The lighting assembly 1 may include a rear cover 8, and the rear cover 8 is connected to the bezel 5 to cover the rear surface of the light guide assembly 4. The rear cover 8 may form a portion of the boundary of the air chute within the air chute assembly 2.
An elastic sheet 45 may be provided between the back cover 8 and the light guide member 4, and the elastic sheet 45 is pressed between the two so that the front surface of the light guide member 4 is always pressed against the bezel 5 even though the light guide member 4 may contract or expand under different environmental conditions.
The second side frame strip 7 may include a mounting portion 54 to fix the light source 3. The mounting portion 54 may be provided on at least one of the upper and lower frame strips 71 and 72. In an exemplary embodiment, the mounting portion 54 is provided to the upper frame strip 71.
The entrance of the mounting portion 54 may face the rear cover 8. Therefore, the light source 3 can be inserted into the mounting portion 54 from the rear side of the second side frame strip 7 at the time of assembly.
In one embodiment, the second frame strip 7 may include a connecting strip 73 and a decorative member 74 covering at least a portion of a front surface of the connecting strip 73. The connecting bar 73 may be connected to the first side frame strip 6 along the circumferential direction of the frame 5. The decoration 74 covers at least a part of the front surface of the connecting strip 73 and includes an extension 741 extending beyond the connecting strip 73 and extending to the front of the front surface 40 of the light guide member 5.
The mounting portion 54 is provided to the connection bar 73 to mount the light source 3. The mounting portion 54 has an entrance toward the rear or front side of the connecting bar 73.
The decoration member 74 is fixed to the front side of the connection bar 73. In one embodiment, the decoration 74 may be adhered to the front surface of the connection strip 73 by the first adhesive means 75.
The extension portion 741 and the light guide member 4 may have a fixing structure 53 therebetween for fixing the two. The fixing structure 53 may include adhesive means (e.g., tape, glue, hot melt adhesive, etc.) continuously or at intervals along the length direction of the extension portion 741. The lighting module 1 comprises a wire cap 82 detachably connected to the rear cover 8 along the notch 81, the wire cap 82 covering the wire 33 located in the notch 81 from the rear side. This can reduce, on the one hand, damage due to exposure of the wires when they pass out between the bezel and the rear cover, for example, due to collision/rubbing during transportation or assembly of the refrigeration appliance, and, on the other hand, is advantageous in reducing the possibility that external liquid enters the mounting portion through the notch and contacts the light source.
Notches 81 may be located at the corners of lid 8. This is particularly advantageous for the arrangement of the light sources 3, for example, wires 33 may be attached to one end of the length of the base plate 32 and extend from adjacent corners of the rim 5 to the rear side of the cover 8.
The cord cap 82 has a receiving portion 83 to receive the cord 33 and has an outlet 88 accessible from the rear side of the rear cover 8. Line 33 extends from between bezel 5 and rear cover 8 to the rear of rear cover 8 via notch 81.
The rear side of the rear cover 8 has a guide groove 84. The wire 33 extends from the edge of the rear cover 8 toward the central region of the rear cover 8 along the guide groove 84 after protruding from the notch 82. The wire 33 extends downward from the corner of the cover 8 and the first side frame strip 6 at a predetermined angle within the guide groove 84 to the central region of the rear cover 8, substantially parallel to the first side frame strip 6. The angle between the guide groove 84 and the first side frame strip 6 may be between 30 and 60 degrees, for example 45 degrees.
A guide mechanism may be provided between the wire cap 82 and the rear cover 8. Specifically, both sides of the wire cap 8 may be provided with guide grooves and/or rails 86, and the rear cover 8 is provided with corresponding guide grooves and/or rails 87 along the edges of the notch 81, so that the wire cap 8 can be slidably fitted into the rear cover 8 by the guide mechanism.
The rear side of the rear cover 8 has a plurality of line catching portions 85 provided at intervals, and the line 33 passes through the plurality of line catching portions 85 such that the line 33 is arranged captively along the rear surface of the rear cover 8.
As shown in fig. 2, the rear cover 8 may be provided with a plurality of rearwardly extending fixing hooks 112. The fixing hooks 112 may be arranged along the peripheral region of the rear cover 8. The fixing hooks 112 are fastened to the duct assembly or the rear wall of the storage chamber 101.
The rear cover 8 may be provided with a plurality of rearwardly extending catches 114. The fixing hooks 114 are disposed along the peripheral region of the rear cover 8 for fixing a heat insulation layer (not shown) to the rear cover 8.
The rear cover 8 may further include a fixing portion 110 extending beyond a lower edge of the rear cover 8, and a screw (not shown) passes through the fixing portion 110 to fix the lighting module 1 to the rear wall of the storage chamber 101.
The various embodiments described in connection with fig. 1-5 may be combined with each other in any given way to achieve the advantages of the invention. The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and other means than those shown may be used as long as the same effects can be achieved by the means.

Claims (10)

1. A lighting module (1) for a refrigeration appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
a light source (3);
a light guide member (4);
a bezel (5) disposed along an edge of the light guide assembly, the bezel having a mounting portion (54) to receive the light source;
a wire (33) connected to the light source;
a rear cover (8) connected to the rim, the edge of the rear cover having a notch (81) to allow the line to extend between the cover and the rim; and
a wire cap (82) removably attached to the back cover along the gap to at least partially cover the wire at an edge of the back cover.
2. The lighting module of claim 1, wherein the notch is located at a corner of the rear cover.
3. The lighting module of claim 1, wherein the wire cap includes a receiving cavity (83), the wire extending from an outlet (88) of the receiving cavity to a rear side of the rear cover.
4. The lighting module of claim 3, wherein the receiving cavity is open to the bezel and covers the wires within the cutout from a rear side.
5. A lighting module according to claim 1, characterized in that the wire cap and the back cover have guide means (86, 87) therebetween, which guide means are adapted to guide the wire cap slidably connected to the back cover.
6. The lighting module of claim 1, wherein the rear side of the rear cover has a guide slot (84), and the wire extends from an edge of the rear cover toward a middle of the rear cover along the guide slot after protruding from the notch.
7. The lighting module of claim 6, wherein the guide slot extends from the notch at a predetermined angle to the vertical direction and extends in the vertical direction substantially parallel to the first side frame strip of the bezel.
8. The lighting module of claim 1, wherein the rear side of the rear cover has a plurality of spaced apart wire trap portions (85) through which the wire passes to be captively disposed along the rear surface of the rear cover.
9. A refrigeration appliance (100) comprising a storage compartment and a lighting module as claimed in any one of the preceding claims.
10. A refrigerator appliance according to claim 9, wherein said lighting module forms at least part of a duct assembly (2) forming at least part of the boundary of a duct communicating with said storage compartment.
