Claims (10)

1. A food heating unit, comprising:
the upper surface of the baking tray (1) is used for placing food to be heated;
the heating pipe (2) is arranged below the baking tray (1) and can generate heat after being electrified; and
the partition plate (3) is arranged between the baking tray (1) and the heating pipe (2), is simultaneously contacted with the baking tray (1) and the heating pipe (2), can transmit the heat productivity of the heating pipe (2) to the baking tray (1) in a heat conduction mode, and has the thickness not more than 0.5 mm.
2. Food heating unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper surface of the baking tray (1) is rectangular, the heating pipe (2) comprising:
at least two first pipe sections (21) which are attached to the lower surface of the partition plate (3) along the length direction of the baking tray (1) and are arranged in parallel with each other at a set interval; and
and the at least one second pipe section (22) is connected to the end parts of the two adjacent first pipe sections (21) along the width direction of the baking tray (1) so as to enable the two first pipe sections (21) to be connected end to end.
3. Food heating unit according to claim 2, characterized in that of the at least two first pipe sections (21), the outermost two first pipe sections (21) in the projection of the partition (3) at least partially coincide with the projection of the longitudinal edge of the grate plate (1) in the partition (3).
4. Food heating unit according to claim 3, wherein the at least two first tube sections (21) comprise four first tube sections (21), the at least one second tube section (22) comprises three second tube sections (22), and the four first tube sections (21) are arranged in an M-shaped arrangement with the heating tubes (2) being arranged in sequence end-to-end by three second tube sections (22);
the distance between the outermost first pipe section (21) and the first pipe section (21) adjacent to the outermost first pipe section is larger than the distance between the two first pipe sections (21) located in the middle.
5. Food heating unit according to claim 4, wherein the heat generating tube (2) further comprises:
the first end of the third pipe section (23) is connected to the end, which is not connected with the second pipe section (22), of the first pipe section (21) on the outermost side, and the third pipe section is of an S-shaped structure, so that the second end of the third pipe section is consistent with the extending direction of the first end and has a set interval in the direction vertical to the baking tray (1);
the fixing block (24) is fixedly arranged on the third pipe section (23) and close to the second end of the third pipe section (23) and is used for fixedly connecting the third pipe section (23); and
and the electrode (25) is electrically connected to the second end of the third pipe section (23) and is positioned outside the fixed block (24).

The food heating unit according to claim 2, wherein the partition (3) is provided with an accommodating groove (31) recessed toward one side of the grill pan (1) along the track of the heating pipe (2), and the width of the accommodating groove (31) is larger than the diameter of the heating pipe (2) so that the heating pipe (2) is inserted into the accommodating groove (31).
7. Food heating unit according to claim 6, wherein the partition (3) further comprises:
the first protruding structure (32) protrudes from the partition plate (3) to one side of the heating tube (2), is positioned between the two accommodating grooves (31) for accommodating two adjacent first tube sections (21), and has a width smaller than the distance between the two adjacent first tube sections (21); and
the second protruding structures (33) protrude from the partition plate (3) to one side of the heating tube (2), are positioned on two sides of the accommodating groove (31) for accommodating the second tube section (22) in a group and are provided with first fixing holes (331);
the food heating unit further comprises:
and the pressure plate (4) is provided with two second fixing holes (41), a circular arc-shaped groove (42) is formed between the two second fixing holes (41), the second fixing holes (41) can be matched with the first fixing holes (331), so that when the pressure plate (4) is fastened to a group of two second protruding structures (33) through screws, the second pipe section (22) is pressed to the partition plate (3) through the circular arc-shaped groove (42).
8. A food grilling apparatus, comprising:
a box body (5); and
a food heating unit according to any of claims 1 to 7;
wherein, a mounting hole (611a) is arranged on the top panel (611) of the box body (5) and is used for arranging the food heating unit.
9. A food cooking apparatus as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that the housing (5) includes:
a housing (61) which is configured from a top panel (611), a left side panel (612), and a right side panel (613) of the case (5); and
an inner cavity (62) which is composed of a bottom panel (621), a front panel (622) and a rear panel (623) of the box body (5), wherein a first mounting plate (624) and a second mounting plate (625) are vertically arranged between the front panel (622) and the rear panel (623), and the first mounting plate (624) and the second mounting plate (625) are respectively close to the left end and the right end of the front panel (622) and are used for fixing a heating pipe (2) in the food heating unit;
wherein, the top of the first mounting plate (624) and the second mounting plate (625) is provided with a partition plate assembly hole (626) for fixedly mounting the partition plate (3) of the food heating unit.

The food grilling apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the mounting hole (611a) further has a side wall integrally formed by extending downward from the top panel (611) of the housing (5), and a lower end of the side wall is coplanar with a lower surface of a grill pan (1) of the food heating unit, so that the side wall and the lower surface of the grill pan (1) can be simultaneously carried in overlapping relation with an upper surface of the partition (3);
wherein the top panel (611) of the box body (5) is made of galvanized stainless steel material, and the food heating unit comprises at least one heating tube (2) arranged right below the side wall.
