When the cleaner is not in use, the cleaner can be stored, the suction pipe unit 5 extends from the suction inlet on one side of the dust cup 3 to pass through the handle 17, and extends to the other side of the dust cup 3 along the length direction of the handle 17, so that the space occupied by the suction pipe unit 5 when being stored is saved. In addition, the battery 4 is arranged at the side of the shell 1, so that the battery 4 is abutted against the motor unit 2 and the dust cup 3, and the distance between the battery 4 and the motor unit 2 and the distance between the battery 4 and the dust cup 3 are reduced to be the shortest, so that the compactness of three parts with the largest volume arranged on the dust collector shell 1 are improved to the greatest extent, the dust collector can achieve the purpose of miniaturization, and meanwhile, the motor unit 2 can be ensured to be of a proper model to output enough power through the optimization of the structure.
In order to provide a better understanding of the cleaner of the present application, it will be further explained and illustrated below. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the body portion of the housing 1 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and edges between adjacent faces of the housing 1 may have smooth chamfers, thereby making the housing 1 less bulky and more attractive. The body portion of the housing 1 may include opposing first and second side walls 11, 12, opposing third and fourth side walls 13, 14, opposing upper and lower end faces 15, 16.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a motor unit 2 is provided in a housing 1 for generating suction force in an energized state. Specifically, the motor unit 2 is located in the middle region of the housing 1, and the axis of the motor unit 2 may be substantially in the vertical direction, i.e., perpendicular to the upper end surface 15 and the lower end surface 16 of the housing 1, or may be substantially in the horizontal direction, i.e., perpendicular to the third side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 14 of the housing 1, so that there may be room in the circumferential direction of the motor unit 2 to mount other parts. The motor unit provided in the housing 1 may be a brush motor or a brushless motor, and the accommodation space in the housing 1 may be sufficient to accommodate any of the motors.
The dirt cup 3 may be detachably mounted on the housing 1 for collecting inhaled particles. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the axis of the motor unit 2 may be substantially in a vertical direction, the axis of the dirt cup 3 is also substantially in a vertical direction, i.e. perpendicular to the upper end face 15 and the lower end face 16 of the housing 1, so that the axis of the motor unit 2 and the axis of the dirt cup 3 are parallel to each other. Similarly, when the axis of the motor unit 2 is in the horizontal direction, the axis of the dirt cup 3 is also in a generally horizontal direction. The motor unit may comprise a fan and the dirt cup a cross-section which may have a number of circumstances, such as an approximately circular, square or rectangular shape, etc., and the ratio of the diameter of the fan to the diameter or length or width of the dirt cup may be controlled to be in the range of 0.7:1 to 0.9:1.

In addition, the horizontal cross section of the dirt cup 3 may be substantially the same shape as the lower end face 16 of the housing 1, so that the lower end face 16 of the housing 1 is provided with an entire dirt cup 3, so that the volume of the dirt cup 3 is maximized, and the volume of the entire cleaner can be optimized for miniaturization.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the dust collector between the dust pouring button and the dust pouring cover under one section, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the dust collector between the dust pouring button and the dust pouring cover under another section, as shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8, the dust cup 3 may include a dust pouring cover 22 located under the lower end surface 16 and a buckle 21 locking the dust pouring cover 22, and the dust collector may include a dust pouring button 19 controlling the dust pouring cover 22 to be opened, where the dust pouring button 19 is disposed on the upper end surface 15. Specifically, the dust collector can include a middle rod 20 between the ash pouring button 19 and the ash pouring cover 22, one end of the middle rod 20 is fixedly connected with the ash pouring button 19, the other end of the middle rod 20 corresponds to the buckle 21, and under the action of the ash pouring button 19, the middle rod 20 can be abutted with the buckle 21 to control the ash pouring cover 22 to be opened.
