When the motor 104 drives the water throwing piece 105 and the top cover 106 on the water throwing piece 105 to rotate, water in the water tank 100 can enter the inside of the water throwing piece 105 from a water inlet gap 107 between a small end opening of the water throwing piece 105 and the bottom surface of the water tank 100 under the action of centrifugal force and flow to a large end opening of the water throwing piece 105 along the inner wall of the water throwing piece 105, after the water flows to the height of a water outlet hole of the top cover 106, the water is sprayed out from the water outlet hole to the inner wall direction of the water tank 100 under the action of the centrifugal force to form an annular water curtain, and the annular water curtain flows to the lower end of the water tank 100 again under the action of gravity, so that the water is recycled. Meanwhile, the air entering the water tank 100 from the air inlet 102 passes through the annular water curtain from bottom to top, is discharged from the air outlet 103, and is discharged from an air outlet on the whole casing of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the air purified by the water curtain is discharged to the indoor.
Referring to fig. 8, the bottom of the water tank 100 is provided with a through hole 108, a water retaining protrusion 109 protruding into the water tank 100 is disposed along an edge of the through hole 108, the water retaining protrusion 109 is tubular, the water thrower 105 is sleeved outside the water retaining protrusion 109, an output shaft of the motor 104 extends into the water tank 100 from the inside of the water retaining protrusion 109, and is further connected to an inner wall of the water thrower 105, and the water retaining protrusion 109 can prevent water from leaking out of the water tank 100 from the through hole 108.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the air outlet end of the air casing 202 is sleeved in the first end of the base casing 300, the air casing 202 is fixed on the base casing 300, the water tank 100 is disposed on a side of the mounting plate 301 away from the motor 104, the side wall of the water tank 100 is provided with the air inlet 102, the side wall of the water tank 100 and the side wall of the base casing 300 enclose an air duct, the air outlet end of the air casing 202 is communicated with the air inlet 102 by the air duct, and not only can the fan 200 be used to guide the air flow into the water tank 100 through the air duct, but also the outer side wall of the base casing 300 can protect the water tank 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, the water tank 100 includes a bottom plate and a side plate protruding from an edge of the bottom plate to one side, the bottom plate and the side plate enclose a chamber for containing water, the side plate is provided with the air inlet 102, an end of the side plate facing away from the bottom plate forms an opening, the opening is covered by a water blocking member 110, the water blocking member 110 includes a sponge 111 and two mounting members 112 for clamping the sponge 111, each mounting member 112 includes an outer frame 113, an inner frame 114 disposed in the outer frame 113, and a plurality of ribs 115 disposed between the outer frame 113 and the inner frame 114, the outer frame 113 and the inner frame 114 are annular, the sponge 111 is correspondingly annular, and the inner frame 114 and the sponge 111 enclose the air outlet 103 respectively. The plurality of ribs 115 are arranged in a staggered mode to form a grid structure, through holes are formed between the ribs 115 and the side walls of the outer frame 113 in a surrounding mode, the through holes are formed between the ribs 115 and the side walls of the inner frame 114 in a surrounding mode, the through holes are also formed between the plurality of ribs 115 in a surrounding mode, the sponge 111 is clamped between the two mounting pieces 112, and then the sponge 111 shields the through holes. With the design structure, air flow entering from the air inlet 102 of the water tank 100 is discharged from the air outlet 103 after being subjected to water curtain washing, and water drops splashed in the water curtain forming process are absorbed by the sponge 111, so that no water stain exists outside the water tank 100.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a ventilation gap 302 is formed between an outer side wall of the mounting plate 301 and an inner side wall of the base housing 300, the ventilation gap 302 is disposed opposite to an air outlet end of the air housing 202, when the fan 200 operates, an air flow enters the air housing 202 from outside the air housing 202, enters a first end of the base housing 300 from the air outlet end of the air housing 202, then enters an air duct formed by a side wall of the water tank 100 and a side wall of the base housing 300 through the ventilation gap 302, finally enters the inside of the water tank 100 from the air inlet 102, passes through a water curtain, and is discharged from the air outlet 103 of the water tank 100, so as to purify air.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the base housing 300 is substantially tubular, a mounting plate 301 located inside the base housing 300 is formed between a first end of the base housing 300 and a second end of the base housing 300, a part of a side wall of the mounting plate 301 is connected to an inner side wall of the base housing 300, another part of the side wall of the mounting plate 301 protrudes to a side away from the main body of the motor 104 to form an arc-shaped plate 303, the arc-shaped plate 303 and the inner side wall of the base housing 300 form the ventilation gap 302, a connecting plate 304 is disposed in the ventilation gap 302, one end of the connecting plate 304 is connected to the arc-shaped plate 303, the other end of the connecting plate 304 is connected to the inner side wall of the base housing 300, and the connecting plate 304 can increase the connection strength between the arc-shaped plate 303 and the base housing 300.
In the air conditioning indoor unit of the present embodiment, the base casing 300, the water tank 100 disposed in the base casing 300, and the fan 200 partially disposed in the base casing 300 may be disposed at a lower half portion of the air conditioning indoor unit, and a heat exchanger or other structural members for cooling or heating may be disposed at an upper half portion of the air conditioning indoor unit.

Claims (10)

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising a water tank, a water curtain component, a motor and a fan;
the water tank is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;
the water curtain component is arranged in the water tank and forms a water curtain with water in the water tank, and the water curtain is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet;
the fan comprises a wheel disc part connected with an output shaft of the motor, a first blade group and a second blade group which are arranged on the wheel disc part at intervals along the axial direction of the wheel disc part, and a wind shell sleeved outside the first blade group and the second blade group; and the air outlet end of the air shell is communicated with the air inlet.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the first vane group includes a plurality of first vanes circumferentially mounted on the wheel portion, and the second vane group includes a plurality of second vanes circumferentially mounted on the wheel portion.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the fan further includes a third vane group including a plurality of third vanes mounted around the wheel portion, and the plurality of third vanes are located on a side of the plurality of second vanes facing away from the first vanes.
4. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the first vane, the second vane, and the third vane are each disposed obliquely to an axial line of the wheel portion;
the first blade and the third blade are inclined in the same direction and opposite to the second blade.
5. The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the wheel disk part comprises a first wheel disk, a second wheel disk and a third wheel disk which are coaxial;
a plurality of first blades are arranged on the first wheel disc in a surrounding mode;
the second blades are arranged on the second wheel disc in a surrounding mode, and the second wheel disc is sleeved outside the first wheel disc and is located on one side of the first blades;
the third blades are arranged on the third wheel disc in a surrounding mode, the third wheel disc is sleeved outside the first wheel disc and located on one side, away from the first blades, of the second wheel disc.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the first wheel includes a first end having a hemispherical shape, the third wheel has a hemispherical shape, and the third wheel is fitted over the first end of the first wheel;
the indoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises a base shell, a mounting plate is arranged in the base shell, the motor is mounted on the mounting plate, the first end of the first wheel disc and the third wheel disc penetrate through the output shaft of the motor, and the motor deviates from one end of the mounting plate is accommodated in the first end of the first wheel disc.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the motor is a double-shaft motor, and the other output shaft end of the motor penetrates through the mounting plate and is connected with the water curtain assembly.
