In this embodiment, the elastic pad 1523 may be made of silicone, and in other embodiments, the elastic pad 1523 may also be made of other materials such as rubber.
Further, the surface of cushion 1523 towards the casing 11 outside is the arcwall face, and when the stay arm 15 was received in casing 11, cushion 1523's arcwall face and casing 11's surface looks parallel and level to when avoiding putting into the less cup groove of size with on-vehicle cup position support frame seat 100, because of the great installation difficulty of frictional force, make on-vehicle cup position support frame seat 100's whole molding more pleasing to the eye moreover.
The connecting shaft 154 is inserted through the connecting portion 1525 and inserted through the arc chute 1341 along the axis direction parallel to the turntable body 134, so as to connect the supporting arm 15 to the turntable body 134. Because the arc chute 1341 extends from the outer side of the turntable body 134 to the axis direction close to the turntable body 134, when the connecting shaft 154 is located at one end of the arc chute 1341 close to the axis of the turntable body 134, and the knob 20 drives the cam turntable 13 to rotate along the first direction D1, the connecting shaft 154 moves along the arc chute 1341 to the outer side direction close to the turntable body 134, and drives the support main body 152 to extend out of the housing 11, so as to abut against the wall of the cup, thereby realizing the installation of the vehicle-mounted cup position support base 100. When the connecting shaft 154 is located at one end of the arc chute 1341 close to the outer side of the turntable body 134 and the knob 20 drives the cam turntable 13 to rotate along the second direction D2, the connecting shaft 154 moves along the arc chute 1341 toward the axis direction close to the turntable body 134 and drives the supporting main body 152 to retract from the outside of the housing 11 so as to be separated from the cup wall. Since the supporting arm 15 is retracted from the outside of the housing 11 to be separated from the wall of the cup by rotating the knob 20 in the second direction D2, the on-board cup stand 100 can be easily detached from the tank of the automobile cup. In the present embodiment, the connecting shaft 154 is a screw. In other embodiments, the connecting shaft 154 may also be a smooth shaft structure, which is sufficient for mounting the supporting main body 152 on the turntable body 134 and moving along the arc-shaped sliding slot 1341.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the knob 20 is rotatably mounted on the housing 11, the knob 20 rotating along the first direction D1 drives the supporting arm 15 to extend out of the housing 11, and the knob 20 rotating along the second direction D2 drives the supporting arm 15 to retract from the housing 11. Specifically, the knob 20 is rotatably installed in the knob installation groove 1123.
Knob 20 is drivingly connected to arm 15, and specifically, knob 20 is connected to first shaft 1321 of cam wheel 13, and cam wheel 13 is connected to arm 15, so that rotation of knob 20 can drive rotation of cam wheel 13, and as mentioned above, rotation of cam wheel 13 can drive arm 15 to extend out of housing 11 or retract back out of housing 11.
Knob 20 includes an annular body 21 and a lever 23, annular body 21 being rotatably mounted to housing 11, lever 23 being attached to annular body 21. The user can rotate the annular body 21 by dialing the dial 23, and finally move the arm 15.
Through set up driving lever 23 on knob 20 for the distance between the rotatory application of force point of control knob 20 and the knob 20 axis of rotation can be lengthened, can know according to the moment principle, sets up driving lever 23 and is equivalent to increasing the arm of force, and consequently the user can use littleer power can control knob 20, reaches laborsaving effect of operating, has promoted user experience degree.
The ring body 21 is provided with a rotation shaft coupling hole 213, and the rotation shaft coupling hole 213 may be used for penetration of the first shaft 1321. In this embodiment, the rotating shaft connecting hole 213 is a square hole, and is matched with the square cross section of the first shaft 1321 far away from the turntable body 134, so that the rotation of the annular main body 21 can drive the cam turntable 13 to rotate, thereby driving the supporting arm 15 to move. In other embodiments, when the cross section of the end of the first shaft 1321 away from the turntable body 134 is triangular, the rotating shaft connecting hole 213 may also be a triangular hole, and the shape of the rotating shaft connecting hole 213 may be set according to practical situations, so that the annular main body 21 may drive the cam turntable 13 to rotate.
