When the ratchet wheel and the transmission gear are assembled, the transmission gear 34 is sleeved on the cylinder of the ratchet wheel body, and the ratchet wheel teeth 4221 are clamped on the locking teeth 3421 to be used for locking the unidirectional rotation of the transmission gear 34. When the earphone needs to be taken out, the exposed part of the key body 41 is pressed to drive the locking piece to move leftwards, so that the ratchet teeth 4221 can be separated from the transmission gear 34, at the moment, the transmission gear 34 can rotate anticlockwise, the ejection driving piece 31 can drive the sliding frame 33 to move upwards, and then the ejection piece 32 is driven to move upwards, so that the earphone in the box body 10 is ejected, a user can take out the earphone conveniently, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As can be understood, since the transmission gear 34 is sleeved on the cylinder of the ratchet body, in the process of rotating the transmission gear 34, the circular truncated cone and the ratchet arm 422 of the ratchet main body 421 can effectively limit the left and right sides of the circular truncated cone and the ratchet arm 422, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the rotating process of the transmission gear 34, and further ensure the stability and reliability of the movement of the ejection mechanism 30.
It should be noted that the ratchet arm 422 is an elastic arm, and when the ejector mechanism 30 moves downward, the ratchet teeth 4221 contract due to its elastic action, so that the rotation of the transmission gear 34 is not affected. It can be understood that when the ratchet teeth 4221 are engaged with the locking teeth 3421 to lock the transmission gear 34 for unidirectional rotation, the transmission gear 34 can only rotate in one direction, so that the sliding rack 33, the ejecting member 32 and the ejecting driving member 31 move downward but cannot move upward, i.e. lock them, to ensure the stability of the earphone after being placed.
Further, in order to ensure the smoothness of the upward movement process of the ejection mechanism 30, the earphone is prevented from being ejected due to too large pushing force. The carriage 33 is further provided with a reduction rack 332, and the reduction rack 332 extends in the direction from the case 10 to the cover 20 and is disposed opposite to the transmission rack 331; the transmission assembly further comprises a reduction gear 35, wherein the reduction gear 35 is rotatably arranged in the box body 10 and is in transmission connection with the reduction rack 332; the sliding rack 33 moves to drive the transmission gear 34 and the reduction gear 35 to rotate, and the rotation directions of the transmission gear 34 and the reduction gear 35 are opposite.
Here, the reduction gear 35 is located on the other side of the carriage 33 and extends in the up-down direction. The reduction gear 35 is rotatably disposed in the case 10 and is engaged with the reduction rack 332. In the process that the sliding frame 33 moves upwards, the reduction gear rack 332 and the transmission gear rack 331 are located on two opposite sides, so that the rotation directions of the transmission gear 34 and the reduction gear 35 can be ensured to be opposite, the rotation of the reduction gear 35 can play a role in reducing the speed of the movement of the sliding frame 33, and the stability of the upward movement process of the whole ejection mechanism 30 can be effectively ensured.
Further, the transmission assembly further includes a damping member 36 and a damping elastic member 37, the damping member 36 is disposed on a surface of the reduction gear 35 facing the locking member, the damping elastic member 37 is disposed between the damping member 36 and the locking member, one end of the damping elastic member 37 elastically abuts against the locking member, and the other end elastically abuts against the damping member 36.
The damping piece 36 and the damping elastic piece 37 are arranged, the damping piece 36 is pressed against the reduction gear 35 under the elastic force action of the damping elastic piece 37, so that the reduction gear 35 generates damping under the pressure of the damping piece 36, the reduction effect on the movement of the sliding frame 33 can be effectively realized, and the stability of the upward movement process of the whole ejection mechanism 30 is further effectively ensured. The damping elastic member 37 may be a spring here.
Alternatively, the damping member 36 is in the shape of a disk, and a plurality of damping ribs 361 are provided on a surface facing the reduction gear 35, and an oil groove 362 is formed by the diameter of each of the adjacent damping ribs 361, and the oil groove 362 is substantially in the shape of a sector. Grease is generally disposed in the oil groove 362, and the damping rib 361 is smoothly disposed, and generally polished by a high light to reduce the friction.
Alternatively, the transmission gear 34 and the reduction gear 35 are coaxially disposed, and the axial direction thereof is the same as both the expanding and contracting direction of the damping elastic member 37 and the moving direction of the locking member.
