As shown in fig. 9-10, in some embodiments, the upper end of the first side wall 111 has a mounting flange 1111 extending in a direction away from the second side wall 112, and the stop step 123 is supported on the mounting flange 1111.
Therefore, by arranging the mounting flange 1111, not only the structural strength of the first side wall 111 of the liquid storage container 11 can be improved and the probability of deformation of the first side wall 111 can be reduced, but also the contact area between the first side wall 111 and the limiting step 123 can be increased, and the mounting reliability and stability of the cooking accessory 12 on the first side wall 111 can be further ensured.
As shown in fig. 9, in some examples, the mounting flange 1111 is magnetically coupled to the stop step 123. Specifically, the mounting flange 1111 is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is provided with a mounting seat 16, the mounting seat 16 defines a mounting cavity for mounting the magnetic member 15, the cooking accessory 12 is made of a material that can be attracted to the magnetic member 15, or a magnetic matching member is provided at the limiting step 123, so that the magnetic member 15 can be attracted to the cooking accessory 12 at the limiting step 123, and the cooking accessory 12 can be mounted on the first side wall 111.
As shown in fig. 10, according to some embodiments of the present utility model, one of the first side wall 111 and the partition 121 has a first protrusion 1213 extending toward the other such that the first side wall 111 and the partition 121 are spaced apart and define the liquid passage 101. Wherein, the first protrusions 1213 may be formed in an elongated shape in the same plane, or the first protrusions 1213 may include a plurality of first protrusions 1213 arranged at intervals in the same plane, and the processing process may be simplified on the basis of ensuring the connection reliability of the first side wall 111 and the partition 121, ensuring the structural integrity of the first side wall 111 and the partition 121.
In some embodiments, the first protrusion 1213 is provided on the partition 121, and the first sidewall 111 has a second protrusion 1112 extending toward the partition 121, the second protrusion 1112 being in offset engagement with the first protrusion 1213.
For example, the first protrusions 1213 and the second protrusions 1112 may respectively include a plurality of second protrusions 1112 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first sidewall 111, the positions of the plurality of second protrusions 1112 and the plurality of first protrusions 1213 being in one-to-one correspondence, each of the first protrusions 1213 being in offset engagement with the corresponding second protrusion 1112.
As another example, the first protrusions 1213 may include a plurality of first protrusions 1213 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first sidewall 111, the second protrusions 1112 include one and the second protrusions 1112 extend in the circumferential direction of the first sidewall 111, and the plurality of first protrusions 1213 are offset-fitted with the one second protrusions 1112.
For another example, the first protrusion 1213 includes one and the first protrusion 1213 extends along the circumferential direction of the first sidewall 111, the second protrusion 1112 includes a plurality of and the plurality of second protrusions 1112 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first sidewall 111, and the one first protrusion 1213 is fitted with the plurality of second protrusions 1112 in a dislocated manner.
As shown in fig. 11, in some examples, the limiting step 123 has a recess 1214 extending in a direction away from the mounting cuff 1111, the recess 1214 and the mounting cuff 1111 defining at least one second liquid passing portion 103 therebetween. By providing the recess 1214 on the limiting step 123, not only the structural strength of the cooking accessory 12 can be further improved, but also the limiting step 123 is brought into contact with the mounting flange 1111 portion, so that the second liquid passing portion 103 can be defined at the position where the recess 1214 is located, to communicate the liquid passing passage 101 with the external space of the liquid storage container 11, so that the liquid in the liquid passing passage 101 can be discharged through the second liquid passing portion 103.
In the embodiment in which the second liquid passing portion 103 is defined between the recess 1214 and the mounting flange 1111 on the first side wall 111, the height of the first side wall 111 determines the maximum oil storage amount of the liquid storage chamber 1101.
As shown in fig. 12-13, in some embodiments, the upper end of the first sidewall 111 has a rounded structure 1113, and the stop step 123 is supported on the rounded structure 1113.
