotatably connected to the middle position of the front end of the second footrest 18, the lower connecting rod 24b and the first connecting rod 23 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the rear end of the lower connecting rod 24b is rotatably connected with the front end of the first connecting rod 23. The two ends of the universal joint connecting rod 22 are respectively connected to the first connecting rod 23 and the front cross rod 6a of the sitting support, the two ends of the universal joint connecting rod 22 are all ball-head universal joints 25, the front end of the universal joint connecting rod 22 is in rolling fit with the rear end of the first connecting rod 23, a downward mounting plate 26 is arranged on the front cross rod 6a of the sitting support, and the rear end of the universal joint connecting rod 22 is in rolling fit with the mounting plate 26.
As can be seen from the above, the second link mechanism 9 and the third link mechanism 17 both include the first rocker 10, that is, the two mechanisms share the first rocker 10, that is, when the second link mechanism 9 and the third link mechanism 17 deform, the first rocker 10 participates in the deformation process, so that the deformation between the second link mechanism 9 and the third link mechanism 17 generates linkage, specifically: when the sitting support 1 is stressed and tilted backwards relative to the support seat 2 through the second link mechanism 9, the sitting support 1 moves backwards, the upper ends of the first rocker 10 and the second rocker 11 rotate backwards around the support side plate 2b to a pulling-up position, and the front end of the sitting support 1 is lifted up and tilted upwards after the first rocker 10 is pulled up; when the front end of the sitting support piece 1 is tilted upwards and moves backwards integrally, the deformation of the third link mechanism 17 enables the sitting support piece 1 to drive the first foot rest 5a to turn forwards simultaneously, and specifically means that: because the five-bar mechanism is formed among the sitting support 1, the first rocker 10 and the third rocker 16, the first foot rest 5a and the support seat 2, when the front end of the sitting support 1 is tilted and moves backwards, the upper end of the first rocker 10 rotates backwards, the rotating connecting plate 15 connected with the front end of the longitudinal rod 8 in the sitting support pulls the first foot rest 5a backwards, and the third rocker 16 simultaneously rotates backwards around the hinging point of the third rocker and the support side plate 2b, so that the first foot rest 5a is driven to turn forwards relative to the sitting support 1; meanwhile, when the first foot rest 5a is turned forwards, the universal joint connecting rod 22 rotates forwards around the mounting plate 26, the connecting end of the universal joint connecting rod 22 and the first connecting rod 23 pulls the first connecting rod 23 backwards to enable the first connecting rod 23 to rotate around the hinging point of the first connecting rod 23 and the first foot rest 13 in front, the first connecting rod 23 rotates and drives the second connecting rod 24 to rotate, and the second connecting rod 24 rotates to enable the second foot rest 5b to slide and spread along the first foot rest 5 a; when the first rocker 10 and the second rocker 11 rotate to be abutted with the limiting pin shaft, the front end of the sitting support 1 is tilted to the maximum height, the first connecting rod 23 and the second connecting rod 24 are in the same linear state, the first foot rest 5a is turned forwards to the maximum angle relative to the sitting support 1, and the second foot rest 5b is completely slid out relative to the first foot rest 5 a.