Generally, the transmission gear 34 and the reduction gear 35 are installed on the same shaft, the damping elastic member 37 and the locking member are also sleeved on the shaft, when the locking member is the locking ratchet 42, the transmission gear 34 is sleeved on the cylinder of the ratchet body 421, and correspondingly, when the damping member 36 is a disk, the damping member can also be sleeved on the shaft. In this way, one end of the damping elastic member 37 elastically abuts against the damping member 36, and the other end elastically abuts against the ratchet main body 421, so that the damping deceleration effect can be effectively achieved, and the reset operation of the locking member is facilitated.
It can be understood that, when the earphone needs to be taken out, the exposed part of the key body 41 is pressed to drive the locking ratchet 42 to move leftward, so that the ratchet teeth 4221 can be disengaged from the transmission gear 34, at this time, the transmission gear 34 can rotate counterclockwise, the ejection driving member 31 can drive the sliding rack 33 to move upward, and further drive the ejection member 32 to move upward, so as to eject the earphone in the case 10; meanwhile, the locking ratchet 42 moves leftwards, and can compress the damping elastic piece 37 to be lower than the damping piece 36, so that the deceleration effect is achieved. When the earphone is taken out, the damping elastic member 37 pushes the locking ratchet 42 to move rightwards due to the elastic force thereof to reset, and the unidirectional rotation of the locking transmission gear 34 is locked, so that the whole ejection mechanism 30 can only move downwards but not upwards. After the earphone is used, the pressing and ejecting mechanism 30 is moved downward to the initial position after the earphone is placed.
Alternatively, the ejection driving member 31 is a compression elastic member having one end elastically connected to the case 10 and the other end elastically connected to the ejection member 32.
Here, a compression spring is used as the ejection driving member 31, and is generally a compression spring, which can drive the ejection member 32 to move upward, and when the ejection mechanism 30 includes the carriage 33, one end of the compression elastic member is connected to the case 10, and the other end is elastically connected to the carriage 33, so that the elastic force of the compression elastic member can push the carriage 33 to move upward.
It should be noted that two or more compression elastic members may be provided, so as to provide a stable and effective driving force to ensure that the ejection mechanism 30 moves upwards smoothly.
Optionally, the ejection member 32 is a magnet member, the magnet member is provided with a charging pin, two ends of the charging pin respectively penetrate through two opposite surfaces of the magnet member along the direction from the box body 10 to the cover body 20, the earphone box 100 further includes a charging assembly 60 disposed in the box body 10, one penetrating end of the charging pin is electrically connected to the charging assembly 60, the other penetrating end is used for charging an earphone, and the earphone in the box body 10 is ejected when the ejection mechanism 30 is moved along the direction from the box body 10 to the cover body 20. So configured, the earphone box 100 can be charged for earphones placed in the box 10, i.e. here the earphone box 100 is a charging earphone box 100.
Alternatively, the charging assembly 60 includes a battery 61 and a main board 62 electrically connected by a wire, and the charging pin is electrically connected to the main board 62 by a wire, so that the earphone placed in the case 10 can be charged.
Optionally, the charging assembly 60 further comprises an electrical connector 63, the electrical connector 63 is electrically connected to the main board 62 through a wire, the electrical connector 63 may be a USB connector, and accordingly, the housing 10 has a socket 14, and the electrical connector 63 is inserted into the socket 14, so that an external electronic component, such as a mobile phone, can be charged through the electrical connector 63.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 6 again, the earphone box 100 further includes an earphone bin bracket 50, the earphone bin bracket 50 is disposed at the opening of the box body 10, and an earphone slot 51 for accommodating an earphone is disposed on one side of the earphone bin bracket 50 facing the cover body 20; the ejection mechanism 30 extends at least partially through the bottom wall of the earphone slot 51 and is exposed within the earphone slot 51 for ejecting the earphone.
Here, the earphone holder is mounted at the opening of the case 10, typically by a snap-fit or screw-fit. Two earphone slots 51 are provided for receiving two earphones. The ejecting member 32 of the ejecting mechanism 30 at least partially penetrates through the bottom wall of the earphone slot 51 and is exposed in the earphone slot 51, so that when the earphone in the box body 10 needs to be taken out, the exposed part of the key body 41 is pressed to drive the locking member to move leftwards, the clamping part of the locking member is separated from the ejecting member 32, and the ejecting member 32 is driven by the ejecting driving member 31 to move upwards, so that the earphone can be ejected, and the user can take out the earphone conveniently. When the ejector 32 is a magnet, the upper end of the charging pin penetrates through the bottom wall of the earphone slot 51 and is exposed in the earphone slot 51, so that when the earphone is placed in the earphone slot 51, the charging pin can be charged to the earphone through charging, and only when the earphone needs to be taken out, the charging pin can move upwards to eject the earphone, so that a user can take out the earphone conveniently.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, a fixing frame 11 is further disposed in the box body 10, and the earphone bin bracket 50 is fixed to the fixing frame 11; the ejection mechanism 30 is disposed on the fixing frame 11 and can move along the direction from the box body 10 to the cover body 20, and at least a portion of the ejection mechanism 30 penetrates through the bottom wall of the earphone slot 51 and is exposed in the earphone slot 51 during the moving process for ejecting the earphones.
