As shown in fig. 2, in order to enable the driving component 50 to drive the first bag supporting component 10 and the second bag supporting component 30 to approach each other, move away from each other, and move to the bag opening supporting position, the bag opening heat sealing position, the bag opening pulling position, the bag opening separating position, and the like, the driving component 50 may include a first driving component 51 and a second driving component 53, the first bag supporting component 10 and the second bag supporting component 30 may be installed on the first driving component 51, and the first driving component 51 may drive the first bag supporting component 10 and the second bag supporting component 30 to approach each other, move away from each other, and the like. The first driving assembly 51 can be installed on the second driving assembly 53, and the second driving assembly 53 can drive the first driving assembly 51 to move, so that the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 move to the bag opening supporting position, the bag opening heat sealing position, the bag opening pulling position, the bag separating position and the like.
The first driving assembly 51 may include a first bracket 511, a first guide rail pair 513 and a first driving module 515, the first bracket 511 may be mounted to the second driving assembly 53, and the first guide rail pair 513 and the first driving module 515 may be mounted to the first bracket 511. The first driving module 515 may be respectively connected to the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30, so that the first driving module 515 may drive the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 to slide on the first guide rail pair 513. The first driving module 515 may include a driving motor, a master synchronizing wheel, a slave synchronizing wheel, and a timing belt, and both the driving motor and the slave synchronizing wheel may be mounted to the first frame 511. The body of the driving motor may be fixedly coupled to the first bracket 511 by a fastening member such as a bolt or a screw, and the output shaft of the driving motor may be fixedly coupled to the main synchronizing wheel. The slave synchronizing wheel is rotatably mounted to the first bracket 511. The synchronous belt is sleeved on the main synchronous wheel and the auxiliary synchronous wheel, so that the driving motor can drive the synchronous belt to drive, and the belt driving effect is realized. The hold-in range can be connected with first bag spare 10, the second bag spare 30 of propping respectively, for example first bag spare 10 of propping can combine or other structure fixed connection in hold-in range through the lock, and the second props bag spare 30 and also can adopt same connected mode to be fixed in the hold-in range, so under driving motor drive, the hold-in range can drive simultaneously first bag spare 10 of propping and the second props bag spare 30 motion. The first driving module 515 drives the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 to approach or separate from each other in a synchronous belt manner, and the movement manner is simple and efficient.
In addition, the bag supporting mechanism 100 may further have a corresponding limiting structure to control the limit positions of the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 moving toward or away from each other. For example, the bag supporting mechanism 100 may further include a first detection sensor 71 and a second detection sensor 73, and since the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 move synchronously or stop moving, the first detection sensor 71 and the second detection sensor 73 may be located at intervals on a path along which the first bag supporting member 10 or the second bag supporting member 30 moves, in this embodiment, the first detection sensor 71 and the second detection sensor 73 are located at intervals on a path along which the second bag supporting member 30 moves.
A controller (not shown) of the bag opening mechanism 100 may be electrically connected to the first driving module 515, the first detecting sensor 71, and the second detecting sensor 73, respectively, and control the first driving module 515 according to detection signals of the first detecting sensor 71 and the second detecting sensor 73. For example, when the second bag supporting member 30 passes through the first detecting sensor 71, the controller can receive the detecting signal of the first detecting sensor 71 and control the first driving module 515 to stop moving, so that the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 stop moving towards each other. For another example, when the second bag supporting member 30 passes through the second detecting sensor 73, the controller can receive the detection signal of the second detecting sensor 73 and control the first driving module 515 to stop moving, so that the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 stop moving away from each other. The controller can be a circuit board, the first detection sensor 71 and the second detection sensor 73 can be groove-type photoelectric sensors, the bag supporting mechanism 100 can include a separation blade 90 matched with the groove-type photoelectric sensors, the separation blade 90 moves along with the movement of the first bag supporting piece 10 or the second bag supporting piece 30, an induction groove of each groove-type photoelectric sensor is located on a moving track of the separation blade 90, at least part of the separation blade 90 enters the induction groove when moving to a certain position, and then the corresponding detection sensors can generate detection signals.
