In this embodiment, the curved cover plate is an annular cover part, so that 360 ° coverage can be realized, not only can the installation reliability of the terminal device 100 be improved, but also the screen display area can be increased to the greatest extent.
Further, as a modification of the scheme of fig. 9, as shown in fig. 10, in a direction in which the first curved surface portion 2a and the second curved surface portion 2b are spaced apart, the second planar surface portion 1b may include a first partial surface portion 1b-1 and a second partial surface portion 1b-2 spaced apart, the first partial surface portion 1b-1 may be connected to the first planar surface portion 1a through the first curved surface portion 2a, and the second partial surface portion 1b-2 may be connected to the first planar surface portion 1a through the second curved surface portion 2b. In this way, the curved cover plate does not form a 360-degree coverage, and the casing 101 has an exposed area between the first part 1b-1 and the second part 1b-2, and the exposed area can be used for setting components such as physical keys, a camera module and the like so as to better meet the application requirements of the terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the present application, the curved surface portion 2 is formed in a non-uniform thickness design due to the different curvatures of the inner wall surface 21 and the outer wall surface 22. To ensure the strength requirement of the curved surface portion 2, the thickness at the minimum thickness of the curved surface portion 2 may be set to be greater than or equal to 0.4mm.
Of course, the minimum thickness value may also be different according to different requirements of different types of terminal devices 100, and in specific practice, those skilled in the art may also design the minimum thickness value according to actual requirements.
In the above description, the curved cover plate is used as a component to be disposed on the terminal device 100 before the product leaves the factory. In fact, the curved cover plate provided by the embodiment of the present application may also be used as a protective film for covering and assembled to the terminal device 100 after the product leaves the factory, and in this case, before the curved cover plate is not installed to the terminal device 100, the curved cover plate and the terminal device 100 are mutually independent components. The curved cover plate can be a film of various forms such as a toughened film, a hydrogel film and the like.

Claims (7)
1. The curved surface cover plate is characterized by comprising a plane part and a curved surface part, wherein the curved surface part comprises an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface, the curvature of the inner wall surface is smaller than that of the outer wall surface, the thickness of the curved surface part is smaller than or equal to that of the plane part, and the thickness of the minimum thickness of the curved surface part is larger than or equal to 0.4mm;
in the bending direction of the curved surface part, the coverage area of the curved surface part is smaller than or equal to 90 degrees, the tangents of the two ends of the inner wall surface in the bending direction are provided with a first included angle, the tangents of the two ends of the outer wall surface in the bending direction are provided with a second included angle, the absolute value of the difference value between the first included angle and the second included angle is larger than or equal to 20 degrees, and the color representation precision value of the curved surface part is smaller than or equal to 3.5.
2. The curved cover plate of claim 1, wherein a projection of said curved portion, in a direction normal to said planar portion, surrounds said planar portion.
3. The curved cover plate of claim 1, wherein said first included angle has a value in the range of (0 °,90 °).
4. The curved cover plate of claim 3, wherein said first included angle has a value in the range of [30 °,60 ° ].
5. The curved cover plate of any of claims 1-4, wherein the curved cover plate is made of glass or plastic.
6. The curved cover plate of any of claims 1-4, wherein the curved cover plate is a film for a terminal device.
7. A terminal device comprising a curved cover plate according to any one of claims 1-6.
