In order to transversely move the packing bottle matrix which is finished with the pre-arrangement to other positions which are convenient to grab, and further avoid the collision between a bottle grabbing mechanical arm and equipment and devices such as a belt conveyor, a bottle clamping and feeding device and the like in the actual working process, and the influence on the working efficiency and the service life of the equipment is avoided. In this embodiment, a lateral movement device 2 for driving the stage device 3 to move laterally is connected to the lower frame 1.
With further reference to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the lateral moving device 2 includes a lower guide rail 2-3 fixed on the lower frame 1 and extending along the conveying direction of the chain plate conveying device 4, and the carrying horizontal moving seat 3-1 is slidably connected with the lower guide rail 2-3 through a sliding block; the lower bracket 1 is connected with a belt motor 2-1, a belt wheel transmission pair 2-2 is connected between an output shaft of the belt motor 2-1 and the lower bracket 1, and the carrying transverse moving seat 3-1 is connected with the belt wheel transmission pair 2-2. The belt wheel transmission pair 2-2 comprises a driving belt wheel and a driven belt wheel which are rotatably connected on the lower bracket 1, a belt is connected between the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel in a transmission way, and the belt is connected with the carrying transverse moving seat 3-1 in the carrying platform device 3.
In order to avoid the above situation, in this embodiment, two sets of transition platforms 13 which are arranged oppositely are fixedly connected to the side wall of the rack of the chain plate transmission device 4, and a plurality of sets of limiting guide blocks 14 which are arranged oppositely are detachably connected to the two sets of transition platforms 13; the multiple groups of limit guide blocks 14 on the same transition platform 13 are distributed along the conveying direction of the chain plate conveying device 4. In the present embodiment, a plurality of sets of limiting guide blocks 14 are respectively arranged corresponding to the transverse positions of the groups of pushing subassemblies 9-4 in the grouping device 9 and the material limiting plate 12.
The working process is as follows:
(1) preparation work: a guide rod cylinder on the grouping cylinder seat 9-2 drives a counting sensor 6 connected on a piston rod to move, so that a transmitter and a receiver of the counting sensor 6 are higher than the bottle body of the soft packaging bottle and lower than the top of the bottle cap in the vertical direction; the stepping transverse moving device 11 drives the bottle arranging structure 7 to transversely move, so that a channel formed by two adjacent bottle arranging partition plates 7-3 is positioned right above a conveying surface of the chain plate conveying device 4; the second air cylinder 3-3-2 is started until the material supporting plate 3-3-3 is driven to ascend to a preset initial position which is flush with the top surface of the transition platform 13, the first air cylinder 3-2-2 is started until the multi-component spacer rod 3-2-3 is driven to ascend to a preset initial position which is higher than the material supporting plate 3-3-3 and lower than the bottle arranging spacer plate 7-3, and the jacking air cylinder 3-4-2 is started according to the required size requirement of the packaging bottle matrix until the jacking piece 3-4-3 is driven to transversely move to the preset initial position;
(2) grouping operation of packaging bottles: the piston rod of the grouping cylinder 9-3 drives the material pushing sub-assembly 9-4 to rise to a preset vertical position which does not affect the operation of the packaging soft bottles, the chain plate transmission device 4 drives the packaging soft bottles to advance, the rows of packaging bottles advance to a position between two adjacent bottle arranging partition plates 7-3 and stop operating under the action of the material limiting plate 12, in the process, the multiple groups of counting sensors 6 count the packaging bottles and control the grouping cylinder 9-3 to start, and then the multiple groups of material pushing sub-assemblies 9-4 are driven to sequentially move downwards to realize the grouping of the packaging soft bottles, and in the embodiment, the starting sequence of the three groups of grouping cylinders 9-3 is sequentially started from the grouping cylinder 9-3 adjacent to the material limiting plate 12 to the grouping cylinder 9-3 adjacent to the centering guide device 5; after grouping is completed, the number of the packaging bottles between two adjacent groups of bottle arranging partition plates 7-3 is consistent;
(3) grouping bottle transfer: after the packaging bottles are grouped, a screw motor 11-1 is started to drive a screw 11-2 to rotate in the forward direction until a stepping traverse seat 8 is driven to traverse a preset distance towards one side (the right side in the embodiment) of a chain plate transmission device 4 after crossing the chain plate transmission device 4, and then the grouped packaging soft bottles are moved to a material supporting plate 3-3-3, and meanwhile, a channel formed by two adjacent bottle arranging partition plates 7-3 of the next station is positioned right above the transmission surface of the chain plate transmission device 4;
(4) bottle arranging operation: repeating the step 2 and the step 3 until the preset array requirement is met; in a repeated process, the transferred packaging soft bottles are moved to a stage device
(5) Transferring a packaging bottle matrix: after the array requirement is met, the second cylinder 3-3-2 is started to drive the material supporting plate 3-3-3 to descend until the top end of the soft packaging bottle is lower than the lower edge of the bottle arranging partition plate 7-3, and the first cylinder 3-2-2 can be started to drive the separating rod 3-2-3 to descend or ascend for a certain distance if necessary, so that the soft packaging bottle can be conveniently and stably intercepted and clamped; after the packaging soft bottles are separated from the bottle arranging partition plate 7-3, the jacking cylinder 3-4-2 is started to drive the jacking piece 3-4-3 to extrude the packaging soft bottle matrix until the packaging soft bottles in the matrix are mutually extruded, and in the process, the jacking piece 3-4-3, the separating rod 3-2-3 and the carrying transverse moving seat 3-1 can perform positioning and clamping on each packaging bottle matrix under the combined action of the jacking piece 3-4-3, the separating rod 3-2-3 and the carrying transverse moving seat 3-1, so that the subsequent mechanical claw can conveniently grab the packaging soft bottles; after the clamping operation is completed, starting a belt motor 2-1 in the transverse moving device 2, and moving the objective table device 3 and a plurality of groups of packaging bottle matrixes on the objective table device 3 to a grabbing station;
