Description

Waterway device and water purifier
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a technical field of aqueous cleaning specifically, relates to a water route device and purifier that has it.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people also have higher and higher demands on the water purifier. There are various purifiers in the existing market, and the purifier is installed on the water supply runner, carries out filtration purification to the running water.
Reverse osmosis water purifiers are becoming more popular because of their fresher, more sanitary and safer purified water produced. However, reverse osmosis water purification machines include a large number of components, such as filter elements, booster pumps, various valves and detectors, etc. In order to increase the integration of the water purifier and reduce the water leakage point, the prior art proposes an integrated water circuit board, and these components may be mounted or connected to the integrated water circuit board. The integrated water channel plate usually adopts a core pulling mode to form a plurality of straight flow channels inside the integrated water channel plate. Meanwhile, a plurality of mounting seat interfaces are further arranged on the integrated water circuit board, and the mounting seat interfaces are communicated with the plurality of runners in a complex mode according to the water path design of the water purifier. When the filter core is installed on the integrated water route board, a plurality of mount pad interfaces can communicate with a plurality of base interfaces of filter core one by one. The plurality of mounting block interfaces on the integrated circuit board are typically arranged substantially in a predetermined line. In order to conveniently communicate the flow channel with the mounting seat interfaces, the predetermined straight line where the plurality of mounting seat interfaces are located is generally perpendicular to the flow channel of the water circuit board.
Although the integrated water circuit board is convenient to design and manufacture, various valves and detectors are connected to the integrated water circuit board, and external water ports are communicated with the integrated water circuit board, and the external water ports can convey raw water to the integrated water circuit board and discharge purified pure water and concentrated water. Thus, one end of the flow channel is connected to the mount interface and the other end is connected to the valves and detectors and the interface of the outer ports. Since the flow channels of the integrated water channel plate are all perpendicular to the predetermined straight line where the interfaces of the plurality of mounting seats are located, the interfaces of the valves and the detectors and the external water ports can be basically only arranged on two sides of the water channel plate, which are also two sides of the predetermined straight line. In addition, some technical features that are well known in the art are not described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the present invention.
According to an aspect of the utility model, a water route device is provided. The waterway device is mainly used in the water purifier, is used for integrating the waterway of each component in the water purifier, forms water flow passage connection among all elements, and can also be used for connecting components such as a filter element, a booster pump and the like of the water purifier. Therefore, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a water purifier. The purifier includes any kind of water route device of the utility model. The water purifiers may include reverse osmosis water purifiers, central water purifiers, water softeners, and the like. If necessary, the waterway device can also be used for other water-requiring equipment. A water purifier and a water path device thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
For example, as shown in fig. 1-5, the waterway device may include a waterway plate 100. The water circuit board 100 may have a flow channel 200 and a plurality of mount interfaces 300. A plurality of mount interfaces 300 may communicate with the flow channels 200 to combine to form a waterway within the water board 100. The plurality of mount interfaces 300 can be used to connect components of a water purifier, such as one of a cartridge and a booster pump. The component may be coupled to the waterway plate 100 via a plurality of mount interfaces 300, thereby allowing water to flow between the component and the waterway plate 100.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-2, the waterway device can further include a cartridge base 900. The cartridge base 900 can have a plurality of base interfaces 910. The cartridge base 900 can be connected to the water circuit board 100. The number of mount interfaces 300 corresponds to the number of base interfaces 910. The plurality of mount interfaces 300 may be connected with the plurality of base interfaces 910 in a one-to-one correspondence. Referring collectively to fig. 6, a cartridge base 900 can be used to mount the cartridge 110. The filter cartridge 110 can have a plurality of cartridge ports (not shown) thereon. The number of the filter cartridge interfaces is the same as the number of the mounting seat interfaces 300, and the filter cartridge interfaces correspond to the mounting seat interfaces one to one. When the cartridge 100 is installed in the water purifier through the cartridge base 900, the cartridge interface is connected with the mounting base interface 300 through the base interface 910 in a one-to-one correspondence. When cartridge base 900 is not provided, cartridge 100 can remain physically connected through other mechanical structures in the water purifier. At this point, the cartridge interface may be directly connected to the mount interface 300.
The filter element 110 may include any one of a front filter element (for example, a PP cotton filter element, a front activated carbon filter element, and the like), a rear filter element (for example, an activated carbon filter element, and the like), a reverse osmosis filter element, an ultrafiltration membrane filter element, and the like, or a composite filter element in which a plurality of these elements are combined. The water passage plate 100 may be in water path communication with the filter element 110 sequentially through the plurality of mount ports 300 and the plurality of mount ports 910, thereby allowing water to flow between the filter element 110 and the water path plate 100. By providing the cartridge base 900, installation of the cartridge 110 can be facilitated. And according to the difference of the installed filter element 110, the matched filter element base 900 can be replaced, thereby the universality of the waterway plate 100 is stronger.
Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of mount interfaces 300 may be disposed on the top of the waterway plate 100 and arranged on a predetermined line P-P. The predetermined line P-P is a line where the centers of the plurality of mount interfaces 300 are located. The angle formed by the predetermined line P-P and the axis of the flow channel 200 may be an acute angle. That is, the predetermined straight line P-P is not perpendicular to the flow channel 200 and is not parallel to the flow channel 200.
Since the included angle formed by the predetermined straight line P-P and the axis of the flow channel 200 is an acute angle, the plurality of mount interfaces 300 are staggered with respect to the transverse flow channel or the longitudinal flow channel on the water circuit board 100, that is, the plurality of mount interfaces 300 can be conveniently communicated with the transverse flow channel and the longitudinal flow channel. In this way, the waterway plate 100 may be simultaneously provided with the transverse flow passage and the longitudinal flow passage, and based on this, the water purifying component interface 400 and the external connection water gap 600 of the water purifier may be disposed on the transverse side and the longitudinal side of the waterway plate 100 as required. Compared with the prior art, the utility model provides a water route board 100 provides probably for the space of make full use of circuit board side. That is, both lateral and longitudinal sides of the waterway plate 100 can be sufficiently utilized, thereby improving space utilization, and even though the waterway plate 100 tends to be miniaturized and the number of interfaces for connecting valves, detectors, and the like, which may be provided in the water purifier, is increased, it is possible to have a sufficient space for arrangement.
Preferably, the angle between the predetermined straight line and the flow channel is in the range of 40 degrees to 50 degrees. In this way, the plurality of mount interfaces 300 can be sufficiently offset with respect to both the lateral flow passage and the longitudinal flow passage, and thus the degree of freedom in design is greater.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the water purifying part interface 400 may be used to connect water purifying parts, such as a water inlet solenoid valve 810, a concentrate solenoid valve 820, a check valve 830, a high pressure switch 840, a detector 850, etc., so as to allow water to flow between the water purifying parts and the waterway plate 100. The external connection port 600 may be used to connect other components than the waterway device, for example, other waterway devices, so that water flows between the other components and the waterway plate 100. The water purifying part interface 400 and the external connection port 600 may communicate with the flow passage 200. The water purifying part interface 400 and the external connection port 600 may be provided at a side of the waterway plate 100. The side may include a lateral side and a longitudinal side. Thereby making full use of the space on the side of the water passage plate 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 3-5, the water purifying part interface 400 may include a solenoid valve interface, a check valve interface, a high pressure switch interface 470, and a booster pump interface. The waterway device may further include a water inlet solenoid valve 810, a concentrate solenoid valve 820, a check valve 830, and a high pressure switch 840. The water inlet solenoid valve 810, the concentrate solenoid valve 820, the check valve 830 and the high pressure switch 840 may employ various types of solenoid valves, check valves and high pressure switches known in the art or that may occur in the future. Like this, waterway device's function is diversified more and intelligent, and user's use experience is better.
The solenoid valve interfaces may include a water inlet solenoid valve water inlet interface 410, a water inlet solenoid valve water outlet interface 420, a concentrate solenoid valve water inlet interface 430, and a concentrate solenoid valve water outlet interface 440. The inlet solenoid valve inlet port 410 and the inlet solenoid valve outlet port 420 may be used to communicate with the inlet solenoid valve 810 to allow water to flow between the inlet solenoid valve 810 and the waterway plate 100. The concentrate solenoid valve water inlet port 430 and the concentrate solenoid valve water outlet port 440 may be used to communicate the concentrate solenoid valve 820, thereby allowing water to flow between the concentrate solenoid valve 820 and the waterway plate 100. The solenoid valve interface may be disposed at a first lateral side of the waterway plate 100.
In the illustrated embodiment, the extending direction of the flow passage communicating with the solenoid valve port is defined as a lateral direction X. Thus, both sides of the waterway plate 100 in the transverse direction X may be referred to as a first transverse side and a second transverse side. The first lateral side is opposite to the second lateral side along the lateral direction X. Accordingly, a direction perpendicular to the transverse direction X on the plane on which the waterway plate is located is defined as a longitudinal direction Y. Thus, both sides of the waterway plate 100 in the longitudinal direction Y may be referred to as longitudinal sides.
The check valve interfaces may include a check valve inlet interface 450 and a check valve outlet interface 460. Check inlet port 450 and check outlet port 460 may be used to communicate with check 830 to allow water to flow between check 830 and waterway plate 100. The high pressure switch interface 470 may be used to communicate with the high pressure switch 840 to allow water to flow between the high pressure switch 840 and the waterway plate 100. A check valve port and a high pressure switch port 470 may be provided at a second lateral side of the waterway plate 100.
