As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the dust-free feeding auxiliary device comprises a plugging upright rod, an upper ring body and a lower ring body are sequentially arranged on the plugging upright rod from top to bottom, and the upper ring body and the lower ring body are coaxially arranged; when the insertion vertical rod is inserted and fixed in the multifunctional jack, the upper ring body and the lower ring body are both arranged right above the feed inlet of the upper cover.

When the air blower and the exhaust fan are started simultaneously, airflow blown out from the air blowing holes of the upper ring body is sucked through the air suction holes of the lower ring body, and an airflow dust barrier is formed between the upper ring body and the lower ring body; an air outlet pipe of the exhaust fan is communicated with the intelligent environment-friendly dust removal device through an air suction guide hose.
The dust-proof device also comprises a dust-proof ring curtain, wherein a plurality of upper sliding rings and lower sliding rings are respectively arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of the dust-proof ring curtain; an upper annular slide rod and a lower annular slide rod are respectively arranged on the outer peripheral walls of the upper ring body and the lower ring body, and an upper sliding ring and a lower sliding ring are respectively sleeved on the upper annular slide rod and the lower annular slide rod; after the dust blocking ring curtain is enclosed along the upper annular slide rod and the lower annular slide rod, the gap between the upper ring body and the lower ring body can be shielded.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the wear-resistant striking plate wear detection mechanism includes a striking surface cleaning device and a striking surface reverse mold device. The striking face cleaning device is used for cleaning sand and stone dust on the surfaces of the wear-resistant striking plate and the wear-resistant lining plate; the striking face reverse mould device is used for copying the wear surfaces of the wear-resistant striking plate and the wear-resistant lining plate in a reverse mould mode, and the wear conditions of the wear-resistant striking plate and the wear-resistant lining plate can be known through a straight pipe under the condition that a machine is not dismounted.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the striking surface cleaning device comprises a cleaning insertion rod, a motor driving bin is installed at the upper end of the cleaning insertion rod, a cleaning motor is arranged in the motor driving bin, a brush chain driving sprocket is sleeved on a motor shaft of the cleaning motor, a rotating shaft supporting rod is installed at the lower part of the motor driving bin, a brush chain driven driving sprocket is installed at the lower end of the rotating shaft supporting rod, a brush chain is sleeved on the brush chain driving sprocket and the brush chain driven driving sprocket, and a spherical steel wire brush is installed on each chain link of the brush chain; an annular cleaning stop block is arranged at the lower part of the motor driving bin, the striking cleaning device is inserted between the wear-resistant striking plate and the wear-resistant lining plate through the multifunctional insertion hole, and the annular cleaning stop block can be fixed outside the multifunctional insertion hole; when the cleaning motor is started, the brush chain can be synchronously driven to rotate by the brush chain driving chain wheel and the brush chain driven driving chain wheel, and then the steel wire brush is driven to move to clean sand and stone dust on the surfaces of the wear-resistant striking plate and the wear-resistant lining plate.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the striking face reverse mold device comprises a reverse mold fixing frame, an inner reverse mold plate, an outer reverse mold plate, a rotary driving core rod with a circular cross section and a rotary driving sleeve with an oval cross section, wherein left reverse mold mud is arranged on the left side of the inner reverse mold plate, and right reverse mold mud is arranged on the right side of the outer reverse mold plate; an annular reverse mold stop block is arranged at the upper end of the reverse mold fixing frame and can be fixed above the multifunctional jack, and a through insertion through hole is formed in the reverse mold fixing frame; one end of the reverse mold fixing frame inserted into the multifunctional jack is connected with a clamping support, the upper end of the clamping support is provided with an upper clamping part, the lower end of the clamping support is provided with a lower clamping part, the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part are respectively provided with an upper clamping jack and a lower clamping jack, the left side of the upper clamping hole of the upper clamping part is connected with the left side of the upper end of the inner reverse mold plate through an upper left clamping spring, and the left side of the lower clamping hole of the lower clamping part is connected with the left side of the lower end of the inner reverse mold plate through a lower left clamping spring; the right side of an upper clamping hole of the upper clamping part is connected with the right side of the upper end of the outer side inverted template through an upper right clamping spring, and the right side of a lower clamping hole of the lower clamping part is connected with the right side of the lower end of the outer side inverted template through a lower right clamping spring; a rotary driving sleeve is sleeved outside the rotary driving core rod, the rotary driving core rod and the rotary driving sleeve form a rotary driving functional group, and the rotary driving part is sequentially inserted into the insertion through holes in the reverse mold fixing frame and between the inner reverse mold plate and the outer reverse mold plate from top to bottom; in an initial state, the inner side reverse template and the outer side reverse template are respectively vertical to the short shaft of the rotary driving sleeve; when in a reverse mould state, the 90-degree forward rotation driving part enables the long shaft of the rotation driving sleeve to be perpendicular to the inner reverse mould plate and the outer reverse mould plate respectively, the inner reverse mould plate and the outer reverse mould plate are expanded simultaneously, the left reverse mould mud of the inner reverse mould plate is attached to the wear-resistant striking plate and performs reverse mould copying on the working surface of the wear-resistant striking plate, and the right reverse mould mud of the outer reverse mould plate is attached to the wear-resistant lining plate and performs reverse mould copying on the working surface of the wear-resistant lining plate; when the reverse mold is taken out, the 90-degree forward rotation driving part needs to be carried out again, the inner reverse mold plate and the outer reverse mold plate are perpendicular to the short shaft of the rotation driving sleeve respectively again, the inner reverse mold plate and the outer reverse mold plate can retract under the clamping force of the upper left clamping spring, the upper right clamping spring, the lower left clamping spring and the lower right clamping spring simultaneously, the reverse mold fixing frame is pulled upwards, and the abrasion conditions of the abrasion-resistant striking plate and the abrasion-resistant lining plate can be intuitively known after the inner reverse mold plate and the outer reverse mold plate are taken out.
A finished product material discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the vibrating screen and communicated with finished product material storage equipment through a finished product material discharge guide pipe. When the material refining driving motor is started, the upper driving synchronous belt pulley and the lower driving synchronous belt pulley can be driven to rotate, and then the upper driven synchronous belt pulley, the first lower left driven synchronous belt pulley and the second left driven synchronous belt pulley are driven to rotate, so that the upper material refining chain and the lower material refining chain respectively rotate for refining.

An air inlet pipe hole and an air outlet pipe hole are respectively formed in the front end and the rear end of the accumulated dust weighing shell, a dust removal air inlet pipe is inserted into the air inlet pipe hole, a dust removal air outlet pipe is inserted into the air outlet pipe hole, the transverse pipes of all the dust collecting pipes are transversely connected in series through the dust removal air inlet pipe, and the tail ends of the vertical pipes of all the dust collecting pipes are transversely connected in series through the dust removal air outlet pipe.