As shown in fig. 1, the battery 4 is provided on the side of the case 1. Since the housing 1 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, a recess is formed in the first side wall 11 of the housing 1, and the battery 4 is mounted in the recess, with the battery 4 being parallel to the axis of the motor unit 2. The plugging direction of the battery 4 may be parallel to the axis of the motor unit 2, and in a possible embodiment the battery 4 may be plugged from the lower end face 16 towards the upper end face 15. In a preferred embodiment, the cross section of the recess in the direction of the first side wall 11 may be similar to the shape of the first side wall 11, may be rectangular or square, and the overall shape of the battery 4 may be similar to the recess, so that the battery 4 may be mounted in the recess with maximization, and the space at the first side wall 11 of the whole housing 1 is not wasted. The depth of the whole concave part is smaller, and the cross section of the concave part in the direction of the first side wall 11 is larger, so that the length of the shell 1 in the direction vertical to the first side wall 11 is relatively smaller, and the miniaturization of the dust collector is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cleaner may include: the suction pipe unit 5 including the hose 51 and the hard pipe 52 is formed with a pipe groove unit 23 capable of accommodating the suction pipe unit 5 on the housing 1 or in the housing 1. When the cleaner is required to be used, the suction pipe unit 5 can be removed from the shell 1, and when the cleaner is used or stored and carried, the suction pipe unit 5 can be mounted at the pipe groove unit 23 of the shell 1, so that the cleaner enters a storage state, and at this time, the upper end face is at least partially bypassed by the 2 suction pipe unit, namely, the suction pipe unit 5 extends from the suction inlet on one side of the dust cup 3 to pass through the handle 17 and extends to the other side of the dust cup 3 along the length direction of the handle 17. By the mode, parts of the whole dust collector can be installed and placed together, the dust collector is miniaturized, omission of the parts can be prevented, and the dust collector is convenient to store and transport.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the pipe groove unit 23 may include: the first pipe groove 131 formed on the third side wall 13, the second pipe groove 141 formed on the fourth side wall 14, one end of the suction pipe unit 5 can be clamped in the first pipe groove 131, the other end of the suction pipe unit 5 can be clamped in the second pipe groove 141, and the middle part of the suction pipe unit 5 bypasses the upper end face 15. The first pipe groove 131 extends in a substantially vertical direction and is located substantially in the middle of the third side wall 13 where there is no recess for mounting the battery 4, and the first pipe groove 131 is provided in the housing 1 with a sufficient space; similarly, the second tube slot 141 extends in a generally vertical direction and is located generally in the middle of the fourth sidewall 14. When the straw unit 5 needs to be stored, one end of the pipe groove unit 23 is clamped in the first pipe groove 131, the other end of the pipe groove unit 23 can be clamped in the second pipe groove 141, and the two ends of the pipe groove unit 23 are clamped and fixed; the middle part of the pipe groove unit 23 bypasses the upper end face 15, so that the whole pipe groove unit 23 can be accommodated on the housing 1.
Since the suction pipe unit 5 generally includes the hose 51 and the hard pipe 52 for the user to hold, the hard pipe 52 cannot be bent, and thus the hard pipe 52 is caught in the first pipe groove 131 extending in a straight line. The hose 51 can be bent at will, so that the hose 51 bypasses the upper end face 15 and the corners between the different faces. Of course, the hose 51 and the hard tube 52 of the suction pipe unit 5 may be connected together.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a handle 17 may be formed on the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1, the handle 17 may be generally in the shape of an inverted U or a circular arc, and a gap is provided between the handle 17 and the body of the housing 1, into which a user inserts his fingers to hold the handle 17 when holding. A third tube groove 171 is formed on the side of the handle 17 facing away from the housing 1. One end of the third pipe groove 171 may be connected to the first pipe groove 131, the other end of the third pipe groove 171 may be connected to the second pipe groove 141, and the middle portion of the suction pipe unit 5 may be caught in the third pipe groove 171. In order to be able to better locate the middle part of the suction pipe unit 5, i.e. the part that bypasses the upper end surface 15 of the housing 1, and to facilitate the user to pick up the cleaner. In the above manner, the portion of the third tube groove 171 has a curvature, and the hose 51 portion in the middle of the suction tube unit 5 can be caught in the third tube groove 171 for positioning, without affecting the user's holding up the cleaner.