Through the linkage between the second link mechanism 9 and the third link mechanism 17, the front end of the sitting support 1 is stressed to form linkage with the sitting support 1 in the movement process of tilting upwards and integrally moving backwards during the use process of the leisure chair, the first foot rest 5a can be turned forwards at the same time, and the telescopic mechanism 21 can control the second foot rest 5b to slide and spread along the first foot rest 5a due to the turning of the first foot rest 5 a; the footrest 4 can be opened and closed only by controlling the movement of the sitting support piece 1, and the operation is convenient; in the process of overturning and unfolding the first foot rest 5a and the second foot rest 5b, the front end of the sitting support piece 1 can be lifted up to a certain height, so that the foot rest 4 can be ensured not to wipe feet and floor when the foot rest 4 is designed to be long enough; and after the foot rest 4 is turned over and unfolded, the whole sitting support piece 1 can move backwards, so that occupation of a front space after the foot rest stretches out can be reduced, furniture is prevented from being disturbed, and the whole design is quite reasonable and humanized.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 15 and 16, the lower end of the back support 3 is connected to the seat support 1, the back support 3 is in a frame structure, a rotation support part 28 is arranged at the lower end of the back support 3, and the back support 3 is fixedly connected to the rotation support part 28; the rotary support part 28 comprises a support cross bar 28a and rotary side bars 28b respectively connected to two sides of the support cross bar 28a, the rotary side bars 28b are formed by extending along two sides of the support cross bar 28a towards the oblique front lower direction, the middle position of the lower end of the back support 3 is provided with a connecting frame 29 protruding downwards in a shape of a Chinese character 'kou', and the connecting frame 29 is fixedly connected to the support cross bar 28a in a specific connection mode: the connecting frame 29 comprises left and right connecting rods 30, 31 and a lower cross rod 32, an installation seat 33 is correspondingly arranged in the middle of the supporting cross rod 28a, the installation seat 33 comprises an installation back plate 33a and installation side plates 33b connected to two sides of the installation back plate 33a, the installation back plate 33a is welded at the middle of the supporting cross rod 28a, a folded plate 34 capable of wrapping the connecting frame 29 extends from one end, far away from the supporting cross rod 28a, of the installation side plate 33b along the inner side direction, clamping frames 35 are respectively arranged on the left and right connecting rods 30 and 31, clamping plates 36 are arranged in front of and behind the clamping frames 35 and clamped at the front end and the rear end of the left and right connecting rods 30 and 31, and when the connecting frame is installed, the clamping frames 35 are firstly installed and fixed on the left and right connecting rods 30 and 31 through screws, and then the connecting frame 29 is placed in the installation seat 33 and connected and fixed with the installation back plate 33a through bolts.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a first link mechanism 37 is disposed between the back support 3 and the seat support 1, the first link mechanism 37 includes a first guide rod 38 and a second guide rod 39, and two ends of each of the first guide rod 38 and the second guide rod 39 are respectively hinged with the rotating side rod 28b and the connecting longitudinal rod 8, specifically: a vertical downward connecting plate 40 is arranged on the connecting longitudinal rod 8, and the connecting plate 40 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the connecting longitudinal rod 8 through a screw; the front end of the connecting plate 40 extends downwards to form a hinged vertical plate 41, and when the hinge is installed, the lower end of the first guide rod 38 is hinged with the front end of the rotary side rod 28b, and the upper end of the first guide rod 38 is hinged with the lower end of the hinged vertical plate 41; the lower end of the second guide rod 39 is hinged with the rear end of the supporting side plate 38b, the upper end of the second guide rod 39 is hinged with the rear end of the connecting plate 40, and a limiting pin shaft 12 is further arranged on the second guide rod 39, and the limiting pin shaft 12 is abutted with the rotating side rod 28b to limit the rotating angle of the back support 3 relative to the sitting support 1; the first guide rod 38, the second guide rod 39, the sitting support 1 and the rotating support part 28 on the back support form a four-bar linkage, namely the first bar linkage 37 is a four-bar linkage; the back support 3 can tilt relative to the seat support 1 by deformation of the first linkage 37.
As shown in fig. 1-3, when the user is in a sitting posture, i.e. the leisure chair is in a folded position, the back support 3 approaches to a back upright state, the lower ends of the first and second guide rods 38, 39 are inclined backward, and the inclination angle of the second guide rod 39 is larger; when the user reclines, a rearward thrust is applied to the back support 3, and the back support 3 is biased rearward, so that the rotation support 28 moves forward; the first link mechanism 37 formed between the rotary side lever 28b on the rotary support 28 and the first and second guide rods 32, 33 and the seat support 1 is deformed, and the forward movement of the rotary side lever 28b causes the lower ends of the first and second guide rods 32, 33 to rotate forward about the connecting plate 40; in the process, the back support 3 connected to the rotation support part 28 is reclined, the angle between the back support 3 and the sitting support 1 is increased, and at the same time, the lower end of the back support 3 is lowered and the back support 3 moves forwards relative to the sitting support 1, so that the back support 3 can actively lower in height and move forwards to fit a user in the process of recline, the back rubbing sense is eliminated, and the user feels more comfortable; when the back support 3 is reclined to the fully unfolded position of the leisure chair, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the lower ends of the first and second guide rods 32 and 33 are driven by the rotating side rods 28b to rotate forward around the first and second connecting risers 36a and 36b to the maximum angle, and the maximum limiting angle is reached between the back support 3 and the sitting support 1.