Thus, by providing the rounded structure 1113 at the upper end of the first sidewall 111, not only the deformation resistance of the first sidewall 111 can be improved, but also damage to the surface of the cooking accessory 12 by the first sidewall 111 can be avoided, and the service life of the separating apparatus 100 can be prolonged. In addition, the rolled structure 1113 may space the first side wall 111 from the partition 121, so as to define the liquid passing channel 101, and the rolled structure 1113 may also be in staggered engagement with a protrusion (such as the first protrusion 1213 shown in fig. 12 and 13) on the partition 121, so that the first side wall 111 and the partition 121 are clamped together.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, the separation device 100 further has a liquid inlet portion 104, and the liquid inlet portion 104 may communicate between the liquid storage chamber 1101 and an external space of the separation device 100.
When the separating device 100 is used in the pot body 21 for cooking soup, the liquid inlet part 104 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 1101 and the cooking cavity 210 of the pot body 21, broth in the cooking cavity 210 can enter the liquid storage cavity 1101 from the liquid inlet part 104 in the boiling process, grease with smaller density is positioned at the upper part in the liquid storage cavity 1101, soup with larger density is positioned at the lower part in the liquid storage cavity 1101, the soup with larger density enters the liquid passing channel 101 from the first liquid passing part 102, along with the rising of the liquid level in the liquid storage cavity 1101, the soup with larger density in the liquid passing channel 101 can flow to the cooking cavity 210 from the second liquid passing part 103, finally, grease with smaller density is concentrated in the liquid storage cavity 1101 or the lower part in the liquid passing channel 101, so that the soup with larger density is concentrated in the cooking cavity 210, oil-water separation is realized, the taste of the soup is convenient to promote, the healthy diet requirements of low fat are met, and the diet health of users can be improved.
The liquid inlet 104 includes at least one of a first liquid inlet provided in the oil baffle 122, a second liquid inlet provided in the second sidewall 112, and an opening 1102 of the liquid storage chamber 1101.
In the embodiment in which the liquid inlet 104 includes the first liquid inlets, the number of the first liquid inlets may be plural, and the plural first liquid inlets may be arranged in the up-down direction and/or the horizontal direction of the oil baffle 122; in embodiments in which the liquid inlet 104 includes the above-described second liquid inlets, the number of the second liquid inlets may be plural, and the plural second liquid inlets may be arranged in the up-down direction and/or the horizontal direction of the second side wall 112.
In embodiments where the liquid inlet 104 includes an open mouth 1102 of the liquid storage chamber 1101, the broth in the cooking chamber 210 may pass over the upper end of the second side wall 112 or the upper end of the oil baffle 122 during boiling, thereby entering the liquid storage chamber 1101.
Thus, by providing the liquid inlet 104 with the above structure, the range of positions where the liquid inlet 104 can be arranged is increased, and cooking requirements of various food materials and different food material amounts can be satisfied.
In some embodiments, the second liquid passing portion 103 is lower than the liquid inlet portion 104, preventing liquid in the liquid storage chamber 1101 from flowing back from the liquid inlet portion 104 to the cooking chamber 210. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the liquid inlet 104 includes a second liquid inlet provided on the second side wall 112 and an opening 1102 of the liquid storage chamber 1101.
The height of the opening 1102 of the liquid storage cavity 1101 from the bottom of the liquid storage container 11 and the height of the top of the cooking accessory 12 from the bottom of the liquid storage container 11 are both A, the height of the second liquid inlet positioned at the lowest position on the second side wall 112 from the bottom of the liquid storage container 11 is B, the height of the first liquid passing portion 102 from the bottom of the liquid storage container 11 is E, the height of the second liquid passing portion 103 from the bottom of the liquid storage container 11 is F, F is larger than E, B is larger than or equal to F, A-F is larger than or equal to 1mm, and the water level of water in the pot 21 needs to be lower than the liquid inlet portion 104.

The outer contour shape of the liquid storage container 11 may be a regular shape such as a circle, an ellipse, or a square, and of course, the outer contour shape of the liquid storage container 11 may also be an irregular shape formed by combining straight lines, curves, or folding lines, so as to adapt to the pot bodies 21 with different shapes.
Further, the shapes of the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 of the liquid storage container 11 may be the same or different, so long as the middle through hole 114 is communicated with the cooking cavity 210, it is within the protection scope of the present application, and the arrangement is such that when a user needs to drink soup, soup can be directly contained from the opening of the cooking cavity 210 through the middle through hole 114.