The booster pump interface may include a booster pump water inlet interface 480 and a booster pump water outlet interface 490. The booster pump 120 may be provided at a side of the filter element 110. A booster pump interface may be provided at the bottom of the waterway plate 100. The external connection water gap 600 may be provided at a longitudinal side of the water passage plate. Preferably, the outer connecting nozzle 600 may be provided at the same longitudinal side. Of course, the outer connecting nozzle 600 may be provided on two opposite longitudinal sides, if desired. With this arrangement, it is possible to sufficiently utilize the respective side surfaces and the bottom surface of the waterway plate 100, ensure that the waterway plate 100 is small in size, and further reduce the overall size of the waterway apparatus, thereby facilitating transportation, and the waterway apparatus is particularly suitable for a limited space.
The external connection water port 600 may include a raw water port 610, a pure water port 620, and a concentrate water port 630. The plurality of mount interfaces 300 may include a first raw water inlet 310, a first raw water outlet 320, a second raw water inlet 330, a second pure water outlet 340, and a second concentrated water outlet 350.
The raw water port 610 may communicate with the first raw water inlet 310 through the longitudinal flow passage 210. The first raw water outlet 320 may be communicated to the water inlet port 410 of the water inlet solenoid valve through the lateral flow passage 220. The water inlet solenoid valve outlet port 420 may be connected to the booster pump inlet port 480 through the lateral flow passage 220. The booster pump water outlet 490 may be directly connected to the second raw water inlet 330. The second pure water outlet 340 may be connected to a check valve port through the lateral flow passage 220. The check valve interface may be communicated to the high pressure switch interface 470. The high pressure switch interface 470 may be connected to the clean water port 620. The second concentrate outlet 350 can be communicated to the concentrate solenoid valve water inlet port 430 through the transverse flow passage 220. The outlet port 440 of the concentrate solenoid valve can be communicated to the concentrate port 630 through the transverse flow passage 220.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the filter element 110 coupled to the water circuit board 100 may be a composite filter element of a front filter element and a reverse osmosis filter element. In the using process of the waterway device, raw water can enter the preposed filter element for filtration through the raw water port 610, the longitudinal flow passage 210 and the first raw water inlet 310 in sequence. The primary filtered water filtered by the pre-filter element can sequentially pass through the first raw water outlet 320, the transverse flow passage 220 and the water inlet interface 410 of the water inlet solenoid valve and enter the water inlet solenoid valve 810. After the primary filtered water passes through the water inlet electromagnetic valve 810, the primary filtered water can sequentially pass through the water outlet interface 420 of the water inlet electromagnetic valve, the transverse flow passage 220 and the water inlet interface 480 of the booster pump to enter the booster pump for boosting. After passing through the check valve 830, the pure water can flow out of the waterway device through the check valve interface, the high-pressure switch interface 470 and the pure water port 620 in sequence for use by a user. The concentrated water generated by the filtration of the reverse osmosis filter element can sequentially pass through the second concentrated water outlet 350, the transverse flow passage 220 and the water inlet interface 430 of the concentrated water solenoid valve and enter the concentrated water solenoid valve 820. After passing through the concentrated water solenoid valve 820, the concentrated water can sequentially pass through the concentrated water solenoid valve water outlet interface 440, the transverse flow passage 220 and the concentrated water outlet 630 and then flow out of the waterway device. Through the arrangement, a waterway suitable for the preposed filter element and the reverse osmosis filter element can be formed in the waterway device.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the second raw water inlet 330, the first raw water inlet 310, the first raw water outlet 320, the second pure water outlet 340, and the second concentrated water outlet 350 may be sequentially arranged along a predetermined line P-P. Therefore, the filter element can be conveniently installed, and the use experience is better.

The other end of the first transverse channel 710 may be connected to the check valve inlet port 450. One end of the second transverse flow passage 720 may be connected to the check valve outlet 460. The other end of the second transverse flow passage 720 may communicate to the pure water port 620. The high pressure switch interface 470 may communicate directly to the clean water port 620.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the filter element 110 coupled to the water circuit board 100 may be a composite filter element of a front filter element and a reverse osmosis filter element. Referring back to fig. 3 to 5, in the use of the waterway device, pure water filtered by the reverse osmosis filter element may sequentially pass through the second pure water outlet 340, the transverse flow passage 220 and the first transverse flow passage 710 to enter the sub-waterway plate 700. And then enters the check valve 830 through the check valve water inlet 450. After passing through the check valve 830, pure water can flow out of the waterway device through the check valve outlet port 460, the second transverse flow channel 720, the high-pressure switch port 470 and the pure water port 620 in sequence, so as to be used by a user.
The overall waterway apparatus can be reduced in size by providing the sub waterway plate 700 and disposing the sub waterway plate 700 at the side of the waterway plate 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 3-5, the water purification component interface 400 may further include a detector interface 500. The waterway device may further include a detector 850.
