The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The following describes a separation device 1 of a cooking appliance 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the separating apparatus 1 of the cooking appliance 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a liquid storage container 500 and a first partition 610.
The liquid container 500 has a limiting structure 520, the limiting structure 520 is adapted to cooperate with the cooperating structure 24 of the cooking utensil 2, the limiting structure 520 at least includes a first limiting portion 521, and in a state that the liquid container 500 is installed in place, the first limiting portion 521 is used for limiting the liquid container 500 to move downwards (in the vertical direction as shown in fig. 1). The first partition 610 is disposed in the liquid storage container 500 to divide the inner cavity of the liquid storage container 500 into the liquid storage cavity 100 and the liquid passing channel 200, the liquid passing channel 200 has the liquid passing port 210 and the liquid outlet 220 which are communicated with each other, the liquid passing channel 200 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 100 through the liquid passing port 210, and the height of the liquid passing port 210 is lower than that of the liquid outlet 220.
The operation of the separation device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
When the separation device 1 works, firstly, after the mixed liquid of two liquids with different densities enters the liquid storage cavity 100 from the liquid inlet 300, the mixed liquid is layered in the liquid storage cavity 100, the liquid with low density floats upwards, and the liquid with high density sinks. Then, the liquid with high density in the lower layer flows into the liquid passing channel 200 from the liquid passing port 210, reaches the height of the liquid outlet 220, and then flows out from the liquid outlet 220. Therefore, the liquid with small density remaining below the level of the liquid outlet 220 is retained in the liquid storage chamber 100, and the liquid with large density flows out, so that the two liquids are separated.
According to the utility model discloses cooking utensil 2's separator 1, through setting up stock solution container 500 and first partition 610, can separate the mixed liquid that has the liquid of different density, for example can separate the profit in the meat broth in the culinary art process. This allows the separation of a specific component from the mixed liquid, and realizes the separation effect of the separator 1.
For example, in the cooking process, if the oil and water in the broth are separated by the separation device 1, the taste of the broth can be improved, and the low-fat healthy diet requirement can be met, so that the diet health of the user can be improved conveniently. Simultaneously, compare the mode of grease in the manual processing bouillon, not only can reduce user's work load, save user's time and energy, improve oil-water separation's efficiency, be convenient for improve oil-water separation's effect moreover.
Moreover, the height of the liquid passing port 210 is lower than that of the liquid outlet 220, so that a certain amount of mixed liquid can be reserved in the liquid storage cavity 100, different components in the mixed liquid can be layered conveniently, and the liquid with high density can flow out from the liquid passing port 210 through the liquid channel 200.
For example, when the broth is treated by the separation device 1, after the broth enters the liquid storage container 500, moisture in the broth flows through the liquid passage 200 through the liquid passing port 210 and then flows out from the liquid outlet 220, and most of the oil or oil-water mixture with less density in the broth is retained in the liquid storage cavity 100 below the liquid outlet 220, so as to achieve the oil removal operation on the broth.
In addition, by providing the stopper structure 520 in the liquid storage container 500, the liquid storage container 500 can be restricted from moving downward. Can carry out reliable spacing to stock solution container 500 like this, improve stock solution container 500 set up stability. For example, when cooking broth, the separation device 1 can be installed in the pot body 23 of the cooking utensil 2, the separation device 1 is reliably supported, the liquid storage container 500 is prevented from shaking or even separating from the pot body 23, the stability of the liquid storage container 500 is improved, and the oil removing effect of the separation device 1 is improved.
Therefore, according to the utility model discloses cooking utensil 2's separator 1 has advantages such as the installation is reliable, spacing effectual.
The following describes a separating apparatus 1 of a cooking appliance 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-13, a separating device 1 of a cooking appliance 2 according to embodiments of the present invention includes a liquid storage container 500 and a first separating member 610.
In some embodiments, one of the retention feature 520 and the mating feature 24 is formed as a retention slot and the other is formed as a retention projection that mates with the retention slot. Therefore, the liquid storage container 500 can be reliably limited by the limiting groove and the limiting protrusion.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 5, the limiting structure 520 on the liquid storage container 500 is formed as a limiting groove, and the matching structure 24 on the cooking appliance 2 is formed as a limiting protrusion matching with the limiting groove.