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a tilting lever 42 is further provided between the rotating side lever 28b and the supporting side plate 2b on the supporting seat 2, and the tilting of the back support 3 and the lifting of the sitting support 1 can be synchronously performed by the tilting lever 42; the method specifically comprises the following steps: one end of the warping rod 42 is hinged on the rotating side rod 28b, and the hinge point of the warping rod 42 is positioned between the hinge point of the first guide rod 38 and the rotating side rod 28b and the hinge point of the second guide rod 39 and the rotating side rod 28 b; the other end of the warping rod 42 is hinged on the supporting side rod 2 b; as shown in fig. 6 to 7, when the user reclines using the leisure chair, the back support 3 is rotated rearward by the leaning force of the user, and the first link mechanism 37 is deformed; so that the rotation support portion 28 at the lower end of the back support 3 rotates forward and moves downward; the rotation support 28 drives the tilting lever 42 to rotate the tilting lever 42 backward around the support side plate 2 b; the tilting rod 42 provides a reverse supporting force to the rotating supporting part 28 in the moving process in the rotating process, and the reverse supporting force is transmitted to the sitting supporting part 1 through the first connecting rod mechanism 37, so that the sitting supporting part 1 has a tendency of lifting relative to the supporting seat 2, and then the second connecting rod mechanism 9 correspondingly deforms, and the front end of the sitting supporting part 1 is tilted and moves backwards integrally; simultaneously, the third link mechanism 17 is deformed, and the foot rest 4 is turned over and unfolded forwards; under the supporting action of the tilting rod 42, the first connecting rod mechanism 37 and the second connecting rod mechanism 9 deform synchronously, so that the back support piece 3 tilts backwards and the sitting support piece 1 lifts backwards synchronously; in the process of the movement of the sitting support 1, the third link mechanism 17 is driven to deform, and the foot rest 4 is synchronously turned forwards and opened; finally, the linkage of the seat, the back and the leg rest of the leisure chair is realized, so that a user can realize the stable conversion of the leisure chair from sitting posture, leisure to lying posture only by applying acting force to the back support piece 3 by leaning backwards in the use process; when the leisure chair is required to return again, the foot rest 4 is pressed downwards to push; the operation is convenient, and various requirements of sitting postures, leisure, sleeping and the like are met; convenient use and better body feeling. The motion of the back support piece 3, the motion of the sitting support piece 1 and the motion of the foot rest 4 are respectively independent four-bar motions, so that the leisure chair can run stably in the use process, the points of acting force are not interfered, the operation is stable, and the reliability and the service life of the product are improved; thus reducing unnecessary waste of the product.
One more important design is: through the design of the connecting rod mechanism, when a user uses the leisure chair, the leisure chair can stay at any position between the folding position (namely the starting position) and the unfolding position (namely the final position of leaning back), and the user can sit or lie naturally at the position without shaking. The specific method is as follows: when the leisure chair is in the initial folding position, if the back of the user is not contacted with the back support piece, the gravity of the user acts on the sitting support piece 3 downwards, and the user is inclined at the initial position of the sitting support piece 3 and is kept relatively fixed with the support seat 2, so that the leisure chair can not change at the moment and can be used in the state of normal sitting posture of the user. When a user needs to lie, the back actively leans back against the back support 3, so that the back support 3 leans back, the seat support 1 is lifted up, and the foot rest 4 leans forward to open the two legs; when the back support 3 reaches the backward leaning angle wanted by the user, the user does not apply back thrust to the back support 3, the movement of the back support 3 is stopped, the gravity of the user is applied to the leisure chair, and the back support 3, the sitting support 1 and the foot rest 4 are in a stress balance state, so that the leisure chair can stay at the position and the user can lie naturally; the method specifically comprises the following steps: at this time, the user lies on the leisure chair, the sitting support 1 is in a lifted state, and gravity applied to the front end of the sitting support 1 and the foot rest 4 by the user causes the leisure chair to have a folding trend; gravity applied by the user on the rear end of the sitting support 1 and the back support 3 causes the leisure chair to have a tendency to remain unfolded; the two are mutually resistant and the stress is balanced, so that a user can lean back to the required lean-back angle of the leisure chair when using the leisure chair, and the use is more humanized; the comfort is higher.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 12, the support side plates 2b on the two sides are also provided with an armrest frame 45, respectively, and when a user uses the leisure chair, hands can rest on the armrest frame 45; the hand-held handrail frame 45 is easier to lean backwards, so that the use is more convenient; an elastic piece for applying damping when the back support piece 3, the sitting support piece 1 and the foot rest 4 are linked is further arranged between the sitting support piece 1 and the support seat 2, and the elastic piece is a gas spring 43, specifically: a first connecting lug 44a and a second connecting lug 44b are correspondingly arranged on the front cross rod 6a and the mounting backboard 44a on the sitting support 1, the first connecting lug 44a faces downwards, the upper end of the first connecting lug 44a is fixedly connected with the front cross rod 6a, the second connecting lug 44b faces downwards, the bottom of the second connecting lug 44b is fixedly connected with the mounting backboard 44a, the head of the gas spring 43 is hinged with the first connecting lug 44a, and the tail of the gas spring 43 is hinged with the second connecting lug 44 b; the air spring 43 is a constant-force air spring, and the air spring 43 is stretched in the unfolding process of the leisure chair to provide the elastic force for resetting the sitting support 1, so that a user can feel good damping adjustment feeling when using the leisure chair; and when the leisure chair is reset, the force applied to the foot rest 4 by the user can be reduced; in addition, the elastic force provided by the constant force air spring 43 is fixed all the time, so that the leisure chair can provide damping sense with the same effect at any position in the use process and can run more stably; the user feel is better.