The second driving assembly 53 may include a second bracket 531, a second rail pair 533 and a second driving module 535, and the second rail pair 533 and the second driving module 535 may be mounted to the second bracket 531.
The second bracket 531 may be used as a base of the second driving assembly 53 and used for carrying the first driving assembly 51, the second rail pair 533, the second driving module 535, and the like, and the second bracket 531 may also be used as a connector of the second driving assembly 53 so as to be connected and combined with other structures.
The second rail pair 533 may be a common component, so as to simplify the manufacturing difficulty and cost of the second rail pair 533. The support rail of the second rail pair 533 can be fixedly connected to the second bracket 531 by fasteners such as screws, bolts, etc. The sliding block of second rail pair 533 may be coupled to first bracket 511, for example, first bracket 511 may be fixedly coupled to the sliding block of second rail pair 533 using fasteners such as screws, bolts, etc.
Second drive module 535 may be coupled to first frame 511 to enable first drive assembly 51 to slide on second rail pair 533. After the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 support the bag opening 501 of the packaging bag 500, the second driving assembly 53 can drive the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 to move from the bag opening supporting position to the bag opening heat sealing position. After the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 move to the bag mouth heat-sealing position, the first driving assembly 51 may drive the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 to approach each other to loosen the bag mouth 501 of the packaging bag 500, then the second driving assembly 53 may drive the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 to move from the bag mouth heat-sealing position to the bag mouth pulling position, and after the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 move to the bag mouth pulling position, the first driving assembly 51 may further drive the first bag supporting member 10 and the second bag supporting member 30 to move away from each other, so that the bag mouth 501 of the packaging bag 500 may be pulled flat better, as shown in fig. 5.
After the mouth 501 of the bag 500 is pulled flat, the mouth 501 of the bag 500 may be heat sealed by a heat sealing machine. After the mouth 501 of the bag 500 is sealed by heat sealing, the first driving assembly 51 can drive the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to approach each other to loosen the mouth 501 of the bag 500, and then the second driving assembly 53 drives the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to move from the mouth pulling position to the bag separating position so as to separate from the bag 500 containing the material.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the present embodiment further provides a bag opener 300, wherein the bag opener 300 includes a bag opening mechanism 700 and the bag opening mechanism 100 according to any of the above embodiments, and a direction from the bag opening mechanism 100 to the bag opening mechanism 700 is a direction from the first bag opening support portion 11 to the first bag opening pulling portion 13.
The bag opening mechanism 700 may open the mouth 501 of the bag 500 to facilitate the bag opening mechanism 100 in subsequent operations to support, tear, etc. the mouth 501 of the bag 500. For example, bag opening mechanism 700 may include a suction cup assembly 701, which may be pulled after sucking on the upper and lower surfaces of bag 500 to open mouth 501 of bag 500.

In the bag opening device 300 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the driving assembly 50 drives the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to move, for example, after the bag opening 501 of the packaging bag 500 is opened, the driving assembly 50 can drive the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to approach each other, so that the arrangement between the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 is relatively compact, which is helpful for the subsequent driving assembly 50 to drive the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to extend into the packaging bag 500 relatively easily; the driving assembly 50 can also drive the first bag opening supporting part 10 and the second bag opening supporting part 30 which are positioned in the packaging bag 500 to be away from each other, so that the first bag opening supporting part 11 and the second bag opening supporting part 31 can support the bag opening 501 of the packaging bag 500, and the problem that the bag opening of the packaging bag 500 cannot be stably kept in an unfolded shape due to softness is avoided; and because the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 are far away from each other, the distance between the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 is larger, which is helpful for the material to enter the packaging bag 500 from the distance between the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30, and reduces the blocking influence on the material entering process. In addition, after the wrapping bag 500 is packed into to the material, drive assembly 50 still drives first sack supporting part 11 that first props a bag 10 and second sack supporting part 31 that the second propped a bag 30 and withdraws from wrapping bag 500, and keep first sack to pull portion 13 and second sack to pull portion 33 and be located wrapping bag 500, make first sack pull portion 13 and second sack pull portion 33 can tear the sack 501 of wrapping bag 500 flat, help subsequent hot melting machine to carry out the heat seal to the sack 501 of wrapping bag 500 and seal the back, the sack 501 of wrapping bag 500 is difficult to produce the fold.
