The structure and the concrete implementation of the glass assembly of the present invention are further explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:
it should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in themselves. Thus, "module" and "component" may be used in a mixture.
As shown in FIGS. 1-9, one embodiment of the present invention is directed to a glass assembly 10, the glass assembly 10 comprising at least two layers of glass. That is, the glass assembly 10 may be two-layer glass, three-layer or four-layer glass, or even more, and is not limited herein. When more than two layers of glass are involved, only the layers of glass need to be sequentially superposed.
For convenience of description, the embodiment of the present invention is illustrated by taking a two-layer glass assembly as an example, where the two layers of glass are a first glass 11 and a second glass 12, respectively, and an adhesive layer 13 is disposed between the first glass 11 and the second glass 12; the first glass 11 and the second glass 12 can be bonded together by the glue layer 13.
The first glass 11 and the second glass 12 may both be glasses with uniform thickness, may both be concave lens glasses with thick edges and thin middle, or may both be convex lens glasses with thin edges and thick middle, and the first glass 11 and the second glass 12 may both be flexible glasses or both be rigid glasses. In another embodiment, the first glass 11 and the second glass 12 may be any combination of uniform-thickness glasses, convex lens glasses or concave lens glasses, or may be a combination of flexible glasses and rigid glasses.
If at least two layers of glass in the glass assembly are flexible glass, the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12 are provided with flexible glass with frosted surfaces, and the first flexible glass 11 and/or the second flexible glass 12 may also be provided with flexible glass with a coating film, so as to reduce light reflection when light passes through the glass assembly 10, thereby reducing light reflection. When more than two layers of glass are involved, only the layers of glass need to be sequentially superposed.
Optionally, the upper layer of flexible glass of the glass assembly is pi (polyimide) or pet (polyethylene terephthalate), and certainly, the material, type, shape, color, and the like of the flexible glass are not limited thereto.
When the first glass 11 and the second glass 12 are flexible glasses, the glue layer 13 of the glass assembly bonds the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12 together, the glue layer can be completely filled in the space between the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12, when the glue layer is completely filled in the space between the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12, only one pasting unit is provided, namely the glue layer, and the glue layer can be filled in a dispensing mode, a line glue mode or a surface glue mode. In another embodiment, the adhesive layer 13 adheres the first flexible glass 11 with a first curvature and adheres the second flexible glass 12 with a second curvature, and the first curvature and the second curvature are selected according to actual needs, so that the glass assembly has a convex lens shape or a concave lens shape, a thicker portion is not easy to bend, a thinner portion is easy to bend, different degrees of bending can be realized, and meanwhile, a certain light gathering or scattering effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2, the adhesive layer 13 of the glass assembly may also be used to locally adhere the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12, where the adhesive layer 13 is disposed in a local area of the first flexible glass or the second flexible glass, and the local area at least includes a central local area 131 and an edge local area 132. The bonded sub-areas may be shaped and sized according to actual needs, and may be in a regular pattern or an irregular pattern, and in addition, a third sub-area or even more sub-areas may be provided according to needs, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the glass assembly 10 has a third sub-area 133 in addition to the central sub-area 131 and the edge sub-area 132.
Referring to fig. 3, several paste units are exemplarily listed. The local area comprises at least one pasting unit, and the pasting unit comprises a dispensing unit, a line glue unit and a surface glue unit. The dispensing unit is characterized in that the glue layer is laid in the local area in a dot matrix mode, and the dot matrix is uniformly laid in the local area. The line glue unit is that the glue layer is laid in the local area in the form of lines, and the line form includes single lines and also includes line patterns formed by combining lines. The surface glue unit refers to that the glue layer is laid on the local area in a planar pattern, the planar pattern can be a triangle, a diamond, a rectangle or an irregular pattern, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. The area of the plane figure is equivalent to the area of the local area which is paved by the surface glue. In other embodiments of the present invention, the glue combination may be a combination of different types of dispensing and dispensing, a combination of dispensing and line glue, a combination of dispensing and surface glue, a combination of different types of line glue and line glue, a combination of line glue and surface glue, and a combination of different types of surface glue and surface glue. For example, fig. 3a is a surface glue form, fig. 3b is a line glue form, fig. 3c is a dispensing form, and fig. 3d is a point-line glue combination form.
