According to the embodiment of the present invention, the curvature of the second curved surface 120c of the at least partial position of the bending part 120 is set to be smaller than the curvature of the first curved surface 120b, so that the degree of curvature of the flexible display panel 300 at the corresponding position of the second curved surface 120c of the bending part 120 is smaller, thereby reducing the defect of the flexible display panel 300, and further improving the yield of the display module.
Optionally, the flexible display panel 300 may include a main display portion and a curved display portion adjacently disposed on at least one side of the main display portion, wherein the main display portion is correspondingly attached to the main body portion 110, and the curved display portion is correspondingly attached to the bending portion 120.
Optionally, the curvature of the second curved surface 120c at any position on the bending portion 120 of the cover plate 100 may be smaller than the curvature of the first curved surface 120b, so as to achieve a large curvature of the first curved surface 120b of the bending portion 120 and a small curvature of the second curved surface 120c, which not only can ensure the visual effect of large curvature of the display module in appearance, but also can reduce the bending degree of the whole bent display portion of the flexible display panel 300, thereby improving the yield of the large-curvature display screen.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a display module according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, in some optional embodiments, the display module provided in the embodiments of the present invention may further include an optical adhesive layer 200, the optical adhesive layer 200 is disposed between the cover plate 100 and the flexible display panel 300, and the cover plate 100 and the flexible display panel 300 are bonded and attached through the optical adhesive layer 200.
The optical adhesive layer 200 may include a main body adhesive layer portion 210 and an edge adhesive layer portion 220 adjacently disposed on at least one side of the main body adhesive layer portion 210, wherein the main body adhesive layer portion 210 corresponds to the main body portion 110 of the cover plate 100 and is used for bonding the main display portion of the flexible display panel 300 and the main body portion 110 of the cover plate 100, and the edge adhesive layer portion 220 corresponds to the bent portion 120 of the cover plate 100 and is used for bonding the curved display portion of the flexible display panel 300 and the bent portion 120 of the cover plate 100.
Fig. 12 shows a boundary between the main glue layer portion 210 and the edge glue layer portion 220 by a dotted line, the dotted line does not limit the structure of the optical glue layer 200, and each portion of the optical glue layer 200 may be integrally disposed.
Alternatively, the thickness of the edge glue layer portion 220 may gradually decrease in a direction away from the main body glue layer portion 210. In this way, the curvature of the surface of the edge adhesive layer part 220 facing the flexible display panel 300 can be reduced, so that the bending degree of the flexible display panel 300 when being attached to the cover plate 100 is further reduced, and the yield of the large-curvature display screen is improved.

Claims (11)

1. A cover plate for attaching a display panel, the cover plate comprising:
the device comprises a main body part and a bending part adjacently arranged on at least one side of the main body part;
the bending part is provided with a first curved surface and a second curved surface which are oppositely arranged in the thickness direction, and the curvature of the second curved surface at least part of the bending part is smaller than that of the first curved surface.
2. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the curvature of the second curved surface at any position of the bent portion is smaller than the curvature of the first curved surface.
3. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the bending portion comprises a first sub-bending portion and a second sub-bending portion, the first sub-bending portion is connected between the second sub-bending portion and the main body portion, wherein a curvature of the second curved surface at any position of the first sub-bending portion is equal to a curvature of the first curved surface, and a curvature of the second curved surface at any position of the second sub-bending portion is smaller than a curvature of the first curved surface.
4. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the bent portion is bent toward the second curved surface side with respect to the main body portion.
5. The cover sheet according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of at least a portion of the bent portion gradually decreases in a direction away from the main body portion.
6. The cover plate according to claim 5, wherein the thickness of the bent portion is gradually reduced in a direction away from the main body portion.
7. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the main body portion has two predetermined edges oppositely disposed in a predetermined direction, and each of the predetermined edges is connected to one of the bent portions, wherein the bent portion extends along the predetermined edge.
8. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the bent portion is disposed around the entire edge of the main body portion.
9. The cover plate according to claim 8, wherein the main body portion is rectangular-like, the bent portion includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion, the first portion is disposed on one side of a long side of the main body portion, the second portion is disposed on one side of a short side of the main body portion, and the third portion connects the first portion and the second portion;
in the same dimension of the bent portion, the curvature of the first portion is greater than that of the second portion, and the curvature of the third portion gradually decreases in the direction away from the first portion in the extending direction of the third portion, or in the same dimension of the bent portion, the curvature of the first portion is greater than or equal to that of the second portion, and the curvature of the third portion gradually decreases and then gradually increases in the direction away from the first portion in the extending direction of the third portion.
10. A display module, comprising:
a flexible display panel having a light exit side;
the cover plate according to any one of claims 1 to 9, disposed on the light exit side of the flexible display panel, wherein the second curved surface of the bending portion faces the flexible display panel.
11. The display module assembly of claim 10, wherein the display module assembly further comprises:
the optical adhesive layer is arranged between the cover plate and the flexible display panel and comprises a main body adhesive layer part corresponding to the main body part and an edge adhesive layer part corresponding to the bent part, and the thickness of the edge adhesive layer part is gradually reduced along the direction away from the main body adhesive layer part.
