The utility model provides a dust collector which is flexible to operate and long in single cleaning time.
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description is only intended to teach one skilled in the art how to practice the invention, and is not intended to exhaust all possible ways of practicing the invention, nor is it intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. It should be noted that the term "lower" as used herein in this application refers to a position close to a support surface for supporting the cleaner, "upper" refers to a position close to the handle, and "side wall" refers to a peripheral wall of the housing.
In order to optimize the layout of the components of the whole machine and ensure the performance of the dust collector under the premise of miniaturization, the embodiment of the application provides a dust collector which comprises a shell 1, a motor unit 2 arranged in the shell 1 and used for generating suction force, a dust cup 3 arranged on the shell 1 and used for collecting suction particles, a battery 4 used for supplying power to the dust collector, a handle 17 positioned on the shell 1 and a suction pipe unit 5 with a storage state, as shown in figures 1 to 6. The battery 4 supplies power to the motor unit 2, and the dust cup 3 has a suction port 31. In the storage state, the suction pipe unit 5 extends from the suction opening 31 on one side of the dust cup 3 to the other side of the dust cup 3 over the handle 17 along the length direction of the handle 17. The cleaner also has a switch 56, and a control button 561 is provided on the switch 56. Switch 56 locates the one end of handle 17 and is located the top of up end 15, so set up, can realize switch 56's control simultaneously when convenience of customers singlehanded gripping handle 17, does not need the operation of another hand, does not influence under the condition of gripping, has promoted the convenience of operation. If the user holds the handle 17 with one hand, the control button 561 can be pressed by a suitable finger from the side of the handle 17, which is either one of the two sides of the holding space, to activate the cleaner.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the motor unit 2 and the dirt cup 3 are arranged along the axis X1 of the motor unit 2; the battery 4 is disposed at one side of the case 1. In other embodiments, the motor unit 2 and the dirt cup 3 are in the same linear direction if not referenced to the axis X1 of the motor unit 2, but only to a linear direction, such as a vertical direction relative to a horizontal direction. In various embodiments, the axis X1 of the motor unit 2 and the axis X2 of the dirt cup 3 may be parallel to each other or may coincide with each other. In addition, the battery 4 is arranged at one side of the shell 1, so that the battery 4 is close to the motor unit 2 and the dust cup 3, and the distance between the battery 4 and the motor unit 2 and the distance between the battery 4 and the dust cup 3 are reduced to be shortest, therefore, the compactness of three components with the largest volume arranged on the dust collector shell 1 is improved to the maximum, and the dust collector can achieve the aim of miniaturization, and meanwhile, the motor unit 2 can be ensured to be selected to be in a proper type to output enough power through the optimization of the structure.
In order to better understand the vacuum cleaner of the present application, it will be further explained and illustrated below. As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the main body of the housing 1 may be substantially rectangular, and the edges between the adjacent surfaces of the housing 1 may have smooth chamfers, so that the volume of the housing 1 may be reduced and the appearance thereof may be more beautiful. The body portion of the housing 1 may include opposing first and second side walls 11, 12, opposing third and fourth side walls 13, 14, opposing upper and lower end surfaces 15, 16. A handle 17 is located on the upper end surface 15 and is connected to the upper end surface 15, the handle 17 spanning the upper end surface 15. The switch 56 is provided at a position where the handle 17 is connected to the upper end surface 15. With the arrangement, when a user operates the dust collector with one hand, the switch 56 can be started by one of the fingers while holding the handle 17, so that the dust collector is free of two-hand operation, convenient to use and simple to operate.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the motor unit 2 is provided in the housing 1, and generates a suction force in an energized state. Specifically, the motor unit 2 is located in the middle region of the housing 1, and the axis X1 of the motor unit 2 may be in a substantially vertical direction, i.e., perpendicular to the upper end face 15 and the lower end face 16 of the housing 1, or in a substantially horizontal direction, i.e., perpendicular to the third side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 14 of the housing 1, so that there may be a space in the circumferential direction of the motor unit 2 for installing other components. The motor unit that sets up in casing 1 can adopt brush motor, also can adopt brushless motor, and the accommodation space in casing 1 can be enough to hold any above-mentioned motor.