The glue layer is a transparent glue layer. Optionally, the adhesive layer may be a thermoplastic-Optical Clear Film OCF (thermoplastic-Optical Clear Film), or a colorless and transparent Optical adhesive oca (Optical Clear adhesive) or a liquid Optical adhesive loca (liquid Optical Clear adhesive), and the attaching technology thereof is the prior art and is not described herein again. The adhesive layer is not limited thereto.
The bonding mode can be a stacking mode or a splicing mode.
In other embodiments of the present invention, if the glass has more than two layers, the material, type, shape, color, etc. of the glass are not limited, and the bonding manner between any two layers is not limited, and the glass may be partially bonded or fully bonded. For example, referring to fig. 5, a cross-sectional view of the glass assembly 10 in the present embodiment is shown, and the cross-sectional view includes three layers of flexible glass, where a first flexible glass 11, a second flexible glass 12, a third flexible glass 14, and an adhesive layer 13, where neither shape, color, form, size, etc. of the flexible glass are limited nor are the adhesive layers limited. Illustratively, a glue layer between the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12 is bonded in a line glue mode, and a glue layer between the second flexible glass 12 and the third flexible glass 14 is bonded by edge point glue.
The glass assembly comprises at least two layers of glass and an adhesive layer, and the problems that a single layer of glass is fragile and is easily punctured by a sharp object are effectively solved. At least two layers of glass in the glass assembly are flexible glass, glue layers in the glass assembly are arranged in local areas through different pasting units, and the glass assembly can be bent in different degrees.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the present invention, the second embodiment of the present invention is provided, and please refer to fig. 2 to 7, further describe an embodiment in which the adhesive layer is disposed in the local area.
The second embodiment of the present invention relates to a glass assembly 10, wherein the glass assembly 10 comprises at least two layers of glass. That is, the glass assembly 10 may be two-layer glass, three-layer or four-layer glass, or even more, and is not limited herein. When more than two layers of glass are involved, only the layers of glass need to be sequentially superposed. Referring to fig. 2, for convenience of description, an embodiment of the present invention is described by taking a glass assembly of two layers of flexible glass as an example, wherein an adhesive layer 13 is disposed between a first flexible glass 11 in the two layers of flexible glass and a second flexible glass 12 in the two layers of flexible glass; the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12 can be bonded together through the glue layer 13. In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 13 is disposed in the pasting region of the first flexible glass 11 or the second flexible glass 12. The pasting area comprises a central partial area 131 and an edge partial area 132. The dashed box in the figure is only used to distinguish the central local area 131 from the edge local area 132, and has no practical meaning. In this embodiment, the area of the central local region 131 accounts for 1/9 of the total area of the pasting region, and the area ratio of the central local region to the pasting region in other embodiments of the present invention may be determined according to actual needs.
The pasting area comprises at least one pasting unit, and the pasting unit comprises a dispensing unit, a line glue unit and a surface glue unit. The dispensing unit is characterized in that the glue layer is laid in the local area in a dot matrix mode, and the dot matrix is uniformly laid in the local area. The line glue unit refers to that the glue layer is laid on the local area in a line form, wherein the line form comprises a single line and also comprises a line pattern formed by combining the lines, and the line glue form is not limited to a straight line, and also comprises a combination of the straight line and a curve and a combination of the curve. The surface glue unit is that the glue layer is laid on the local area in a planar pattern, and the planar pattern can be a triangle, a diamond, a rectangle or an irregular pattern.
