An air treatment apparatus 100 for an air conditioner, an air conditioner indoor unit 1000, and an air conditioner outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an air treatment apparatus 100 for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the water-collecting device comprises a shell 1, a water-collecting disc 2, a wind wheel 3 and a water-retaining piece 4.
An air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are arranged on the shell 1, and outdoor air enters from the air inlet 11 and flows out from the air outlet 12 after being treated.
Specifically, the air conditioner is provided with a heat exchange air duct (which can be a heating air duct or a refrigerating air duct), an air treatment air duct which is mutually isolated from the heat exchange air duct is arranged in the shell 1, the shell 1 is provided with a fresh air inlet and a fresh air outlet, the fresh air inlet and the fresh air outlet are both communicated with the air treatment air duct, the fresh air inlet is communicated with the outside, and the fresh air outlet is communicated with the inside. At least a portion of the air inlet 11 is a fresh air inlet, that is, at least a portion of the air flow entering the housing 1 is outdoor fresh air, and of course, a portion of the air flow entering from the indoor space may also exist in the housing 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the water receiving tray 2 is located in the housing 1, and a water tank 21 for storing water is formed on the water receiving tray 2. Here, the water tank 21 may be annular, and of course, the water tank 21 may be other shape, and the shape of the water tank 21 is not particularly limited here.
As shown in fig. 4, the wind wheel 3 is located in the housing 1 and is used for guiding the air flow of the air treatment device; and the wind wheel 3 is positioned above the water receiving disc 2 and is used for driving water in the water receiving disc 2 to flow.
The water deflector 4 has at least a first state and a second state, the water deflector 4 being switchable between the first state and the second state, the water deflector 4 being configured to block water flow to urge water molecules into contact with the air flow when the water deflector 4 is in the first state; when the water deflector 4 is switched to the second state, the water deflector 4 extends or protrudes from the water receiving tray 2 in the flow direction of the water flow so as to reduce contact between water molecules and the air flow. It will be appreciated that by adjusting the condition of the water deflector 4, the degree of impact of the water deflector 4 with the water in the sump 21 may be controlled.
That is, in the first state, since the water in the water tank 21 flows by the air flow, the water guard 4 may form a barrier to the flowing water, and the flowing water may strike the water guard 4 to form water spray, which may also generate water mist. At this time, the flowing air is fully contacted with the water mist and the water droplets, so that water molecules and other components in the water can be absorbed, and meanwhile, the water mist can absorb substances such as dust and the like in the air, and the air is purified and humidified in the process.
In the second state, the water blocking member 4 may extend along the flow direction of the water flow or the water blocking member 4 may extend from the water receiving tray 2, so as to avoid excessive obstruction of the water flow by the water blocking member 4, and thus, water mist generated by the water flow and water drops hit by the water flow are reduced, and thus, the purifying and humidifying effects of the air treatment device 100 on the air are weakened.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the position of the water blocking member 4 in the water tank 21 in the first state is fixed, and in some embodiments, the posture of the water blocking member 4 in the water tank 21 in the first state may also be changed, that is, the first state of the water blocking member 4 may also include a plurality of possibilities. The water deflector 4 thus has a plurality of first states, and its adjustment is also varied.
In some embodiments, the water deflector 4 may even have a third state, i.e. the water deflector 4 may be movable back and forth in the water tray 2, which corresponds to the water deflector 4 extending into the water tray 2 to actively drain water. In this state, the movable water deflector 4 can be made into more water mist, so that the air-purifying and humidifying effect of the air-treating device 100 can be enhanced.
As can be seen from the above description, the air treatment device 100 has different purifying and humidifying effects on the air under different conditions of the water blocking member 4, so that the condition of the water blocking member 4 can be adjusted to adjust the condition of the air treatment device 100. For example, the water deflector 4 may be adjusted to the second state when the indoor humidity has been too high. When the indoor humidity is insufficient, the water blocking member 4 can be adjusted to the first state. When the indoor humidity is seriously insufficient, the water baffle 4 can be adjusted to the third state.
Therefore, it can be said that the air treatment device 100 for an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention can manufacture water mist with different scales according to the needs of the air treatment device 100 by providing the water blocking member 4 capable of being switched in state, and a large number of moving droplets in the air treatment duct can remove dust particles in the air, improve the air humidity, and improve the indoor air quality.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the water guard 4 is plate-shaped, the water guard 4 is a flat plate or an arc-shaped plate, the structure is simple, and the water guard 4 is better in contact with water in the water tank 21. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water guard 4 may have other shapes, and the shape of the water guard 4 is not particularly limited herein, as long as the water guard 4 can strike the water after being inserted into the water tank 21.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving mode of the state transition of the water blocking member 4 is various, for example, the water blocking member 4 may be adjusted by manually toggling, for example, the water blocking member 4 may be driven to move by a control valve (such as a piston valve).
