[ detailed description of the invention ]
As shown in fig. 1, the refrigeration appliance 100 comprises a main body 108, which main body 108 may be provided with a storage compartment 101 having a front opening 10. The storage chamber 101 may be selectively opened or closed by a door (not shown) located at a front side of the main body 108.
The refrigeration appliance 100 includes a duct assembly 200 located within the storage compartment 101. A duct 201 is provided within the duct assembly 200 or between the duct assembly 200 and the rear wall 105 of the storage compartment 101 to deliver cooled air to the storage area of the storage compartment 101.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the air duct assembly 200 includes upper and lower covers 1 and 2 facing the front opening 10 of the storage chamber 101, respectively. The air duct 201 is located behind the upper cover plate 1 and the lower cover plate 2. The air chute 201 may be located within the air chute assembly 200 or between the air chute assembly 200 and the rear wall 105.
The upper cover plate 1 may have a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure. In the multilayer structure embodiment, the upper cover plate 1 may include a decorative plate or a lighting assembly that is transparent or opaque to light. The storage chamber 101 may be provided with a plurality of shelves (not shown) corresponding to the upper cover 1. The upper cover plate 1 can thus be observed more clearly by the user.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper cover plate 1 includes a light source 3, a light guide assembly 4, a bezel 5 disposed along an edge of the light guide assembly 4, and a rear cover 8. The light guide member 4 may include a light guide plate 41 and a diffusion plate 42 positioned in front of the light guide plate 41, and uniformly diffuses light from the light guide plate 41 to form a surface light source.
The storage compartment 101 may be provided with at least one container 106 at a region corresponding to the lower cover 2. The air duct 201 may be provided with an evaporator (not shown) in the region of the lower cover plate 2.
The upper cover 1 includes a fixing portion 6 extending downward beyond a lower edge 11 of the upper cover 1, and a fixing member 7 passes through the fixing portion 6 to fix the fixing portion 6 to a rear wall 105 of the storage chamber 101. In an alternative embodiment, the fixing member 7 passes through the fixing portion 6 to fix the fixing portion 6 to another component in the air duct assembly 200. The other component includes, but is not limited to, a rear cover plate 202 located behind the upper cover plate 1.
The fixing portion 6 may be integrally formed with the rear cover 8 and extend downward. When the upper cover 1 is a single-layer structure, the fixing portion 6 may extend downward from a cover visible to a main body.
The fixing member 7 may comprise a thread, such as a screw. It should be understood that the fixing element 7 may also be other types of pins, for example.
The upper end of the lower cover 2 is located in front of the fixing portion 6 and covers the fixing portion 6 and the fixing member 7. The fixing portion 6 is located behind the front surface 40 of the upper cover 1 in the depth direction X of the storage chamber 101.
The upper cover plate 1 may be provided with a plurality of hooks 112, 114 extending rearward from the rear side of the upper cover plate 1. The fixing hooks 112, 114 can be arranged along the peripheral area of the upper cover plate 1. The hooks 112, 114 are spaced apart near the left, right and/or upper edge of the upper cover plate 1. In an exemplary embodiment, the hooks 112, 114 are spaced apart near the left, right, and upper edges of the upper cover plate 1, and the hooks 112, 114 snap into engagement with the rear wall 105 or another component of the duct assembly 200. Thus, the upper cover plate 1 can be reliably fixed, and at the same time, it is not necessary to use an additional decorative cover to cover the fixing mechanism for fixing the upper cover plate 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing portion 6 may include a connecting portion 61 extending downward from the upper cover plate 1 and a fixing tube portion 62 extending rearward from the connecting portion 61, and the fixing member 7 is fixed to the rear wall 105 through the fixing tube portion 62. The rear wall 105 may comprise a connection member 106 embedded in the insulation material (not shown) of the foaming space 107 thereof, the fixing member 7 being connected to the connection member 106.
The air duct assembly 200 includes an insulating layer 203 behind the upper cover 1, and the fixing portion 6 passes through the insulating layer 203 to be fixed to the rear wall 105.
The upper cover plate 1 has a receiving portion 15 adapted to receive the distal end 120 of the lower cover plate 2, the receiving portion 15 being accessible downwardly, the receiving portion 15 and the distal end 120 of the lower cover plate 2 being vertically plugged together. This is particularly advantageous in preventing water from entering between the upper and lower cover plates 1 and 2. As shown in fig. 4, the fixing portion 6 constitutes a part of the boundary of the receiving portion 15 to limit the end 120 of the lower cover plate.
The receiving portion 15 is located behind the front surface 40 of the upper cover 1 in the depth direction X of the storage chamber 101.
During assembly, the upper cover 1 is first fixed in the storage chamber 101 by the hooks 112, 114, and then the upper cover 1 is fixed to the rear wall 105 or another component of the air duct assembly 200 by the fixing member 7. The distal end 120 of the lower cover 2 is then inserted into the receiving portion 15 of the upper cover 1 and secured within the storage compartment 101 by other securing mechanisms.
The various embodiments described in connection with fig. 1-4 may be combined with each other in any given way to achieve the advantages of the invention. The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and other means than those shown may be used as long as the same effects can be achieved by the means.