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment further provides a packaging apparatus 1000, where the packaging apparatus 1000 includes the bag opening device 300 of any of the above embodiments and a hot-melt sealing mechanism 200, the hot-melt sealing mechanism 200 is located between the bag opening mechanism 100 and the packaging bag opening mechanism 700, and the hot-melt sealing mechanism 200 can perform heat sealing on a bag mouth 501 of the packaging bag 500 that is pulled flat by the bag opening mechanism 100.
In the packaging apparatus 1000 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the driving assembly 50 drives the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to move, for example, after the bag opening 501 of the packaging bag 500 is opened, the driving assembly 50 may drive the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to approach each other, so that the arrangement between the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 is relatively compact, which is helpful for the subsequent driving assembly 50 to relatively easily drive the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 to extend into the packaging bag 500; the driving assembly 50 can also drive the first bag opening supporting part 10 and the second bag opening supporting part 30 which are positioned in the packaging bag 500 to be away from each other, so that the first bag opening supporting part 11 and the second bag opening supporting part 31 can support the bag opening 501 of the packaging bag 500, and the problem that the bag opening of the packaging bag 500 cannot be stably kept in an unfolded shape due to softness is avoided; and because the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 are far away from each other, the distance between the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30 is larger, which is helpful for the material to enter the packaging bag 500 from the distance between the first bag opening member 10 and the second bag opening member 30, and reduces the blocking influence on the material entering process. In addition, after the wrapping bag 500 is packed into to the material, drive assembly 50 still drives first sack supporting part 11 that first props a bag 10 and second sack supporting part 31 that the second propped a bag 30 and withdraws from wrapping bag 500, and keep first sack to pull portion 13 and second sack to pull portion 33 and be located wrapping bag 500, make first sack pull portion 13 and second sack pull portion 33 can tear the sack 501 of wrapping bag 500 flat, help subsequent hot melting machine to carry out the heat seal to the sack 501 of wrapping bag 500 and seal the back, the sack 501 of wrapping bag 500 is difficult to produce the fold.
The packaging apparatus 1000 may further include a bag loader 400, and the bag loader 400 may load the material 600 into the packaging bag 500 while the bag opening 501 of the packaging bag 500 is supported by the bag supporting mechanism 100.

the first bag opening piece and the second bag opening piece are arranged on the driving assembly, the driving assembly drives the first bag opening piece and the second bag opening piece to selectively extend into or extend out of the packaging bag, and the first bag opening piece and the second bag opening piece are driven to selectively approach or depart from each other; the first bag opening supporting part and the second bag opening supporting part are used for extending into the packaging bag to support the bag opening of the packaging bag; the first bag opening pulling portion and the second bag opening pulling portion are used for flattening the bag opening of the packaging bag.

The bag supporting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly drives the first bag supporting member and the second bag supporting member to move to different positions, the positions comprise a bag opening supporting position, a bag opening pulling position and a packaging bag separating position, the bag opening pulling position is located between the packaging bag separating position and the bag opening supporting position, and the packaging bag separating position is towards the direction of the bag opening supporting position, namely, from the direction of the first bag opening supporting portion towards the direction of the first bag opening pulling portion.

The bag supporting mechanism according to claim 9, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a first bracket, a first guide rail pair and a first driving module, the first bracket is mounted on the second driving assembly, the first guide rail pair and the first driving module are mounted on the first bracket, the first bag supporting member and the second bag supporting member are respectively connected to the sliding blocks of the first guide rail pair, and the first driving module is respectively connected to the first bag supporting member and the second bag supporting member.