As shown in fig. 4, when the axis X1 of the motor unit 2 can be substantially vertical, the axis X2 of the dust cup 3 is also substantially vertical, i.e., perpendicular to the upper end surface 15 and the lower end surface 16 of the housing 1, so that the motor unit 2 and the dust cup 3 are arranged along the axis X1 of the motor unit 2, and the axis X1 of the motor unit 2 and the axis X2 of the dust cup 3 are parallel to each other. Similarly, when the axis X1 of the motor unit 2 is in the horizontal direction, the axis X2 of the dirt cup 3 is also in the substantially horizontal direction. The motor unit may comprise a motor and a fan, the dirt cup comprises a cross-section which may have various shapes, such as approximately circular, square or rectangular, etc., and the ratio of the diameter of the fan to the diameter or length or width of the dirt cup may be controlled to be in the range of 0.7: 1-0.9: 1.

As shown in the schematic diagram of the position relationship between the fan 21 and the suction inlet 31 shown in fig. 15, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vortex structure is an air channel formed by the position relationship between the filter and the suction inlet 31, the axis of the suction inlet 31 is tangent to the peripheral wall of the filter, when the dust-containing air flow enters the dust cup 3 from the suction inlet 31, the air flow does not directly rotate around the peripheral wall of the filter from the tangential direction, then is filtered by the first filter 34, continues to flow towards the inner second filter 35 through the through hole, and finally flows towards the motor unit 2, because the dust-containing air flow is a side air flow, and in the position relationship, the axis of the suction inlet 31 is tangent to the vortex structure, so that the air flow can bypass the filter to be rotated and filtered, finally enters the motor unit 2, the air flow entering the motor unit 2 moves in the tangential direction, and is set by a reasonable structure, the air duct of vortex is directly formed, the air current is prevented from being dispersed, and the dust collection efficiency and the performance of the whole machine are improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the dust cup 3 may be located at the lower end of the housing 1, i.e., mounted at the lower end surface 16 of the housing 1, the motor unit 2 is located above the dust cup 3, and the motor unit 2 and the dust cup 3 are arranged along the axial direction of the motor unit, so that the two are more compact. In one embodiment, the dirt cup 3 is provided separately from the housing 1 and the dirt cup 3 is mounted on the housing 1 for collecting the sucked particles, the housing 1 and the dirt cup 3 being connected to each other. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the horizontal cross-section of the dust cup 3 may be substantially the same shape as the lower end surface 16 of the housing 1, that is, the horizontal cross-section of the housing 1 is the same shape as the horizontal cross-section of the dust cup 3. Thus, the whole lower end surface 16 of the housing 1 is provided with the dust cup 3, so that the volume of the dust cup 3 is maximized, and the volume of the whole dust collector can be optimized and further miniaturized. In order to facilitate observation of the amount of particles in the dirt cup 3, the dirt cup 3 may be made of a transparent or translucent material. In one embodiment, the dirt cup 3 can be removably mounted to the housing 1 to facilitate dust pouring and cleaning of the dirt cup 3.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the dust cup 3 may include a dust pouring cover 32 located below the lower end surface 16 and a latch 33 for locking the dust pouring cover 32, the dust pouring cover 32 is disposed opposite to the lower end surface 16, and the dust pouring cover 32 is located below the dust cup 3 far from the lower end surface 16, that is, the dust pouring cover 32 and the latch 33 are located below the lower end surface 16. In the above embodiments, the battery 4 is vertically exposed out of the casing 1, and in other embodiments, the battery 4 may be horizontally disposed at different positions of the vacuum cleaner, or may be vertically exposed out of other positions of the casing 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 12, the vacuum cleaner has a recessed portion 111, the battery 4 is accommodated in the recessed portion 111, and an axis X3 of the battery 4 is parallel to an axis X1 of the motor unit 2. The recessed portion 111 includes a first recessed portion formed by inwardly recessing the housing 1 from the first side wall 11 and a second recessed portion formed by inwardly recessing the outer wall of the dirt cup 3. The motor unit 2 and the dust cup 3 together form a housing cavity for housing the battery 4, which is the recess 111. The housing 1 may be substantially rectangular parallelepiped in shape. The concave portion 111 does not penetrate the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1, and the concave portion 111 has a top portion 112, the upper surface of the top portion 112 is the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1, and the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1 is a complete surface without any notch when viewed as a whole. In a preferred embodiment, the cross section of the recess 111 in the direction of the first side wall 11 may be similar to the shape of the first side wall 11, and may be rectangular or square, and the overall shape of the battery 4 is similar to the recess 111, so that the battery 4 can be installed in the recess 111 under the condition of maximum, and the space at the first side wall 11 of the whole casing 1 is not wasted. The depth of the whole recess 111 is small, and the cross section of the recess 111 in the direction of the first side wall 11 is large, so that the length of the housing 1 in the direction perpendicular to the first side wall 11 is relatively small, which facilitates the miniaturization of the cleaner.