In other examples, the limiting structure 520 on the liquid storage container 500 is formed as a limiting protrusion, and the matching structure 24 on the cooking appliance 2 is formed as a limiting groove matched with the limiting protrusion.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the limiting structure 520 further includes a second limiting portion 522, the second limiting portion 522 is adapted to cooperate with the matching structure 24 of the cooking appliance 2, and in a state that the liquid storage container 500 is installed in place, the second limiting portion 522 is used for limiting the liquid storage container 500 from moving upwards. Therefore, the liquid storage container 500 can be reliably supported by the second limiting part 522, and the liquid storage container 500 can be stably installed in the cooking container. For example, when the broth was heated and takes place the boiling in the culinary art process, stock solution container 500 can receive ascending effort, can avoid stock solution container 500 to move upwards through setting up limit structure 520, prevents that stock solution container 500 from taking place to rock and even break away from interior pot body 23, is convenient for improve stock solution container 500 set up stability, improves separator 1's deoiling effect.
Further, the limiting structure 520 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the liquid storage container 500, the limiting structure 520 is formed as a limiting groove, the first limiting portion 521 and the second limiting portion 522 are formed in the limiting groove, and the matching structure 24 is a limiting protrusion matched with the limiting groove. Therefore, the first limiting part 521 and the second limiting part 522 are convenient to process and arrange, the liquid storage container 500 is convenient to limit in the up-down direction, and the liquid storage container 500 is prevented from moving greatly in the working process.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the limiting groove includes a guiding section 523 and a limiting section 526, the guiding section 523 extends along the vertical direction or has a preset included angle with the vertical direction, and the lower end of the guiding section 523 has a matching opening 524. The limiting section 526 is connected with the guiding section 523, the limiting section 526 extends along the circumferential direction of the liquid storage container 500, the upper groove wall of the limiting section 526 forms a first limiting part 521, and the lower groove wall of the limiting section 526 forms a second limiting part 522. This is convenient for from top installation reservoir 500 downwards, makes mating structure 24 get into in the guide section 523 from cooperation opening 524, then gets into spacing section 526 at the junction of guide section 523 and spacing section 526 to mating structure 24 can spacing cooperation finally in spacing section 526, thereby realizes the installation location of reservoir 500.
It should be understood here that "the guide segment 523 has a preset included angle with the vertical direction" means that the guide segment 523 can be obliquely disposed, wherein the preset included angle between the guide segment 523 and the vertical direction can range from greater than 0 degree to less than 90 degrees, in other words, the preset included angle is the minimum included angle between the guide segment 523 and the vertical direction, and the preset included angle is an acute angle.
For example, in the process of installing the liquid storage container 500, the liquid storage container 500 is first pressed from the top to the bottom, so that the matching structure 24 enters the guide section 523 from the matching opening 524 and moves upward relative to the guide section 523, and then the liquid storage container 500 is rotated at the connection position of the guide section 523 and the limiting section 526, so that the matching structure 24 enters the limiting section 526 from the guide section 523.
Optionally, the position-limiting section 526 extends in a horizontal direction, and one end of the position-limiting section 526 is connected to the upper end of the guiding section 523 and the other end is closed. So not only be convenient for simplify stock solution container 500's installation operation, the user removes stock solution container 500 downwards and horizontal rotation stock solution container 500 again can accomplish the installation, is convenient for improve the spacing effect to stock solution container 500 moreover, prevents that stock solution container 500 from producing in the upper and lower direction and removing.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the stop segment 526 is provided with a slot 525, and the mating structure 24 is adapted to snap into the slot 525. Therefore, after the matching structure 24 is turned into the limiting section 526, the matching structure can be clamped and matched with the limiting section 526, and the positioning reliability of the liquid storage container 500 is further improved.
Further, the engaging groove 525 is disposed on the lower groove wall of the position-limiting section 526 and is adjacent to the connecting portion of the guiding section 523 and the position-limiting section 526. Therefore, after the matching structure 24 is rotated into the limiting section 526, the matching structure can be clamped with the limiting section 526, the installation time of the liquid storage container 500 is shortened conveniently, and the installation efficiency of the liquid storage container 500 is improved.
Specifically, the plurality of limiting structures 520 are provided, and the plurality of limiting structures 520 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the liquid storage container 500. Can increase stock solution container 500's erection joint like this, be convenient for improve stock solution container 500's atress homogeneity, be convenient for improve stock solution container 500's spacing reliability.