In the embodiment in which the liquid storage container 11 is circular, as shown in fig. 6, when the diameter C of the middle through hole 114 of the liquid storage container 11 is greater than or equal to 100mm, after cooking, the user does not need to take out the separating device 100, can directly scoop food or soup from the opening of the cooking cavity 210 through the middle through hole 114 without taking up the oil filter, and can open the cover for instant.
As shown in fig. 1-8, in some embodiments, the second side wall 112 is sleeved outside the first side wall 111, the cooking accessory 12 is in an annular structure, the cooking accessory 12 is sleeved outside the first side wall 111, and the cooking accessory 12 defines a middle through opening 114.
Specifically, the first side wall 111 of the liquid storage container 11 has an inwardly extending mounting flange 1111, the first side wall 111 has a second protrusion 1112 extending toward the second side wall 112, the second protrusion 1112 forms an annular structure extending along the circumference of the first side wall 111, the cooking accessory 12 includes a partition 121 and an oil baffle 122, the partition 121 includes a lateral partition 1211 and a vertical partition 1212, the distance between the vertical partition 1212 and the second side wall 112 is smaller than the distance between the oil baffle 122 and the second side wall 112, two ends of the lateral partition 1211 are respectively connected with the upper end of the vertical partition 1212 and the lower end of the oil baffle 122, so that a limit step 123 is formed on one side of the cooking accessory 12 facing away from the second side wall 112, the limit step 123 forms an annular structure, a plurality of recesses 1214 arranged at intervals are provided on the horizontal step surface of the limit step 123, the cooking accessory 12 is sleeved outside the first side wall 111, a liquid passing channel 101 is defined between the vertical partition 1212 and the first side wall 111, the limit step 123 of the cooking accessory 12 is matched with the mounting flange 1111 and the mounting flange 112, a plurality of recesses 1214 are respectively matched with the upper end of the vertical partition 1212 and the lower end of the mounting flange 1212, a plurality of protrusions 111 are respectively limited by the limit protrusions 111 and the first protrusions 111 and the lower end of the first protrusion 111 are respectively extended along the first side wall 1213, and the first protrusion 111 is extended along the first side wall 1213.
When soup is cooked, broth in the cooking cavity 210 can be gushed upwards from the middle through hole 114 and/or the upper end of the second side wall 112 due to boiling and can pass over the upper end of the cooking accessory 12 and/or the upper end of the second side wall 112 to enter the liquid storage cavity 1101, grease with smaller density is positioned at the upper part in the liquid storage cavity 1101, soup with larger density is positioned at the lower part in the liquid storage cavity 1101, the soup with larger density enters the liquid passing channel 101 from the first liquid passing part 102, and as the liquid level in the liquid storage cavity 1101 rises, the soup with larger density in the liquid passing channel 101 can flow from the second liquid passing part 103 to the cooking cavity 210, and the grease with smaller density is trapped in the liquid storage cavity 1101, so that oil-water separation is realized. After cooking, the separating apparatus 100 is not required to be taken out, and the soup can be directly discharged from the opening of the cooking cavity 210 through the middle through hole 114, so that the workload of a user is reduced, and the time and energy of the user are saved.
As shown in fig. 14-15, in some embodiments, the first side wall 111 is sleeved outside the second side wall 112, the cooking accessory 12 is in a ring-shaped structure, and the cooking accessory 12 is sleeved outside the second side wall 112 and connected with the first side wall 111.