In summary, when the multifunctional leisure chair frame structure is used, the supporting and sitting method is as follows:
the user sits on this leisure chaise longue, when needing to lie down, back-to-back support exerts the back thrust, make back support back-up, make simultaneously under first, second, third link mechanism's effect make sit the support lift and the leg rest upwards overturns with the both legs lifting forward, when reaching the angle of elevation of wanting back, no longer exert the back thrust, at this moment, the user exerts the gravity on sitting support, foot rest and sits the support and pass through first link mechanism conduction to back support's reverse restoring force and reach the force balance, the user can be in the state of lying naturally.
When a user needs to lie at a larger angle, the user applies back thrust to the back support piece again, so that the back support piece continues to lean backwards, and when the back thrust is not applied any more, the user continues to lie naturally at the current position;

A multifunctional leisure chair frame structure is characterized in that: comprises a back support piece, a sitting support piece, a foot rest and a support seat; the back support piece and the sitting support piece are of a frame type structure; a first connecting rod mechanism and a tilting rod which enable the back support piece to be linked with the sitting support piece when the back support piece tilts are arranged between the rear end of the sitting support piece and the back support piece and between the rear end of the sitting support piece and the support seat; the seat support piece is arranged above the support seat, the seat support piece is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, the front end of the seat support piece is high, the rear end of the seat support piece is low, and a second connecting rod mechanism which enables the seat support piece to be lifted relative to the support seat is arranged between the seat support piece and the support seat; one end of the warping rod is hinged to the first connecting rod mechanism or the back support piece, and the other end of the warping rod is hinged to the support seat; the foot rest is hinged to the front end of the sitting support, and a third link mechanism which is linked with the sitting support when the foot rest is unfolded or folded through overturning is arranged among the sitting support, the foot rest and the support seat; when the leisure chair frame bears a user and the back support piece is leaned back by the thrust of the user, the seat support piece is synchronously lifted around the support seat under the support of the tilting rod and the linkage action of the first link mechanism, and the foot rest is enabled to be turned forwards around the seat support piece under the linkage action of the third link mechanism; when the back support piece stops moving, the back support piece, the sitting support piece and the foot rest are kept relatively fixed in a force balance state; when the foot rest bears the pushing thrust, the folding movement is reversely carried out, meanwhile, the sitting support piece falls and drives the back support piece to incline forwards, and when the foot rest stops moving, the back support piece, the sitting support piece and the foot rest are kept relatively fixed in a force balance state; the frame structure of the leisure chair further comprises an elastic piece for applying damping when the back support piece, the sitting support piece and the foot rest are linked.

The frame structure of a multifunctional leisure chair according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first connecting rod mechanism comprises a first guide rod and a second guide rod, a rotary supporting part is arranged at the lower end of the back supporting piece, two ends of the first guide rod and the second guide rod are respectively hinged with the rotary supporting part and the sitting supporting piece, and a four-bar mechanism is formed among the rotary supporting part, the first guide rod, the second guide rod and the sitting supporting piece; in the tilting process of the back support, the first connecting rod mechanism deforms and drives the sitting support to move forwards and downwards or upwards and backwards.