More specifically, the plurality of limiting structures 520 includes at least one first limiting structure 520 and at least one second limiting structure 520, and the first limiting structure 520 and the second limiting structure 520 are symmetrically arranged in the circumferential direction of the liquid storage container 500. Further can guarantee like this that stock solution container 500's atress is balanced, improve stock solution container 500's installation stability, improve the spacing effect to stock solution container 500.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the separation device 1 further comprises a second partition 620, the second partition 620 being disposed outside the reservoir 500, the second partition 620 defining a replacement cavity 621 having a bottom opening. Therefore, the liquid broth in the medium replacement cavity 621 can be replaced by the gaseous first medium, so that the liquid level height of the broth in the cooking cavity 21 is increased, the replaced broth can smoothly and fully enter the liquid storage cavity 100, the liquid level height of the broth in the liquid storage cavity 100 is increased, the broth can be better separated in the separating device 1, grease in the broth is removed, the separating effect of the separating device 1 is improved, and the problem that the normal use of the separating device 1 is influenced due to the fact that the liquid level of the broth entering the liquid storage cavity 100 is too low is avoided.
It should be noted that the first medium may come from outside the replacement chamber 621, and the replacement of the broth is achieved by entering the medium replacement chamber 621; alternatively, the first medium may come from inside the displacement chamber 621, for example by heating the broth inside the displacement chamber 621, so that gaseous water vapour is formed inside, from where it can push the broth out of the displacement chamber 621; of course, the source of the first medium may also be a combination of the two possibilities, but is not limited thereto.
For example, when the volume of the replacement cavity 621 is constant, the gas filling and discharging device can be used to fill the replacement cavity 621 with gas, so that the pressure in the replacement cavity 621 is increased, and the broth in the replacement cavity 621 is squeezed out into the separation device 1; the soup after the oil removal and separation in the separation device 1 can flow back to the replacement cavity 621, and the air charging and discharging device can be used for pumping air from the replacement cavity 621, so that the pressure in the replacement cavity 621 is reduced, and the backflow effect can be achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the second separator 620 is connected to the connection 622 and the other end extends obliquely downward and outward. This facilitates increasing the volume of the displacement chamber 621, which facilitates squeezing more broth out of the displacement chamber 621 when the broth boils.
Specifically, the second partition 620 is formed in a closed ring shape, an upper end of the second partition 620 is connected to the bottom wall of the liquid storage container 500, a lower end of the second partition 620 extends obliquely downward and outward, and the lower end of the second partition 620 is spaced apart from the bottom wall or the side peripheral wall of the cooking cavity 21 to form an extrusion gap for the broth to be extruded from the replacement cavity 621.
Specifically, the second partition 620 is disposed around the liquid outlet 220, and the displacement chamber 621 communicates with the liquid outlet 220. This facilitates the flow of the deoiled soup from the outlet opening 220 back into the cooking chamber 21 after the separation has been completed.
The separation device 1 provided with the check valve 800 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the separation device 1 further includes a check valve 800, the check valve 800 is disposed in the liquid storage container 500 and has an open state and a closed state, the check valve 800 opens the liquid outlet 220 in the open state to allow the liquid in the liquid passage 200 to flow out of the liquid outlet 220 in one direction, and the check valve 800 closes the liquid outlet 220 in the closed state. Therefore, the one-way valve 800 can be closed in the oil filtering process, the bottom of the liquid storage container 500 is in a closed state, broth with a higher liquid level is accumulated in the liquid storage container 500, the separation effect of the separation device 1 is improved, the one-way valve 800 can be opened after separation is completed, soup without oil can flow back into the cooking cavity 21, and the soup without oil in the cooking cavity 21 can be prevented from reversely entering the liquid storage container 500 through the one-way valve 800.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the check valve 800 includes a valve body 810 and a sealing flange 820, wherein the valve body 810 is disposed outside the bottom wall of the reservoir 500. The sealing flange 820 is connected to the valve main body 810, and when the check valve 800 is in an open state, a liquid passing gap is formed between the sealing flange 820 and the bottom wall of the liquid container 500 to open the liquid outlet 220, and when the check valve 800 is in a closed state, the sealing flange 820 is in contact with the bottom wall of the liquid container 500 to seal the liquid outlet 220. This facilitates switching of the check valve 800 between the open state and the closed state.
More specifically, the sealing bead 820 extends around the circumference of the valve body 810 and is elastically deformable under an external force. Thus, the shape of the sealing flange 820 can be controlled by external force, thereby controlling the operation state of the check valve 800.
