As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the second coupling structure 60 includes a coupling pin 61 and a coupling mount 62, one end of the coupling pin 61 being insertable into the first coupling structure 40; the other end of the coupling pin 61 is connected to a coupling mount 62, and the coupling mount 62 is movably mounted to the bake assembly 50. The coupling mount 62 rotates the coupling pin 61 such that the coupling pin 61 is not locked when being mounted in the second coupling structure 60, so that the coupling pin 61 can be stably inserted into the first coupling structure 40.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the coupling pin 61 and the coupling seat 62 are fixedly connected, so that the moving direction of the coupling pin 61 and the moving direction of the coupling seat 62 are the same, which is convenient to ensure the stability of the movement of the coupling pin 61.
As shown in fig. 8, the coupling mounting seat 62 includes a seat body 621 and a rotating shaft 623, the seat body 621 has a plug hole 622, and the coupling pin 61 is disposed at the plug hole 622; the rotating shaft 623 extends from the seat 621, so that the seat 621 and the coupling pin 61 rotate around the rotating shaft 623. The insertion holes 622 are provided to facilitate the installation of the coupling pins 61, thereby enabling the coupling pins 61 to be stably connected with the coupling seats 62. The arrangement of the limiting surface 511 increases the contact area between the seat body 621 and the limiting rib 51, so as to increase the stability of the limiting rib 51 for limiting the seat body 621.
In this embodiment, two limiting ribs 51 are located between two ends of the T-shaped structure, and when the seat 621 rotates, the two ends of the T-shaped structure will contact the stopping ribs 51 to limit the further rotation of the seat 621. In this embodiment, the two limiting ribs 51 are arranged at intervals, and the portion of the coupling pin 61 extending into the inserting hole 622 is located at the interval between the two limiting ribs 51, and does not contact with the limiting ribs 51, so that the working stability of the coupling pin 61 is greatly increased.
It should be noted that, the limiting rib 51 and the lining plate 52 of the toasting assembly 50 are integrally formed, so that the tightness between the limiting rib 51 and the lining plate 52 can be ensured, and the separation of the limiting rib 51 from the lining plate 52 can be avoided, so as to increase the working stability of the second coupling structure 60.

The setting of the pressing plate 522 enables the seat body 621 to interfere with the pressing plate 522, so as to generate a stop for the seat body 621, so as to limit the rotation angle of the seat body 621, and meanwhile, the seat body 621 is only exposed at the via hole 523, so that the pressing plate 522 forms a stop for the seat body 621, thereby preventing the seat body 621 from being separated from the lining board 52.
It should be noted that, when the pressing plate 522 is fixed on the lining plate 52 and the seat 621 rotates, the pressing plate 522 does not rotate along with the seat 621, so that it can be ensured that the seat 621 rotates stably and does not separate from the lining plate 52.
Optionally, the coupling mount 62 of the second coupling structure 60 and the pressure plate 522 limit the stop to limit the amplitude of the movement of the second coupling structure 60. When the coupling mount 62 rotates, the coupling mount 62 can interfere with the pressing plate 522 so that the pressing plate 522 forms a stop for the coupling mount 62, thereby limiting the movement amplitude of the coupling mount 62.
In addition, interfering with the coupling mount 62: either the wall of the via 523 stops against the top surface of the coupling mount 62 or the bottom surface of the pressure plate 522 stops against the coupling mount 62. Of course, the pressing plate 522 and the limiting rib 51 may stop the coupling mounting seat 62 alone or simultaneously, and only the movement stroke of the coupling mounting seat 62 needs to be limited.

The arrangement of the guide surfaces 42 provides a space for the rotation of the coupling pins 61 and provides the guide surfaces 42 for the coupling pins 61 when the bake assembly 50 is installed so that the coupling pins 61 can be accurately inserted into the energizing holes 41. The guide surface 42 is tapered in a direction approaching the through-hole 41 to facilitate the introduction of the coupling pin 61 into the through-hole 41.
In the present embodiment, the guide surface 42 is formed by four inclined surfaces, but may be formed in a truncated cone shape.
Optionally, the lid assembly 10 further comprises an inner lid removably disposed on the lid assembly 30 and replaceable with the toasting assembly 50, the inner lid having a third coupling structure for cooperating with the first coupling structure 40, the first coupling structure 40 being rotatably mounted with the third coupling structure. This arrangement facilitates the mounting of the inner lid to the lid assembly 30, and the baking assembly 50 is used in place of the inner lid to enable the cooking appliance to function as a baking pan as well as a pressure cooker, thereby providing multiple uses for one pan.