Specifically, the fixing frame 11 is installed at the bottom of the box body 10, and the earphone bin bracket 50 is fixed to the fixing frame 11, and the fixing mode may be screw fixing or snap fixing. The ejection mechanism 30 is provided in the fixed frame 11 and is movable in the vertical direction. The upper end of the upper end can penetrate through the bottom wall of the earphone slot 51 during upward movement and is exposed in the earphone slot 51 for the operation of ejecting the earphone. The fixing frame 11 is arranged here, so that the assemblability of each part in the earphone box 100 can be effectively improved, and the modularization among each mechanism is enhanced.

Moreover, the lower part of the earphone bin bracket 50 is provided with two mounting arms 52, the two mounting arms 52 are arranged oppositely from left to right and are arranged between the two fixing posts 54, the left and right mounting arms 52 are provided with mounting holes 521 for mounting the mounting shafts 53, and the mounting shafts 53 extend along the left and right directions, so that the transmission gear 34, the locking ratchet wheel 42, the damping elastic part 37, the damping part 36 and the reduction gear 35 can be mounted on the mounting shafts 53, and the effects of simple and compact structure arrangement can be realized, and the stability and the reliability of the movement process of the ejection mechanism 30 can be improved.
Further, the right mounting arm 52 is further provided with a clamping hole 522, correspondingly, the key body 41 includes a key button 411 and a key arm 412 arranged on the left side of the key button 411, the key arm 412 extends along the left-right direction, the key button 411 is inserted into the exposed opening 13 and exposed out of the box body 10, a hook 4121 is formed at an end portion of the key arm 412 away from the key button 411, the key arm 412 movably penetrates through the clamping hole 522, when the locking member locks the transmission gear 34, the locking member abuts against the hook 4121, the hook 4121 is clamped in the clamping hole 522, under the right elastic action of the damping elastic member 37, the hook 4121 is clamped in the clamping hole 522, so that the setting stability of the key body 41 can be ensured, and the key body is prevented from being popped out from the exposed opening 13 due to the elastic action. Optionally, two key arms 412 are provided, two ends of the two key arms 412 departing from the key button 411 are provided with hooks 4121, correspondingly, two fastening holes 522 are correspondingly formed in the right side mounting arm 52, one key arm 412 movably penetrates through one fastening hole 522, when the transmission gear 34 is locked by the locking member, the locking member abuts against the two hooks 4121, and the corresponding hooks 4121 are fastened in the fastening holes 522, so that the setting stability of the key body 41 can be effectively ensured.
Further, the fixing frame 11 is provided with a guide post 111, the guide post 111 is disposed to extend in a direction from the box body 10 to the cover body 20, the ejection mechanism 30 is provided with a guide hole 333, and the guide post 111 is inserted into the guide hole 333 so that the ejection mechanism 30 can move along the guide post 111.
Specifically, the guide post 111 is provided on the bottom plate of the fixing frame 11 and has a substantially cylindrical shape. One side of the sliding frame 33 of the ejection mechanism 30 is provided with a matching column, the matching column is provided with a guide hole 333 matched with the guide column 111, so that when the sliding frame 33 is assembled, the guide column 111 is inserted into the guide hole 333, when the sliding frame 33 moves, the sliding frame 33 can move along the guide column 111, and therefore the moving process of the sliding frame 33 can be limited, the deviation in the moving process is avoided, the stability and the reliability of the moving process are improved, and the reliability of the ejection operation of the earphone is further improved.
Optionally, two guide columns 111 are provided, and correspondingly, two matching columns are provided, the two matching columns are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the sliding frame 33, each matching column is provided with one guide hole 333, and one guide column 111 is inserted into one guide hole 333, so that the moving process of the sliding frame 33 can be more effectively limited, the deviation in the moving process can be avoided, and the stability and reliability of the moving process can be more effectively improved.