Specifically, the first side wall 111 of the liquid storage container 11 has an outwardly extending mounting flange 1111, the first side wall 111 has a second protrusion 1112 extending toward the second side wall 112, the second protrusion 1112 forms an annular structure extending along the circumference of the first side wall 111, the cooking accessory 12 includes a partition 121 and an oil baffle 122, the partition 121 includes a lateral partition 1211 and a vertical partition 1212, the distance between the vertical partition 1212 and the second side wall 112 is smaller than the distance between the oil baffle 122 and the second side wall 112, two ends of the lateral partition 1211 are respectively connected with the upper end of the vertical partition 1212 and the lower end of the oil baffle 122, so that a limit step 123 is formed on one side of the cooking accessory 12 facing away from the second side wall 112, the limit step 123 forms an annular structure, a plurality of recesses 1214 arranged at intervals are provided on the horizontal step surface of the limit step 123, the cooking accessory 12 is sleeved outside the first side wall 111, a liquid passing channel 101 is defined between the vertical partition 1212 and the first side wall 111, the limit step 123 of the cooking accessory 12 is matched with the mounting flange 1111 and the mounting flange 112, a plurality of recesses 1214 are respectively matched with the upper end of the vertical partition 1212 and the lower end of the mounting flange 1212, a plurality of protrusions 111 are respectively limited by the limit protrusions 111 and the first protrusions 111 are respectively extended along the first side wall 1213, a plurality of vertical partition 11 is extended along the lower end of the first side wall 1213, and the limit protrusions 111 are extended.
When soup is cooked, broth in the cooking cavity 210 can be gushed upwards from the middle through hole 114 and/or the upper end of the cooking accessory 12 due to boiling, and flows over the upper end of the second side wall 112 and/or the upper end of the cooking accessory 12, and enters the liquid storage cavity 1101, the grease with smaller density is positioned at the upper part in the liquid storage cavity 1101, the soup with larger density is positioned at the lower part in the liquid storage cavity 1101, the soup with larger density enters the liquid passing channel 101 from the first liquid passing part 102, and as the liquid level in the liquid storage cavity 1101 rises, the soup with larger density in the liquid passing channel 101 can flow from the second liquid passing part 103 to the cooking cavity 210, and the grease with smaller density is trapped in the liquid storage cavity 1101, so that oil-water separation is realized. After cooking, the separating apparatus 100 is not required to be taken out, and the soup can be directly discharged from the opening of the cooking cavity 210 through the middle through hole 114, so that the workload of a user is reduced, and the time and energy of the user are saved.
Of course, the first protrusions 1213 may also form an annular structure extending along the circumferential direction of the cooking accessory 12, and correspondingly, the second protrusions 1112 include a plurality of second protrusions 1112 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first side wall 111, and the plurality of second protrusions 1112 are each in offset engagement with the first protrusions 1213.
A cooking appliance 200 according to an embodiment of the present utility model is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The cooking appliance 200 may be an electric cooker, a pressure cooker, an electric stewpot, or a cooker directly heated on an induction cooker, a gas cooker, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a cooking appliance 200 according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes a pot 21 and a separation device 100, wherein the pot 21 defines a cooking cavity 210, the separation device 100 is the separation device 100 of the above embodiment, and the separation device 100 is disposed in the cooking cavity 210.
According to the cooking appliance 200 of the embodiment of the utility model, by adopting the separation device 100, on the basis of ensuring the oil-water separation effect, not only the cleaning convenience can be improved, but also the height and the volume of the liquid storage cavity 1101 can be increased, so that the oil storage capacity can be increased, and the oil-water separation effect can be improved
In some embodiments, the side wall of the pan body 21 is provided with a positioning protrusion 211, and the separating apparatus 100 is provided with a support flange 14 or a handle 13, and the support flange 14 or the handle 13 can be matched with the positioning protrusion 211.
Specifically, in the embodiment in which the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112 and the cooking accessory 12 are in the annular structure, if the second side wall 112 is sleeved on the outer side of the first side wall 111, the supporting flange 14 or the handle 13 may be disposed on the second side wall 112; if the first side wall 111 is arranged around the second side wall 112, the support flange 14 or the handle 13 may be arranged on the cooking accessory 12.
Thus, by providing the support flange 14 or the handle 13 on the separating apparatus 100, the separating apparatus 100 can be secured within the pan 21 such that the bottom of the separating apparatus 100 is spaced from the bottom of the pan 21.
In other embodiments, the separating apparatus 100 has ribs that mate with the sidewalls of the pan 21. Specifically, in the embodiment in which the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112 and the cooking accessory 12 are in the annular structure, if the second side wall 112 is sleeved on the outer side of the first side wall 111, the ribs may be disposed on the second side wall 112; if the first side wall 111 is sleeved on the outer side of the second side wall 112, the ribs can be arranged on the cooking accessory 12.