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 13 and fig. 14, the housing 1 is a square or square-like structure, the corners of two adjacent side walls of the housing are provided with round corners, the dust cup 3 is mounted under the housing 1 and has a shape matching the housing 1, the dust cup 3 has a dust collecting and separating chamber therein for collecting dust and separating dust particles, and the dust collecting and separating chamber is circular or circular-like (non-square), and the shape is designed such that the housing 1 can have a mounting space for the battery 4 without increasing the size of the structure, and the housing 1 and the dust cup 3 can also have a receiving groove 18 (described later) for receiving the accessory 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the vacuum cleaner may comprise a suction unit 5, the suction unit 5 further comprising a hose 51 and a wand 52, the vacuum cleaner being provided with a hose-and-channel unit 22 which is capable of receiving the suction unit 5. When the dust collector needs to be used, the suction pipe unit 5 can be taken down from the shell 1, when the dust collector is used or stored and transported, the suction pipe unit 5 can be arranged at the pipe groove unit 22 of the shell 1, so that the dust collector enters a storage state, at the moment, the suction pipe unit 5 at least partially surrounds the upper end surface 15, namely, the suction pipe unit 5 extends from the suction opening 31 at one side of the dust cup 3 to the other side of the dust cup 3 along the length direction of the handle 17 to extend over the handle 17, and the tail end part of the suction pipe unit 5 is at least partially accommodated in the pipe groove unit 22. Through the mode, the parts of the whole dust collector can be arranged together, the whole dust collector is miniaturized, and meanwhile, the omission of the parts can be prevented and the storage and the carrying of the dust collector are facilitated.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the chase unit 22 may include: a first pipe groove 131 formed on the third sidewall 13, and a second pipe groove 141 formed on the fourth sidewall 14. One end of the straw unit 5 can be clamped in the first pipe groove 131, the other end of the straw unit 5 can be clamped in the second pipe groove 141, and the middle of the straw unit 5 is wound on the upper end face 15. The first pipe groove 131 extends substantially in the vertical direction, is located substantially in the middle of the third side wall 13, where there is no recess for mounting the battery 4, and there is enough space on the housing 1 to open the first pipe groove 131; similarly, the second pipe groove 141 extends substantially in the vertical direction, and is located substantially in the middle of the fourth side wall 14. When the pipette unit 5 needs to be stored, one end of the pipette unit 5 is clamped in the first pipe groove 131, the other end of the pipette unit 5 can be clamped in the second pipe groove 141, and the two ends of the pipette unit 5 are clamped and fixed; the central portion of the straw unit 5 is wound around the upper end surface 15, so that the whole straw unit 5 can be accommodated in the housing 1.
Since the suction pipe units 5 generally include the flexible pipe 51 and the hard pipe 52 for the user to hold, the hard pipe 52 cannot be bent, and therefore, the hard pipe 52 is caught in the first pipe groove 131 extending in a straight line. The hose 51 can be bent at will so that the hose 51 runs round the upper end surface 15 and the corners between the different surfaces. Of course, the hose 51 and the wand 52 of the straw unit 5 may be connected together. In one embodiment, one end of the flexible tube 51 can be at least partially contracted in the hard tube 52, so as to ensure the required length of the flexible tube 51 in the use state, and also to store part of the flexible tube 51 when not in use, thereby ensuring the storage effect of the suction pipe unit 5 and further ensuring the miniaturization of the overall appearance layout.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a handle 17 may be formed on the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1, the handle 17 may be substantially in an inverted U shape or a circular arc shape, and a gap is formed between the handle 17 and the main body of the housing 1, and when a user holds the handle, fingers are inserted into the gap so as to hold the handle 17. A third tube groove 171 is formed on the side of the handle 17 facing away from the housing 1. One end of the third pipe groove 171 may be connected to the first pipe groove 131, the other end of the third pipe groove 171 may be connected to the second pipe groove 141, and the middle portion of the pipette unit 5 may be engaged in the third pipe groove 171. In order to better position the middle of the suction unit 5 (i.e. the part that passes around the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1) and to facilitate the user's pick-up of the cleaner. In the above manner, the portion of the third groove 171 has a curvature, and the portion of the hose 51 in the middle of the suction unit 5 can be locked in the third groove 171 for positioning, without affecting the user's pick-up of the cleaner.