The present invention further provides an earphone assembly, which includes an earphone and the earphone box 100 as described above, and the specific structure of the earphone box 100 refers to the foregoing embodiments. Since the earphone component adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
Specifically, the earphone is a bluetooth earphone, and is installed in the earphone slot 51 of the earphone bin bracket 50 of the earphone box 100, and since the charging pin part is exposed in the earphone slot 51, the charging pin can be charged after the earphone is placed.

the key assembly is movably arranged in the box body, at least part of the key assembly is exposed out of the box body, and the part of the key assembly, which is positioned in the box body, can be clamped in the ejection mechanism so as to lock or unlock the ejection mechanism to move along the direction from the box body to the cover body;
the key assembly includes a locking member;
the ejection mechanism comprises an ejection driving piece and an ejection piece;
the ejection mechanism also comprises a transmission assembly, one side of the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the ejection driving piece, and the other side of the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the ejection piece;
the locking piece can be clamped with the transmission assembly to lock or open the transmission assembly to move along the direction from the box body to the cover body; the transmission assembly comprises a transmission rack extending along the direction from the box body to the cover body and a transmission gear which is rotatably arranged in the box body and is in transmission connection with the transmission rack;
the locking piece is a locking ratchet wheel, the locking ratchet wheel comprises a ratchet wheel main body and a ratchet wheel arm arranged on the ratchet wheel main body, and ratchet wheel teeth are arranged at the end part of the ratchet wheel arm, which is far away from the ratchet wheel main body;
the transmission gear is provided with locking teeth, the transmission gear is sleeved on the ratchet wheel main body, and the ratchet wheel teeth can be clamped on the locking teeth to lock or open the one-way rotation of the transmission gear.
2. The earphone box of claim 1, wherein the direction of movement of the ejection mechanism is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the key assembly.
3. The headset case of claim 1, wherein the keypad assembly comprises:
the key body is movably arranged in the box body and at least partially exposed out of the box body; and
the locking piece is movably arranged in the box body and abutted against the key body, and the locking piece can be clamped with the ejection mechanism to lock or open the ejection mechanism to move along the direction from the box body to the cover body.
4. The earphone case of claim 3, wherein the ejection mechanism comprises:
the ejection driving piece is arranged in the box body; and
the ejection piece is connected with the ejection driving piece in a transmission manner and can move along the direction from the box body to the cover body under the driving of the ejection driving piece;
the locking piece can be clamped on the ejecting piece to lock or open the ejecting piece to move along the direction from the box body to the cover body.
5. The headset case of claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly further comprises:
the carriage, the carriage is movably located in the box body, one side transmission of carriage connect in ejecting driving piece, opposite side transmission connect in ejecting piece, the carriage is provided with the driving rack.
6. The earphone box of claim 5, wherein the carriage is further provided with a deceleration rack extending in a direction from the box body to the cover and disposed opposite the transmission rack;
the transmission assembly also comprises a reduction gear which is rotatably arranged in the box body and is in transmission connection with the reduction rack;
the sliding frame moves to drive the transmission gear and the reduction gear to rotate, and the rotation directions of the transmission gear and the reduction gear are opposite.

The earphone box of claim 6, wherein the transmission assembly further comprises a damping member and a damping elastic member, the damping member is disposed on a surface of the reduction gear facing the locking member, the damping elastic member is disposed between the damping member and the locking member, one end of the damping elastic member elastically abuts against the locking member, and the other end of the damping elastic member elastically abuts against the damping member.
8. The earphone box according to claim 7, wherein the transmission gear and the reduction gear are coaxially disposed, and an axial direction thereof is the same as a telescopic direction of the damping elastic member and a moving direction of the locking member.

The earphone box according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the ejection driving member is a compression elastic member, one end of the compression elastic member is elastically connected to the box body, and the other end of the compression elastic member is elastically connected to the ejection member; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the ejection mechanism at least partially penetrates through the bottom wall of the earphone groove and is exposed in the earphone groove so as to eject the earphone.
11. The earphone box according to claim 10, wherein a fixing frame is further disposed in the box body, and the earphone bin holder is fixed to the fixing frame;
the ejection mechanism is arranged on the fixed frame and can move along the direction from the box body to the cover body, at least part of the ejection mechanism penetrates through the bottom wall of the earphone slot in the moving process and is exposed in the earphone slot so as to eject the earphone.

The earphone box according to claim 11, wherein the fixing frame is provided with a guide post, the guide post extends along a direction from the box body to the cover, the ejection mechanism is provided with a guide hole, and the guide post is inserted into the guide hole, so that the ejection mechanism can move along the guide post.
13. A headset assembly, comprising a headset and a headset case according to any one of claims 1 to 12, the headset being housed within the case of the headset case.
