Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning device for a water heater according to a second embodiment of the present invention; in an embodiment of the present invention, a structure of the cleaning device 100 is provided as follows:
the cleaning apparatus 100 includes:
the electrode structure 10, the electrode structure 10 includes a first electrode 101 and a second electrode 102, the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 exhibit opposite polarities, and if the first electrode 101 is an anode, the second electrode 102 is a cathode.
Wherein, the embodiment of the utility model provides a treat that the washing region is the water heater inner bag, first electrode 101 and second electrode 102 set up in the water heater inner bag to when inputing water to the water heater inner bag, can be through first electrode 101 and second electrode 102 circular telegram, produce bubble and strong oxidizing property material.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first electrode 101 is a heating rod of a water heater, or a conductive metal additionally plated on the heating rod, that is, a heating device generally used for a liner of a water heater, and is usually made of stainless steel, the second electrode 102 is a metal mesh, optionally a titanium-platinum coating, or only a titanium mesh, the second electrode 102 is disposed around the first electrode 101 by winding the metal mesh (the second electrode 102), further, a gap is left between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 to prevent the scale on the heating rod (the first electrode 101) from contacting the metal mesh (the second electrode 102), and the specific gap size is adapted according to the types of the heating rod and the metal mesh.
The water valve assembly 20 comprises a plurality of water flow valves which are arranged in a pipeline communicated with the inner container of the water heater so as to control the water inlet and outlet of the inner container of the water heater;
the water valve assembly 20 comprises a first water valve 201 and a second water valve 202, the first water valve 201 is arranged at the water inlet end of the water heater liner, the second water valve 202 is arranged at the water outlet end of the water heater liner, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end are communicated through a pipeline to form a loop.
It can be understood that the first water valve 201 can control the water input into the water heater liner by opening and closing, the second water valve 202 can control the water in the water heater liner to be discharged, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end are communicated through a pipeline, so that the water in the water heater liner can enter the water heater liner again.
A pump assembly 30 comprising a plurality of pumps, which may be in a pipeline, providing kinetic energy to the water;
it can be understood that in the embodiment of the present invention, the pump assembly 30 includes the first water pump 301 and the second water pump 302, wherein the first water pump 301 is disposed on the loop of the water inlet end, the second water pump 302 is disposed on the loop of the water outlet end, and the second water pump 302 provides the kinetic energy of the water supply to draw out the water in the water heater liner, and since the return line usually requires a potential difference, the water can be continuously led to the water heater liner through the first water pump 301 for circulation.
The air valve assembly 40 includes a plurality of air valves to discharge air bubbles generated during electrolysis in the area to be cleaned.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air valve assembly 40 is configured to include the first air valve 401 and the second air valve 402, the first air valve 401 is disposed on the loop pipeline of the drainage end of the inner container of the reheater and the water inlet end, so that the electrolyzed water can be discharged from the bubbles in the loop pipeline circulation process. The second air valve 402 is arranged at the water discharging end of the water heater liner and is used for discharging air bubbles in the water heater liner.
The controller 50 is electrically connected to the electrode structure 10, the water valve assembly 20, the pump assembly 30 and the air valve assembly 40 to control the operation of the electrode structure 10, and the switch combination of the water valves (the first water valve 201 and the second water valve 202) of the water valve assembly 20, the switch combination of the pumps (the first water pump 301 and the second water pump 302) of the pump assembly 30, and the switch combination of the air valves (the first air valve 401 and the second air valve 402) of the air valve assembly 40.
Further, in some embodiments, the water valve assembly 20 may also include a third water valve 203 and a fourth water valve 204, the third water valve 203 is connected to a city water pipeline, the fourth water valve 204 is connected to a water terminal, and the third water valve 203 and the fourth water valve 204 are used for controlling normal water outlet of the water heater liner.
When the water heater is used for normal water inlet, the controller 50 controls the third water valve 203 to be opened, the fourth water valve 204 to be opened, the other water valves (i.e., the first water valve 201 and the second water valve 202) to be closed, the electrode structure 10 is only powered on by the first electrode 101, i.e., the heating rod is powered on, and a user can use water at a water using terminal communicated with the fourth water valve 204 under normal conditions.