As shown in fig. 5, in a possible embodiment, the vacuum cleaner includes an air outlet 113, and the airflow containing dust (or particles) sucked from the suction unit 5 flows in the direction of the motor unit 2 after entering the dust cup 3 from the suction opening 31, and then is discharged out of the vacuum cleaner from the air outlet 113. The air outlet 113 is located beside the motor unit 2, specifically, the air outlet 113 is disposed on the third sidewall 13, more specifically, the air outlet 113 is disposed at the position of the first duct 131, and the suction port 31 is close to the fourth sidewall 14. In order to reasonably utilize the space and ensure the aesthetic degree of the overall appearance of the dust collector, when the suction pipe unit 5 is stored, one end of the suction pipe unit 5 is clamped in the first pipe groove 131, the suction pipe unit 5 covers the air outlet 113, namely, in a storage state, the suction pipe unit 5 extends from the suction port 31 on one side of the dust cup 3 to cross the handle 17, extends to the other side of the dust cup 3 along the length direction of the handle 17 and covers the air outlet 113, so that the aesthetic degree is ensured, when the suction pipe unit 5 is used, the suction pipe unit 5 is taken out from the first pipe groove 131, at the moment, the air outlet 113 is exposed and cannot influence the air outlet of the dust collector, and thus, the basic performance of the dust collector is ensured, the appearance of the whole dust collector is more attractive through reasonable utilization of the space, and the design of each main part or structure of the dust collector is more reasonable.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, one end of the hose 51 can be at least partially retracted in the hard tube 52, so that the space inside the hard tube 52 can also store part of the hose 51, which can further increase the length of the hose 51 if the housing 1 is of the same size. When the suction unit 5 is used, the hose 51 is drawn out of the wand 52, maximising the length of the hose 51. The end of the hose 51 and the end of the hard tube 52 are fixed to each other, so that when the hose 51 is pulled out, it is ensured that the hose 51 is not detached from the hard tube 52. The hose 51 has good flexibility and can have a long extension length, and when the hose 51 is not used, the hose 51 can be well contracted in the hard tube 52, so that the storage effect of the suction tube unit 5 is ensured.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the hard tube 52 has a first tube end 522 and a first snap groove 523, the hose 51 has a second tube end 513, the second tube end 513 is provided with an abutting portion 5131 and a first snap projection 5132, the second tube end 513 is closer to the dust particles relative to the first tube end 522, and when the hose 51 is pulled, the abutting portion 5131 abuts against the first tube end 522 so that the hose 51 cannot be separated from the hard tube 52. In one embodiment, the second pipe end 513 and the first pipe end 522 are fixedly connected to each other, and when the hard pipe 52 and the flexible pipe 51 are installed in a matching manner, the first catching protrusion 5132 is located in the first catching groove 523 to fix the hard pipe 52 and the flexible pipe 51 to each other.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, 8 and 10, the cleaner may include: a fixed pipe 6 installed at the suction port 31 of the dust cup 3, the fixed pipe 6 communicating with the suction port 31 of the dust cup 3. The other end of the hose 51 is detachably connected with the fixed pipe 6 and can rotate between the two; the end of the other end of the hose 51 is connected with a hard connecting piece 511, the outer side wall of the connecting piece 511 is provided with a fixing ring 512 with a notch, the connecting piece 511 can rotate relative to the fixing ring 512, the outer side wall of the fixing ring 512 is provided with a buckling part 5121, and the inner side wall of the fixing pipe 6 is provided with a clamping groove 62 matched with the buckling part 5121. After the fixing ring 512 of the flexible tube 51 is inserted into the fixing tube 6, the buckling part 5121 is embedded into the clamping groove 62, so that the flexible tube 51 is detachably connected with the fixing tube 6. In order to ensure airtightness between the fixing ring 512 of the hose 51 and the fixing tube 6, a sealing ring 61 may be provided between the fixing ring 512 and the fixing tube 6. The fixing ring 512 has a gap 5122, so that the fixing ring 512 is loosely sleeved on the connecting member 511, which facilitates the connecting member 511 to rotate relative to the fixing ring 512 and/or the fixing tube 6, thereby preventing the hose 51 from knotting and winding together when the hose is used by a user.
