Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,包括储能电源主机与电池组,所述储能电源主机的正反两面底部固定连接有相对应设置的转动轴,所述转动轴的顶部活动连接有贴合板,所述转动轴的底部活动连接有连接板,所述电池组正反两面固定连接有连接杆,且位于上方所述连接杆远离电池组的一端通过轴承活动安装有辅助臂,位于下方所述连接杆远离电池组的一端通过轴承活动安装有连接臂,且辅助臂与连接臂互相连接,在外出作业时,可以根据需要带多或者带少电池组出去。在运输过程中,各电池组可以通过连接臂与辅助臂进行拆卸,且储能电源主机也可以进行分开拆卸,简单便捷,方便运送,在使用前再次组装起来,十分的方便。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电源技术领域,具体为一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源。
背景技术
电源是将其它形式的能转换成电能的装置。电源自“磁生电”原理,由水力、风力、海潮、水坝水压差、太阳能等可再生能源,及烧煤炭、油渣等产生电力来源。常见的电源是干电池(直流电)与家用的110V-220V交流电源。电源产品广泛应用于工业自动化控制、军工设备、科研设备、工控设备、计算机和电脑、通讯设备、电力设备、仪器仪表、医疗设备、半导体制冷制热等领域。而随着时代的发展,现在为了以防意外经常需要配备储能电源。
但是现有的储能电源在使用时对于电力的提供有限,所以在使用时需要携带许多的电池组备用,但是电池组太多时无法根据现场需求灵活配置电池组数量,会出现携带过重过大的体积,或者携带能量过小的情况发生。因此需要对储能电源的结构加以改进,同时提出一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,便于更好的解决上述提出的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:为了解决上述提出的问题,提供一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,包括储能电源主机与电池组,所述储能电源主机的底部与电池组的顶部连接,所述储能电源主机的顶部中线位置固定连接有提手,且储能电源主机的正反两面底部固定连接有相对应设置的转动轴,所述转动轴的顶部活动连接有贴合板,且贴合板的形状为L型,所述贴合板紧密贴合在储能电源主机的外表面上,且顶部与储能电源主机的顶部相贴合,所述转动轴的底部活动连接有连接板,且连接板贴合在电池组的外壁,所述贴合板与连接板上开设有相对应设置的固定孔,且固定孔上螺纹连接有固定螺栓,所述电池组正反两面固定连接有相对应设置的连接杆,且位于上方所述连接杆远离电池组的一端通过轴承活动安装有辅助臂,位于下方所述连接杆远离电池组的一端通过轴承活动安装有连接臂,且辅助臂与连接臂互相连接。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述贴合板位于提手的两侧,所述储能电源主机位于正面的贴合板的左侧固定安装有DC输入/输出端口,且位于正面的贴合板的右侧固定安装有AC输出端口。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述连接臂相对于辅助臂连接处的中部位置固定连接有固定杆,且辅助臂相对于固定杆的位置开设有固定槽,且固定槽为L型。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述固定杆的底部滑动连接有固定勾,且固定勾与固定槽相适配,所述辅助臂的右壁活动贯穿有螺纹杆。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述螺纹杆的上固定连接有防脱块,且螺纹杆延伸到辅助臂内部的一端与固定勾相对设置,所述螺纹杆的右端固定连接有旋转把手。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述电池组与储能电源主机连接处的下方固定连接有连接臂,且所述电池组的顶部通过固定螺栓与连接板固定连接。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型中,在外出作业时,可以根据需要带多或者带少电池组出去。在运输过程中,各电池组可以通过连接臂与辅助臂进行拆卸,且储能电源主机也可以进行分开拆卸,简单便捷,方便运送,在使用前再次组装起来,十分的方便。