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-5, the air treatment device 100 further includes a drive motor 5, the drive motor 5 being coupled to the water deflector 4 to drive the water deflector 4 to switch between the first state and the second state. The driving motor 5 drives the water baffle 4 to switch states, so that the automatic switching of the water baffle 4 can be realized, and the switching reliability is higher.
It will be appreciated that the drive motor 5 provides power to the water deflector 4, which may hold the water deflector 4 in either the first or second state, or may switch the water deflector 4 continuously between the first and second states.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the driving motor 5 is provided with a protruding rotatable motor shaft, and the motor shaft is connected with the water blocking member 4 and can drive the water blocking member 4 to rotate.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the air treatment device 100 further includes a waterproof member 6, wherein the waterproof member 6 is sleeved on the motor shaft of the driving motor 5 and is located between the driving motor 5 and the water blocking member 4, so that water mist generated by the impact of the water blocking member 4 with water can be prevented from entering the driving motor 5, thereby improving the safety of the driving motor 5 and prolonging the service life.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the waterproof member 6 is formed in a tapered shape with a gradually decreasing size in a direction away from the waterproof member 6, and such arrangement can better block water mist from entering the driving motor 5, and is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture.
Specifically, the waterproof member 6 is a flexible member, and such arrangement facilitates the installation of the waterproof member 6, and the flexible member does not generate rigid obstruction to the movable water deflector 4, so that the working reliability is high.
Alternatively, the waterproof member 6 may be made of a rubber material, which has better wear resistance and corrosion resistance and longer service life. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof member 6 may be made of other materials, for example, the waterproof member 6 may be a silicone member.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the water blocking member 4 forms a shaft sleeve 41, the shaft sleeve 41 is sleeved on the motor shaft of the driving motor 5, and the water blocking member 6 is sleeved on the shaft sleeve 41, so that the water blocking member 4 is convenient to cooperate with the driving motor 5, and the structure is simple and convenient to install.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2-4, the rotor 3 is a centrifugal rotor, the cross-section of which is circular.
Specifically, the wind wheel 3 is spaced apart from the water surface of the water pan 2, and the wind wheel 3 can drive the water in the water pan 2 to flow by using airflow. The wind wheel 3 is spaced from the water surface, so that splash caused by stirring of the wind wheel 3 can be avoided, and the water flow is driven to flow only by air flow, so that the stability of integral operation can be maintained.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a driving piece 7 for driving the wind wheel 3 to rotate is arranged above the wind wheel 3, and the driving piece 7 can drive the wind wheel 3 to rotate, so that air flow is generated and water in the water receiving disc 2 is driven to flow.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, a filtering device 8 is arranged below the wind wheel 3, the filtering device 8 is in a cylindrical shape, and the air flow passing through the air inlet 11 can enter the wind wheel 3 through the filtering device 8, so that the air entering through the air inlet 11 can be filtered and purified, and the air quality is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the rotor 3 is a centrifugal rotor, and the hub 31 of the rotor 3 is located on top of the rotor 3.
In the embodiment of fig. 2, two cavities are formed in the shell 1 at intervals up and down, the wind wheel 3 is arranged in the upper cavity, the filter device 8 is arranged in the lower cavity, and the communicated air port 22 is arranged on the partition plate between the upper cavity and the lower cavity. The partition plate surrounds the air port 22 to form a water receiving disc 2, the water receiving disc 2 is downwards recessed to form a water tank 21, the water tank 21 is arranged around the air port 22, and the upper part of the water tank 21 is opened.
The filter device 8 is formed into a ring-shaped member, the filter device 8 is arranged around the air inlet 22, the height of the filter device 8 is equal to that of the lower cavity, and the air inlet 11 communicated with the lower cavity is arranged on the peripheral wall of the shell 1, so that the entering air flow can pass through the filter device 8 from 360 degrees to flow into the air inlet 22.
In this embodiment, the centrifugal wind wheel is configured to axially intake air and radially exhaust air, the intake end of the centrifugal wind wheel is located at the bottom of the centrifugal wind wheel and is arranged opposite to the air port 22, and the exhaust end of the centrifugal wind wheel is located around the centrifugal wind wheel, so that the exhaust air is exhausted in the 360-degree direction of the annular centrifugal wind wheel.
The water tank 21 contains water, and when the centrifugal wind wheel rotates, the water can be driven to flow, and the flowing water is easy to generate water spray and water mist, and air is contacted with the water mist when the air is discharged in the 360-degree direction surrounding the centrifugal wind wheel, so that the processing capacity of the air processing device 100 is improved.