In a possible embodiment, in order to prevent the hard tube 52 from being freely separated from the first tube groove 131 when the hard tube 52 is received in the first tube groove 131 of the housing 1, fig. 7 is an enlarged structural view of a portion a in fig. 6, as shown in fig. 7, a magnet 132 may be disposed at the first tube groove 131 of the third side wall 13, and an attracted member 53 may be disposed at one end of the straw unit 5, for example, an attracted member 53 may be disposed on the hard tube 52, and when one end of the straw unit 5, such as the hard tube 52, is received in the first tube groove 131, the magnet 132 attracts the attracted member 53. The accessory receiving groove 18 extends in a direction perpendicular to the upper end face 15. In one embodiment, the accessory receiving slot 18 extends parallel to the axis X2 of the dirt cup 3, and further, the accessory receiving slot 18 extends parallel to the axis X4 of the filter, which is the first filter 34 or the second filter 35. The layout of the components of the whole dust collector is optimized in the mode, the maximization of space utilization in the shell 1 is achieved, and therefore the dust collector is miniaturized. The battery 4 is provided on one side of the case 1, and the accessory receiving groove 18 is provided on the other side of the case 1 opposite to the battery 4. The handle 17 has a grip 1711 and a connection region 1712, and the battery 4 and the accessory storage groove 18 are respectively provided on both sides of the grip 1711. The switch 56 is disposed in the connection area 1712 and above the upper end surface 15, the handle 17 is disposed on the upper end surface 15, the connection area 1712 is connected with the upper end surface 15, and the switch 56 is disposed at a position where the handle 17 is connected with the upper end surface 15. Through the layout mode, the space between the shell 1 and the motor unit 2 can be fully utilized to arrange the battery 4 and the accessory storage groove 18 respectively, so that the dust collector is more compact in structure and achieves the effect of miniaturization.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an opening of the accessory receiving groove 18 is formed on the upper end surface 15, the accessory receiving groove 18 extends from the upper end surface 15 toward the inside of the housing 1, and the extending direction of the accessory receiving groove 18 is parallel to the axis X1 of the motor unit 2. In other embodiments, the accessory receiving slot 18 may be externally hung and hung on the housing 1.

As shown in fig. 13, in one embodiment, the dust separating chamber 37 of the dust cup 3 is round or round-like (non-square), which tends to obstruct the movement of the airflow if it is square, while round and round-like have curved walls to facilitate the flow of the airflow, avoid excessive obstruction to the airflow, and ensure the performance of the cleaner. 1. A vacuum cleaner, characterized in that the vacuum cleaner comprises:
a housing; a motor unit disposed in the housing for generating a suction force; a dust cup disposed on the housing for collecting suction particles, the dust cup having a suction inlet;
the motor unit and the dust cup are arranged along the axial direction of the motor unit;
the dust cup comprises a dust pouring cover, the dust collector further comprises a dust pouring button for controlling the dust pouring cover to be opened, and the dust pouring button is far away from the dust pouring cover.
2. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the ash dump button is located on an outer surface of the housing.
3. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper end surface, and the ash dump button is located on the upper end surface.
4. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the dust pouring lid is located on a lower bottom surface of the dirt cup, and the dust pouring button is located above and away from the dust pouring lid.

The vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dust cup includes a latch for locking the cover, the vacuum cleaner further includes an intermediate rod located between the cover and the button, one end of the intermediate rod is fixedly connected to the button, the other end of the intermediate rod corresponds to the latch, and the intermediate rod can abut against the latch to control the cover to open under the action of the button.

The vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with an accessory receiving groove, the accessory receiving groove extends in a direction parallel to the axis of the motor unit, and the accessory receiving groove extends in the direction of the axis of the motor unit at two adjacent corners of the side walls of the housing.

8. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper end surface, the upper end surface having two accessory receiving slots, the ash dumping button being located between the two accessory receiving slots.

The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper end surface, the housing includes a battery mating portion, the battery is slidably engaged with the battery mating portion when the battery is mounted, the battery slides in a direction toward the upper end surface, the vacuum cleaner has a recess, the battery is received in the recess, the recess includes a first recess and a second recess, the first recess is formed by a recess of the housing, and the second recess is formed by a recess of the dirt cup.
10. A vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 1, comprising a handle on the housing, the housing comprising an upper end face across which the handle spans, the vacuum cleaner having a suction unit which, in a storage state, extends from a suction opening on one side of the dirt cup, across the handle, and along the length of the handle to the other side of the dirt cup, the suction unit comprising a hose and a wand for gripping, one end of the hose being at least partially retractable in the wand.