2、本实用新型中,由于可以多个电池组堆叠使用,大大提高了储能电源的供电量,不会出现供电不足的情况,而且电池组由于是分开组装与携带,方便对电池组进行充电的同时也便于更换电池组,提高供电效率,而且本实用新型在使用时,由于其可拆卸性,可以随时将其拆卸或是组装,户外作业时尤其的方便。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1-4,一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,包括储能电源主机1与电池组5,储能电源主机1的底部与电池组5的顶部连接,储能电源主机1的顶部中线位置固定连接有提手2,方便户外作业时便于手动移动,且储能电源主机1的正反两面底部固定连接有相对应设置的转动轴3,转动轴3的顶部活动连接有贴合板4,且贴合板4的形状为L型,方便与储能电源主机1的外壁贴合,进而使得电池组5连接后更为稳定,贴合板4紧密贴合在储能电源主机1的外表面上,且顶部与储能电源主机1的顶部相贴合,贴合板4位于提手2的两侧,储能电源主机1位于正面的贴合板4的左侧固定安装有DC输入/输出端口,且位于正面的贴合板4的右侧固定安装有AC输出端口,多个端口适用于不同的场合,使得本装置的适用面大大提高,转动轴3的底部活动连接有连接板6,且连接板6贴合在电池组5的外壁,贴合板4与连接板6上开设有相对应设置的固定孔,且固定孔上螺纹连接有固定螺栓7,电池组5正反两面固定连接有相对应设置的连接杆8,且位于上方连接杆8远离电池组5的一端通过轴承活动安装有辅助臂9,位于下方连接杆8远离电池组5的一端通过轴承活动安装有连接臂10,且辅助臂9与连接臂10互相连接,电池组5与储能电源主机1连接处的下方固定连接有连接臂10,且电池组5的顶部通过固定螺栓7与连接板6固定连接,连接臂10相对于辅助臂9连接处的中部位置固定连接有固定杆11,且辅助臂9相对于固定杆11的位置开设有固定槽,且固定槽为L型,固定杆11的底部滑动连接有固定勾12,且固定勾12与固定槽相适配,方便固定勾12进入其中进而起到固定作用,辅助臂9的右壁活动贯穿有螺纹杆13,螺纹杆13的上固定连接有防脱块14,防止出现螺纹杆13滑落的情况,保证安全性,且螺纹杆13延伸到辅助臂9内部的一端与固定勾12相对设置,螺纹杆13的右端固定连接有旋转把手,方便手动组装电池组5。
工作原理:本申请中,在使用时仅仅将所有的电池组5堆叠在一起,随后将辅助臂9与连接臂10相连,使得固定杆11进入固定槽中,随后转动旋转把手,使得螺纹杆13将固定勾12顶入固定槽中,进一步加强稳定性,随后将储能电源主机1堆叠在电池组5的最上方,通过固定螺栓7将其固定,此时通过DC输入/输出端口以及AC输出端口即可使用。

1.一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,包括储能电源主机(1)与电池组(5),其特征在于:所述储能电源主机(1)的底部与电池组(5)的顶部连接,所述储能电源主机(1)的顶部中线位置固定连接有提手(2),且储能电源主机(1)的正反两面底部固定连接有相对应设置的转动轴(3),所述转动轴(3)的顶部活动连接有贴合板(4),且贴合板(4)的形状为L型,所述贴合板(4)紧密贴合在储能电源主机(1)的外表面上,且顶部与储能电源主机(1)的顶部相贴合,所述转动轴(3)的底部活动连接有连接板(6),且连接板(6)贴合在电池组(5)的外壁,所述贴合板(4)与连接板(6)上开设有相对应设置的固定孔,且固定孔上螺纹连接有固定螺栓(7),所述电池组(5)正反两面固定连接有相对应设置的连接杆(8),且位于上方所述连接杆(8)远离电池组(5)的一端通过轴承活动安装有辅助臂(9),位于下方所述连接杆(8)远离电池组(5)的一端通过轴承活动安装有连接臂(10),且辅助臂(9)与连接臂(10)互相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,其特征在于:所述贴合板(4)位于提手(2)的两侧,所述储能电源主机(1)位于正面的贴合板(4)的左侧固定安装有DC输入/输出端口,且位于正面的贴合板(4)的右侧固定安装有AC输出端口。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,其特征在于:所述连接臂(10)相对于辅助臂(9)连接处的中部位置固定连接有固定杆(11),且辅助臂(9)相对于固定杆(11)的位置开设有固定槽,且固定槽为L型。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,其特征在于:所述固定杆(11)的底部滑动连接有固定勾(12),且固定勾(12)与固定槽相适配,所述辅助臂(9)的右壁活动贯穿有螺纹杆(13)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆(13)的上固定连接有防脱块(14),且螺纹杆(13)延伸到辅助臂(9)内部的一端与固定勾(12)相对设置,所述螺纹杆(13)的右端固定连接有旋转把手。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种可堆叠电池组的储能电源,其特征在于:所述电池组(5)与储能电源主机(1)连接处的下方固定连接有连接臂(10),且所述电池组(5)的顶部通过固定螺栓(7)与连接板(6)固定连接。
