Description

本实用新型涉及一种阀门，特别是涉及一种自锁式停水自闭阀。
目前使用的供水系统没有停水自闭装置，造成停水后再来水时经常发生“跑”水现象，这不仅造成了水资源的浪费，而且易造成财产损失。
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种自锁式停水自闭阀门，旨在停水后阀门自闭，再来水时不会“跑”水。
本实用新型的主要结构是这样的：在阀盖上部装有棘爪顶杆，棘爪顶杆上套有弹簧，棘爪手柄压在棘爪顶杆上并与阀盖活动连接，在阀盖和阀座之间没有止动杆，止动杆上设有止动沟槽，止动杆上还套有密封弹簧，密封弹簧压在压片上，压片和密封胶碗、加丝胶碗一起用螺钉固定在止动杆上。
本实用新型具有结构简单、动作可靠、操作容易、停水自闭等特点。

阀座1上设有进水口16和出水口17，阀盖2上部装有棘爪顶杆5，棘爪顶杆5上套有弹簧4，棘爪手柄8压在棘爪顶杆5上，并通过销钉6与阀盖2活动连接。止动杆3设有止动沟槽15，在止动杆3上通过螺钉12固定有小压片14、加丝胶碗10、大压片11和密封胶碗13，在小压片14和阀盖2之间设有密封弹簧7，阀盖2通过螺钉9固定在阀座1上。使用时，搬动棘爪手柄8，在进水水压的作用下，加丝胶碗10推动止动杆3，并带动密封胶碗13上移，进水口16与出水口17连通。如停水，则水压消除，密封胶碗13、大压片11、加丝胶碗10、小压片14连同止动杆3在密封弹簧7作用下下移封住出水口17，使进水口16与出水口17断开，同时棘爪手柄8在棘爪弹簧4和棘爪顶杆5的作用下回弹卡入止动沟槽15自动锁住止动杆3，实现停水自闭和自锁。再来水时，因棘爪手柄8锁住了止动杆3，使之不能上移，这样就会发生“跑”水现象了。