When entering the sterilizing liner descaling mode, the controller 50 is configured to perform:
the third water valve 203 and the fourth water valve 204 are immediately closed, the controller starts to supply power to the second electrode 102, namely the anode metal mesh, at this time, the heating rod (usually made of stainless steel) of the first electrode 101 serves as a cathode, the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 perform electrolysis on residual water in the inner container under a potential difference for a preset time, the first water valve 201 is controlled, the second water valve 202 is opened, the second water pump 302 and the first air valve 401 are opened, the residual water is electrolyzed and then starts to be circularly flushed from the inner container of the water heater from the first water valve 201 to the second water valve 202 to the water inlet end through the water discharge end, and the second water pump 302 provides kinetic energy of the water.
It can be understood that when the third water valve 203 and the fourth water valve 204 are immediately closed, in the electrolysis process, the ions generated by the electrolysis of the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 generate gas in the water, and the scale on the surface of the heating rod (the first electrode 101) is loosened by the gas generated by the cathode (the first electrode 101), so as to perform the function of primarily removing the scale on the heating rod. Meanwhile, the second water pump 302 is started, the first air valve 401 is opened, water in the inner container of the water heater is pumped to circulate through the first water valve 201 and the second water valve 202 under the action of the second water pump 302, and sterilization substances (hydroxyl radicals and the like) generated by electrolysis can be better cleaned in the inner container for multiple times. Gas generated in the electrolysis process is exhausted through the first gas valve 401 in the circulation process so as to avoid the influence on the inner container of the water heater caused by excessive bubbling.
Further, the cleaning device 100 further includes an electrode control circuit (not shown) electrically connected to the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 through wires, respectively, and the controller 50 changes the polarity of the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 through the electrical connection of the electrode control circuit.
Further, the cleaning device further comprises: the timer is electrically connected to the controller 50, a preset time can be set for the timer, and the controller 50 controls the first water valve 201 and the second water valve 202 to be closed according to the preset time.
After the preliminary descaling and sterilization process is finished, a subsequent descaling stage is performed, in which the direction of the electrode is changed by the controller 50, the heating rod (the first electrode 101) is used as an anode, the metal mesh (the second electrode 102) is used as a cathode, and water electrolysis is continued. The process is closed after lasting 1min to 5min and is controlled by a timer in cooperation with the controller 50. It will be appreciated that this process may not last too long to avoid damage to the heating rod (first electrode 101). The first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 are reversed to generate cation and anion exchange respectively, so that the electrolytic scaling is prevented.
It can be understood that when preliminary descaling, this scheme is through setting up to the negative pole on the heating rod to remove the water heater inner bag and use the incrustation scale that produces on the heating rod for a long time, like the deposit that calcium magnesium ion constitutes, and subsequent scale removal is through the mode of falling the level, avoids the free secondary production incrustation scale of electrolysis process ion, thereby realizes thorough scale removal.
After the descaling sterilization is completed, the second water valve 202 is closed. And then draining water or not according to the requirements of users. During the drain phase, the controller 50 controls the first water valve 201 to open, the second air valve 402 to open, the fourth water valve 204 to open, the first water pump 301 to open, the second water pump 302 to close, and the other valves and air valves to close. The water stored in the inner container is pumped out by the first water pump 301, and due to the closing of the second water pump 302 and the closing of the second water valve 202, the water flow can not flow back to the inlet end of the inner container of the water heater through the pipeline any more, and is left to the water using terminal from the fourth water valve 204, or is drained from a water discharging port additionally provided with a shunt valve at the water using terminal. Then the first water valve 201 is closed, the user can control the third water valve 203 to be opened by triggering the controller 50, and the fourth water valve 204 is opened for normal use.
To sum up, the embodiment of the utility model provides a mainly through setting up first electrode 101 as the negative pole to the heating rod department of water heater, perhaps for plating the conductive metal on the heating rod, produce the potential difference and take place the electrolysis to water under the applied voltage's of first electrode 101 and second electrode 102 the circumstances, and utilize water valve assembly 20 to make its circulation wash the water heater inner bag, it is not hard up to produce the incrustation scale production on heating rod surface at heating rod (first electrode 101) department bubble, and the ion and the incrustation scale of production produce the reaction, get rid of the incrustation scale that the heating rod is accumulated.
Then, the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 102 are operated in a reversed mode for a preset time, so that new water scales are prevented from being generated in the electrolysis process, and finally, water is discharged to recover the normal use state.
