Claims (15)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body assembly (20);
an upper cover assembly (10), the upper cover assembly (10) being openably and closably provided on the pot body assembly (20);
a lid-removing coupling disposed between the upper lid assembly (10) and the pot body assembly (20), the lid-removing coupling comprising a first portion and a second portion which are detachably connectable, the first portion being connected to the upper lid assembly (10), the second portion being disposed on the pot body assembly (20), the first portion being separated from the second portion after the upper lid assembly (10) is twisted by a predetermined angle, so that the upper lid assembly (10) can be removed from the pot body assembly (20).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein said second portion is provided inside said pot body assembly (20) and said first portion is provided outside said upper cover assembly (10).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pivoting side of the pot body assembly (20) has a connecting area, the second portion is disposed below the connecting area, and the first portion can extend below the connecting area to be clamped with the second portion.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the first portion is positioned below the second portion after the first portion is engaged with the second portion.
5. Cooking appliance according to claim 3, characterized in that said upper cover assembly (10) comprises a cover (11) and a connecting block (12) pivotally connected to said cover (11), said first portion being connected to said connecting block (12), said connecting block (12) being insertable into said connecting region.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the connecting region has a mounting hole, the second part comprises a baffle plate (21) arranged in the mounting hole, an avoiding gap (22) is formed between the baffle plate (21) and a side wall of the mounting hole, a bottom end of the first part can penetrate through the avoiding gap (22) and extend below the baffle plate (21) to be clamped with the second part, and the baffle plate (21) is in stop fit with the bottom end of the first part in a vertical direction.
7. The cooking utensil of claim 6, wherein the second portion further comprises a latch (23) and a reset member, the reset member is located above the latch (23) and provides a downward reset force for the latch (23) to enable the latch (23) to be latched with the bottom end of the first portion, and at least one part of the latch (23) penetrates through the baffle (21) and protrudes downwards.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the mounting hole has a mounting seat (25), the reset member and the snap member (23) are accommodated in the mounting seat (25), and the baffle plate (21) is disposed at a bottom end of the mounting seat (25).
9. The cooking utensil according to claim 7, characterized in that the downward side of the snap-in piece (23) has a guiding surface, and the guiding surface is a slope or a circular arc surface.
10. Cooking utensil according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that the downward end of the snap-in element (23) is hemispherical.
11. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the first portion comprises a snap-fit cantilever (13) projecting towards the pot body assembly (20), a bottom end of the snap-fit cantilever (13) being bent over to form a snap-fit section (131).
12. The cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the clamping section (131) has positioning holes (1311).
13. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the connection area comprises mounting holes on both sides and a rotation slot (26) between the two mounting holes;
the connecting block (12) is provided with a central rotating shaft (14), and the central rotating shaft (14) is inserted into the rotating groove (26);
the first part comprises two buckling cantilevers (13), and the two buckling cantilevers (13) are correspondingly inserted into the two mounting holes.
14. The cooking appliance according to claim 13, wherein the second portion comprises two baffles (21) disposed in the mounting holes, one baffle (21) being disposed in each mounting hole, one baffle (21) being disposed adjacent to an inner side of the pot body assembly (20), and one baffle (21) being disposed adjacent to an outer side of the pot body assembly (20).
15. The cooking appliance according to claim 14, wherein the snap-fit cantilever (13) comprises an extension section (132) and a snap-fit section (131) connected in series, the extension section (132) having an L-shaped cross section such that the extension section (132) has an angular region in which a corner of the baffle (21) can be latched.