The ring body 21 includes a first engaging portion 215, wherein the first engaging portion 215 is disposed on a side of the ring body 21 close to the mounting surface 1120. In the present embodiment, the first engaging portion 215 includes the first ratchet 2152, and the inclination angle of the first ratchet 2152 is inclined in the first direction D1.
The ring body 21 further includes a stopper post 217, and the stopper post 217 extends in the axial direction of the ring body 21 and is slidably mounted in the stopper groove 1121 such that the ring body 21 can be rotated at a predetermined angle, for example, 0 ° to 60 °. The limiting column 217 is connected with the resetting element 30, so that when the annular main body 21 is driven by external force to rotate, the limiting column 217 acts on the resetting element 30 and deforms the resetting element 30; when the external force acting on the ring-shaped main body 21 disappears, the restoring element 30 restores to drive the ring-shaped main body 21 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, the principle of the knob 20 driving the supporting arm 15 to extend out of the housing 11 or retract from the housing 11 is as follows:
first, point a is defined as the rotation center of cam disk 13, i.e., the center of disk body 134; the point b is a limiting column 217, the point c is a torsion spring fixing column on the shell 11, the point d is the starting end of the arc chute 1341 (close to the outer side of the turntable body 134), the point d is also the position of the connecting shaft 154, and the point e is the tail end of the arc chute 1341 (close to the axis of the turntable body 134).
When the knob 20 rotates along the second direction D2 from the position shown in fig. 6 to the position shown in fig. 7, the limiting column 217 of the knob 20 drives the turntable body 134 to rotate synchronously along the second direction D2, and at this time, the connecting shaft 154 moves from the point D to the point e, so that the support arm 15 retracts from the housing 11. When the connecting shaft 154 is located at the point e and the knob 20 rotates along the first direction D1 from the position shown in fig. 7 to the position shown in fig. 6, the knob 20 drives the turntable body 134 to rotate synchronously along the first direction D1, and at this time, the connecting shaft 154 moves from the point e to the point D, so that the supporting arm 15 extends out of the housing 11.
With continued reference to fig. 2, 3, and 4, reset element 30 is mounted within housing 11 and coupled to knob 20 and provides a restoring force for rotation of knob 20 in a first direction D1. In the present embodiment, the return element 30 is a return torsion spring. The reset torsion spring comprises a torsion spring body 32, a first torsion arm 34 and a second torsion arm 36, wherein a preset included angle is formed between the first torsion arm 34 and the second torsion arm 36 in a free state, and the free state refers to a state that the reset torsion spring is not subjected to external force. The torsion spring 32 is sleeved on the first shaft 1321, the first torsion arm 34 is fixedly connected with the housing 11, and the second torsion arm 36 is connected with the limiting member. Under the action of external force, when the knob 20 rotates along the second direction D2, because the first torsion arm 34 is fixedly connected with the housing 11, the limiting column 217 will drive the second torsion arm 36, so that the included angle between the first torsion arm 34 and the second torsion arm 36 is increased, the reset torsion spring is deformed and the torsion force is increased, and a reverse acting force (which can make the knob 20 rotate along the first direction D1) will be formed, at this time, the reset button 40 will block the knob 20, and the knob 20 will be prevented from rotating along the first direction D1 due to the existence of the reverse acting force. When the restoring torsion spring is restored, the second torsion arm 36 drives the limiting member to rotate along the first direction D1, so as to drive the supporting arm 15 to extend out of the housing 11, thereby enabling the vehicle-mounted cup position supporting base 100 to be mounted in a cup slot.
Because the reset element 30 is deformed and the torsion is increased when the knob 20 rotates in the second direction D2, the reset element 30 can provide an acting force for rotating the knob 20 in the first direction D1, and the rotation of the knob 20 in the first direction D1 can drive the supporting arm 15 to extend out of the housing 11, that is, by providing the reset element 30, the acting force extending outwards can be provided for the supporting arm 15, and the acting force can ensure that the elastic cushion 1523 always keeps a tight fit state with the wall of the cup after the vehicle-mounted cup position support base 100 is mounted in the cup groove, and is not affected by the shaking and bumping generated during the driving of the vehicle, that is, the connection stability between the vehicle-mounted cup position support base 100 and the wall of the cup can be increased.