For example, the bottom wall of the reservoir 500 has a boss 230, the first partition 610 covers the boss 230, the outer surface of the bottom wall of the reservoir 500 has a cavity corresponding to the boss 230, and the check valve 800 is disposed in the cavity. One end of the sealing flange 820 is connected to the valve body 810 and the other end extends downward toward the side wall of the cavity, and the sealing flange 820 is configured to deform under an upward force to stop against the side wall of the cavity and to recover from deformation when the force is removed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the valve main body 810 has a fitting hole 811 at the middle portion thereof, the bottom wall of the liquid reservoir 500 is provided with a mounting hole 501, the first partition member 610 and the valve main body 810 are mounted to the liquid reservoir 500 by means of an elastic connection member 700, and the elastic connection member 700 is adapted to be inserted through the mounting hole 501 and the fitting hole 811. This facilitates assembly of the first partition 610 and the valve body 810 with the reservoir 500, facilitates simplification of the assembly process of the separating apparatus 1, and improves the production efficiency of the separating apparatus 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the valve body 810 is provided at a middle portion thereof with a mounting projection through which the fitting hole 811 penetrates so that the valve body 810 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the reservoir 500. Therefore, the structural strength of the valve main body 810 can be improved, the valve main body 810 can be spaced from the bottom wall of the liquid storage container 500, the liquid outlet 220 can be communicated with the cooking cavity 21 when the one-way valve 800 is in an open state, and the outflow of the oil removing soup is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic connector 700 includes a connection post 710 and a limit boss 730, one end of the connection post 710 is connected to the first spacer 610, and the connection post 710 is adapted to be fitted with the mounting hole 501 and the fitting hole 811. The limiting boss 730 is connected with the other end of the connecting column 710, and the outer diameter of the limiting boss 730 is larger than the inner diameter of the matching hole 811. This allows the first partition 610, the valve body 810, and the reservoir 500 to be compression fit together by restraining the reservoir 500 and the valve body 810 using the restraining boss 730.
More specifically, the limit boss 730 is formed as a circular truncated cone protruding outward from the peripheral wall of the connection post 710.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall of the liquid storage container 500 has a boss 230, the first partition 610 covers the boss 230, the outer surface of the bottom wall of the liquid storage container 500 has a cavity corresponding to the position of the boss 230, and the check valve 800 is disposed in the cavity. This not only facilitates the installation of the first partition 610, facilitates the formation of the liquid storage chamber 100 and the liquid passing channel 200, but also facilitates the setting of the height of the liquid passing port 210 to be lower than the height of the liquid outlet 220, thereby realizing the height difference between the liquid passing port 210 and the liquid outlet 220.
Specifically, the second partitioning member 620 is disposed around the boss 230, the liquid outlet 220 communicates with the replacement cavity 621 through the check valve 800 in an open state of the check valve 800, and the check valve 800 blocks the liquid outlet 220 from the replacement cavity 621 in a closed state of the check valve 800. Thus, during the cooking process of the cooking appliance 2, the steam pressure generated in the cooking cavity 21 can be used to control the operation state of the check valve 800.
For example, in the cooking process, when a large amount of steam is generated by heating in the replacement cavity 621, on one hand, the steam can extrude the broth out of the replacement cavity 621, so that the broth can more smoothly enter the liquid storage cavity 100 of the separation device 1, and on the other hand, the steam can elastically deform the sealing flange 820 of the check valve 800, and the sealing flange 820 is in contact with the bottom wall of the liquid storage container 500 to seal the liquid outlet 220.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall of the liquid storage container 500 has a boss 230, the first partition 610 covers the boss 230, the liquid passing port 210 is provided in the liquid storage container 500 and/or the first partition 610, and the liquid outlet 220 is provided in the boss 230. This facilitates setting the liquid passing port 210 to be lower than the liquid outlet port 220.
Further, the boss 230 and the first partition 610 are disposed in the middle of the bottom wall of the reservoir 500. Therefore, the stress of the liquid storage container 500 is more uniform, and the structure is more reliable and stable.

Therefore, the boss 230 is conveniently formed, no additional part is required, the processing is convenient, the cost is low, and a certain height difference is conveniently formed between the liquid outlet 220 and the liquid passing port 210.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the side wall of the liquid storage container 500 is provided with a liquid inlet 300 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 100, and the height of the liquid inlet 300 is not lower than that of the liquid outlet 220. Therefore, the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 100 can be prevented from flowing out through the liquid inlet 300, the phenomenon of backflow in the liquid inlet 300 can be prevented, the working reliability and the stability of the separation device 1 are convenient to guarantee, and the separation effect of the separation device 1 is improved.
Specifically, the liquid inlet 300 is plural, and the plural liquid inlets 300 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the liquid storage container 500. Therefore, the mixed liquid can more uniformly enter the liquid storage cavity 100, the liquid inlet efficiency of the mixed liquid is increased conveniently, and the separation effect of the separation device 1 on the mixed liquid is improved.