In this embodiment, the central local area 131 is paved with line glue, and the edge local area 132 is uniformly paved with glue. Because the optical cement has a certain elongation, the elongation of the optical cement refers to that when the optical cement is subjected to bending stress, the optical cement has a certain elongation on the basis of the original length, and the ratio of the maximum elongation of the optical cement to the original length is obtained. When the flexible glass is bent, the optical cement can contain a certain displacement by itself, the optical cement with the same elongation rate is used for bonding, the displacement contained by the surface cement form is smaller than that of the linear cement form, and the displacement of the linear cement form is smaller than that of the dispensing form. Thus, the center partial area 131 with the glue applied thereto is less curved than the edge partial area 132 with the glue applied thereto. This allows for a glass assembly with less curvature in the central local area and more curvature in the edge local area.
The glue layer is a transparent glue layer. Optionally, the adhesive layer may be a thermoplastic-Optical Clear Film OCF (thermoplastic-Optical Clear Film), or may also be a colorless and transparent Optical adhesive oca (Optical Clear adhesive) or a liquid Optical adhesive loca (liquid Optical Clear adhesive), and the attaching technique thereof is the prior art and is not described herein again. The adhesive layer is not limited thereto.
In other embodiments, the central local area 131 is not limited to a surface glue type, and the edge local area 132 is not limited to a spot glue type. For example, if the glass assembly has a small curvature in the central local area 131 and a large curvature in the edge local area 132, the following combinations can be provided: a. the central partial area 131 is in the form of a surface glue, the edge partial area 132 is in the form of a line glue, and optionally, the line glue is in the form of an s-shaped line glue; b. the central partial area 131 is in the form of a line adhesive, and the edge partial area 132 is in the form of a dispensing adhesive.
Besides, the pasting region includes at least one pasting unit, the pasting unit is not limited to a single gluing form, and may be a combination of two gluing forms, for example, if it is required to satisfy the glass assembly with a small bending degree in the central local region and a large bending degree in the edge local region, please refer to fig. 6, the central local region 131 is a combination of dispensing and line dispensing, and the edge region is in dispensing form. In other embodiments of the present invention, the glue combination may be a combination of different types of glue dispensing and glue dispensing, a combination of glue dispensing and line glue, a combination of glue dispensing and surface glue, a combination of different types of line glue and line glue, a combination of line glue and surface glue, and a combination of different types of surface glue and surface glue. For example, fig. 3a is a surface glue form, fig. 3b is a line glue form, fig. 3c is a dispensing form, and fig. 3d is a point-line glue combination form.
The central partial region 131 and the edge partial region 132 are provided with a glue layer of different elongation. If the glass component with the large curvature of the central local area 131 and the small curvature of the edge local area 132 is to be satisfied, the displacement amount contained by the optical cement itself is considered, for example, if the central local area 131 is bonded by the dispensing method, the edge local area 132 is in the surface cement form, and the displacement amount contained by the surface cement form is smaller than the displacement amount contained by the dispensing method, which easily causes the phenomenon of "bulging", so that the glass component is provided with glue layers with different elongations. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the central local area 131 is bonded by a dispensing method, the elongation of the dispensed optical cement is small, and the edge local area 132 is bonded by a line glue, the elongation of the line glue optical cement is large, so that the central local area can accommodate a large displacement to avoid the phenomenon of "bulging". In other embodiments, the central partial area 131 and the edge partial area 132 are provided with glue layers with different elongations, so that glass components with locally different curvatures can be realized.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the present invention, a third embodiment of the present invention is provided, and fig. 8 to 9 further illustrate an embodiment in which an end surface of the adhesive layer on the first flexible glass side has a first curvature, and an end surface of the adhesive layer on the second flexible glass side has a second curvature.
The third embodiment of the present invention relates to a glass assembly 10, wherein the glass assembly 10 comprises at least two layers of glass. That is, the glass assembly 10 may be two-layer glass, three-layer or four-layer glass, or even more, and is not limited herein. When more than two layers of glass are involved, only the layers of glass need to be sequentially superposed. For convenience of description, a glass assembly of two layers of flexible glass is taken as an example for explanation, and an adhesive layer 13 is arranged between a first flexible glass 11 in the two layers of flexible glass and a second flexible glass 12 in the two layers of flexible glass; the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12 can be bonded together through the glue layer 13. In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 13 adheres the first flexible glass 11 with a first curvature, and adheres the second flexible glass 12 with a second curvature. The first curvature represents the bending degree of the adhesive layer bonded with the first flexible glass, and the second curvature represents the bending degree of the adhesive layer bonded with the second flexible glass.
Fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a glass assembly according to a third embodiment of the invention. The glue layer 13 bonds the first flexible glass 11 with a first curvature of 0.8mm and bonds the second flexible glass 12 with a second curvature of zero, i.e. planar. The glass component presents a curved shape of a convex lens, and a thicker part of the glass component, such as a central area of the convex lens, has small curvature; thinner regions of the glass assembly, such as the edge regions of the convex lens, are more curved.
FIG. 9 is a schematic view of a glass assembly according to a third embodiment of the present invention in different bending configurations. In other embodiments, the glue layer bonds the first flexible glass and the second flexible glass, so that the glass assembly presents a convex lens or a concave lens or other curved forms, and a scheme that one glass assembly meets different curvatures is realized.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided, and further description is provided for a flexible glass provided with a frosted surface and a flexible glass provided with a coating film in the at least two layers of flexible glass.
The fourth embodiment of the present invention is directed to a glass assembly 10, wherein the glass assembly 10 comprises at least two layers of glass. That is, the glass assembly 10 may be two-layer glass, three-layer or four-layer glass, or even more, and is not limited herein. When more than two layers of glass are involved, only the layers of glass need to be superposed in sequence. Referring to fig. 2, for convenience of description, an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated by taking a glass assembly of two layers of flexible glass as an example, where an adhesive layer 13 is disposed between a first flexible glass 11 in the two layers of flexible glass and a second flexible glass 12 in the two layers of flexible glass; the first flexible glass 11 and the second flexible glass 12 can be bonded together through the glue layer 13. When light rays strike the glass component, the light rays are subjected to refraction and reflection phenomena, and when the light rays strike the smooth glass surface, the light rays are subjected to mirror reflection phenomena, so that part of the light rays enter human eyes and the light reflection phenomena occur. When the flexible glass with the frosted surfaces is arranged in the at least two layers of flexible glass, the smoothness of the surfaces of the frosted glass is reduced, the mirror reflection phenomenon is reduced, and the diffuse reflection phenomenon is increased, so that the light reflection phenomenon is reduced. The frosted surface of the flexible glass has contradictory frosting degree and transmittance, namely, when the frosting degree of the flexible glass is larger, the transmittance of the flexible glass is smaller, so the frosting degree can be selected according to actual needs. In another embodiment of this embodiment, the at least two layers of flexible glass are coated with a coated flexible glass. The coated flexible glass is formed by coating colloidal solution such as silicon dioxide on the flexible glass by a spraying and baking method, so that the effect of diffuse reflection is achieved, the interference of ambient light is reduced, and the reflection of the glass assembly is reduced.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 10, which is a schematic structural diagram of the terminal in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the terminal includes: a display, further comprising: the glass assembly 10 is provided, and the glass assembly 10 is arranged on the display.
The terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, the terminal described in the present invention may include a terminal having a communication function such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a navigation device, and the like. In the following, it is assumed that the terminal is a mobile terminal. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fixed type terminal in addition to elements particularly used for moving purposes.
The terminal provided by the fifth embodiment of the present invention is provided with any one of the glass assemblies 10 in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again, so that the display and the terminal are effectively protected from being punctured by a sharp object.
Further, according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, the bonding manner is a splicing manner, and the adhesive layer is disposed between the cross sections of the first glass and the second glass. Referring to fig. 11 to fig. 13, an embodiment of the invention provides a terminal 1, such as a smart phone. The terminal 1 includes: a flexible screen 3 and a cover plate 4.
In this embodiment, the flexible screen 3 may be an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) screen, and the flexible screen 3 may be substantially rectangular.
