In the integrated water channel plate water purifier, a booster pump member is arranged between the third raw water channel and the fourth raw water channel.
In the above integrated water route board water purifier, the booster pump component includes set up in the booster pump water inlet pipeline of third raw water runner and set up in the booster pump water outlet pipeline of fourth raw water runner, booster pump water inlet pipeline with booster pump water outlet pipeline communicates with each other and is connected.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides an integrated waterway plate water purifier, which includes a waterway plate 22 and a filter element connected to the waterway plate; the water channel plate 22 is provided with a plurality of flow channels, one side of the water channel plate 22 is provided with a water inlet 1, a concentrated water outlet 2 and a pure water outlet 3 which are communicated with the flow channels, the surface of the water channel plate 22, which is mounted with the filter element, is provided with a water passing port communicated with the flow channels, and the water passing port is communicated with the filter element; the flow channel comprises a raw water flow channel part, a concentrated water flow channel part and a pure water flow channel part; the water channel plate 22 is provided with a fixing position 20 which is fixedly connected with a filter base of the filter element; the water passing opening is arranged in the fixed position 20.
Based on above-mentioned technical characteristics, through the fixed position 20 realize being connected the filter seat of filter core, the filter core accessible is connected the filter seat and is realized and be connected between the water route board 22 through crossing the water gap, realize being connected between water route board 22 and the filter core, water route board 22 passes through former water runner portion, dense water runner portion and pure water runner portion and realizes the filtration between former water to different filter cores, can realize being connected and the filtration of raw water with the filter core through this water route board 22, simple structure.
The filter element comprises an RO filter element 16, a pretreatment filter element 17 and a post-filter element 18; the fixing position 19 comprises a first fixing position, a second fixing position and a third fixing position which are used for fixing the RO filter element 16, the pretreatment filter element 17 and the post-filter element 18 respectively, and the fixing positions of different filter elements are realized through the fixing position 19.
The fixing position 19 is extended with a plurality of positioning parts 20 from the periphery thereof, and the positioning parts 20 are connected with the filter base of the filter element through elastic pieces; the fixed position 19 is provided with a groove block 21 for rotating the filter element, the elastic connection with the filter base is realized through the positioning part 20, the rotary reset of the filter base is convenient, and a rotary space is provided for the rotation of the filter base by setting the groove position 21.
The raw water runner part comprises a first raw water runner 4 communicated with the water inlet 1, a second raw water runner 5 communicated with the first raw water runner 4 and connected to a water passing port of the pretreatment filter element 17, a third raw water runner 6 communicated with a water passing port of the pretreatment filter element 17 and a fourth raw water runner 7 communicated with the third raw water runner 6 and connected to a water passing port of the RO filter element 16; the concentrated water flow passage part comprises a first concentrated water flow passage 8, one end of the first concentrated water flow passage 8 is communicated with the water passing port of the RO filter element 16, and the other end is communicated with the concentrated water outlet 2; the pure water flow passage part comprises a first pure water flow passage 9, a second pure water flow passage 10 and a third pure water flow passage 11, wherein two ends of the first pure water flow passage 9 are respectively communicated with a water passing port of the post-positioned filter element 18 and a water passing port of the RO filter element 16; the other end of the third pure water runner 11 is communicated with the pure water outlet 3; the raw water is filtered by the pretreatment filter element 17 through the raw water runner part and is conveyed to the RO filter element 16, the concentrated water is filtered and discharged by the RO filter element 16 through the concentrated water runner part, and the final pure water is filtered through the pure water runner part; raw water flows to pretreatment filter element 17 through first raw water runner 4 and carries out the first filtration, raw water after the filtration flows to fourth raw water runner 7 through third raw water 6 runner, filter through RO filter core 16, concentrated water after the filtration is through first thick water runner 8 toward outer discharge, the pure water flows to rearmounted filter core 18 through first pure water runner 9 and carries out the third filtration, the pure water after the filtration passes through second pure water runner 10 and third pure water runner outflow 11, supply the people to use, this water route simple structure, through raw water runner portion, thick water runner portion and pure water runner portion have realized the water purification between the filter core and have connected, realize the water purification effect.
A booster pump member is provided between the third raw water flow path 6 and the fourth raw water flow path 7, and the booster pump member boosts and conveys the raw water from the third raw water flow path 6 to the fourth raw water flow path 7.
The booster pump component comprises a booster pump water inlet pipeline 12 arranged on the third raw water flow channel 6 and a booster pump water outlet pipeline 13 arranged on the fourth raw water flow channel 7, the booster pump water inlet pipeline 12 is communicated and connected with the booster pump water outlet pipeline 13, and water in the third raw water flow channel 6 is pressurized and conveyed to the fourth raw water flow channel 7, so that the raw water has enough pressure to be conveyed to the filter element for filtering.
The device also comprises an electromagnetic valve 14 arranged in the third raw water flow passage 6 to realize the control of water flow.
It is still including setting up in third pure water runner 11's TDS sensor 15, TDS sensor 15 is close to the one end of pure water delivery port 3, realizes detecting the quality of water of the pure water after filtering.