Thus, by providing the ribs on the separating apparatus 100, the side wall of the separating apparatus 100 can be spaced apart from the side wall of the pan body 21, and the separating apparatus 100 can be fixed in the pan body 21.
In still other embodiments, the separating apparatus 100 is supported on the rim 212 of the pan 21, e.g. the separating apparatus 100 is provided with a support flange 14 or handle 13, the support flange 14 or handle 13 being supported on the rim 212 of the pan 21.
Specifically, in the embodiment in which the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112 and the cooking accessory 12 are in the annular structure, if the second side wall 112 is sleeved on the outer side of the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112 may be supported on the pot edge 212 of the pot body 21; if the first side wall 111 is sleeved outside the second side wall 112, the cooking accessory 12 may be supported on the pot edge 212 of the pot body 21.
Thus, by supporting the separating apparatus 100 on the rim 212 of the pan body 21, the separating apparatus 100 is restrained by the rim 212, and the separating apparatus 100 is fixed to the inside of the pan body 21, so that the separating apparatus 100 is prevented from falling to the bottom of the inside of the pan body 21.
In still other embodiments, the separating apparatus 100 is supported to the bottom wall of the pan 21. Specifically, the separating apparatus 100 is provided with a downwardly extending support member supported on the bottom wall of the pan body 21, so that the separating apparatus 100 can be fixed in the pan body 21 with the bottom of the separating apparatus 100 spaced apart from the bottom wall of the pan body 21.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, the cooking appliance 200 further includes a main body 22 and a cover 23, the main body 22 defining a receiving cavity 220 having a top opening, the cover 23 being movably provided to the main body 22, the cover 23 for opening and closing the top opening, and the pot 21 being provided in the receiving cavity 220. 2. The separator of claim 1, wherein the first liquid passing portion includes at least one of a first liquid passing port provided in a lower portion of the partition portion, and a first liquid passing gap defined between a lower end of the partition portion and the liquid storage container.
3. The separator of claim 1, wherein the second liquid passing portion includes at least one of a second liquid passing port provided in an upper portion of the partition portion or an upper portion of the first side wall, and a second liquid passing gap defined by the partition portion and an upper end of the first side wall.
4. The separating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cooking accessory and the first side wall are coupled together using at least one of a snap-fit, a magnetic attraction, or a fastener.
5. The separating apparatus of claim 1 wherein a side of the cooking accessory facing the first side wall has a stop step supported at an upper end of the first side wall.
6. The separator device as set forth in claim 5, wherein an upper end of said first side wall has a mounting flange extending in a direction away from said second side wall, said limit step being supported on said mounting flange.
7. The separator of claim 6, wherein the mounting flange is magnetically coupled to the stop step.
8. The separator device as set forth in claim 6 wherein said stop step has a recess extending in a direction away from said mounting flange, said recess and said mounting flange defining at least one of said second liquid passing portions therebetween.
9. The separator of claim 5, wherein the upper end of the first sidewall has a rounded configuration, and the limit step is supported on the rounded configuration.
10. The separator device of claim 5, wherein the partition comprises a lateral partition section and a vertical partition section, the lateral partition section being connected between an upper end of the vertical partition section and a lower end of the oil baffle section to form the limit step on a side of the cooking accessory facing the first side wall.
11. The separator device of claim 1, wherein one of the first side wall and the partition has a first protrusion extending toward the other such that the first side wall and the partition are spaced apart and define the liquid passage.
12. The separator of claim 11, wherein the first protrusion is provided on the partition, the first sidewall has a second protrusion extending toward the partition, and the second protrusion is in offset engagement with the first protrusion.
13. The separator according to claim 1, further comprising a liquid inlet portion for communicating the liquid storage chamber with an external space of the separator;
The liquid inlet part comprises at least one of a first liquid inlet arranged on the oil baffle part, a second liquid inlet arranged on the second side wall and an opening of the liquid storage cavity.
14. The separator of claim 13, wherein the second liquid passing portion is lower than the liquid inlet portion.
15. The separation device according to any one of claims 1-14 wherein the first and second side walls are of annular configuration, the first and second side walls being nested.
16. The separator of claim 15, wherein the second side wall is sleeved outside the first side wall, the cooking accessory is of an annular structure, and the cooking accessory is sleeved outside the first side wall.
