(1) the embodiment provides a novel unattended roadside parking charging system based on a vehicle detection technology, an ETC technology and an image photographing technology, which comprises a vehicle detection device, a roadside toll pile and a payment transaction server, wherein the vehicle detection device is used for being arranged on a target parking space, the roadside toll pile comprises an electronic toll roadside unit ETC-RSU module, an image acquisition module and a real-time clock RTC module, so that whether a vehicle drives into the parking space or not can be automatically detected through the vehicle detection device arranged on the target parking space, the roadside toll pile is wirelessly triggered to take a photograph and obtain a certificate according to a detection result, and periodic ETC real-time deduction is performed in an energy-saving manner, so that the problems existing in a manned manner can be avoided, a vehicle owner can be prevented from escaping from the parking space, the charging efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, because all sub-devices of the system are connected through wireless communication, the system can also be conveniently arranged and reduce the arrangement cost (namely, the high construction and maintenance cost of wiring is saved), and is beneficial to the upgrading of the electronic toll collection system of the existing parking place;
(2) by configuring the light supplement module, the light supplement module can be synchronously started when the vehicle image information is started to be collected, so that light supplement is performed on a photographing environment, and the high-definition quality of the vehicle image information is ensured;
(3) the efficient unattended roadside parking charging system also has the advantages of convenience in use, low power consumption, long endurance time, low cost and the like, and is convenient for practical application and popularization.

the vehicle detection device (1) comprises a vehicle in-place detection module, a first wireless communication module, a first processing module and a first battery module, wherein the vehicle in-place detection module is in wired communication with the first processing module, the first processing module is in wired communication with the first wireless communication module, and a power output end of the first battery module is electrically connected with power input ends of the vehicle in-place detection module, the first wireless communication module and the first processing module respectively;
the roadside charging pile (2) comprises a pile body (20) and a second wireless communication module, an electronic toll collection roadside unit (ETC-RSU) module, an image acquisition module (23), a real-time clock (RTC) module, a third wireless communication module, a second processing module and a second battery module which are arranged on the pile body (20), wherein the second wireless communication module is in wireless communication connection with the first wireless communication module in the vehicle detection device (1), the second wireless communication module is also in wired communication connection with the second processing module, the second processing module is also in wired communication connection with the electronic toll collection roadside unit (ETC-RSU) module, the image acquisition module (23), the real-time clock (RTC) module and the third wireless communication module respectively, and the third wireless communication module is also in wireless communication connection with the payment transaction server, the image acquisition module (23) is arranged on the periphery of the top of the pile body (20) and enables a lens to be aligned to the target parking space, and the power output end of the second battery module is electrically connected with the second wireless communication module, the electronic toll collection road side unit ETC-RSU module, the image acquisition module (23), the real-time clock (RTC) module, the third wireless communication module and the power input end of the second processing module respectively.

The efficient unattended roadside parking charging system according to claim 1, wherein the roadside charging pile (2) further comprises a light supplement module arranged on the top of the pile body (20), wherein a controlled end of the light supplement module is communicatively connected to an output end of the second processing module, and a power input end of the light supplement module is electrically connected to a power output end of the second battery module.
3. The efficient unattended roadside parking charge system according to claim 2, wherein when the number of the image acquisition modules (23) is two or more, a fill-in light (28) adopted by the fill-in light module is arranged at the top center of the pile body (20).

The efficient unattended roadside parking lot system according to claim 1, wherein the roadside toll pile (2) further comprises a display module, wherein the display module is in communication connection with the second processing module, and a power input end of the display module is electrically connected with an output end of the second battery module.
5. The efficient unattended roadside parking charge system according to claim 4, wherein the display module employs an electronic paper display screen.
6. The efficient unattended roadside parking charge system according to claim 1, wherein when the number of the image acquisition modules (23) is two or more, each of the image acquisition modules (23) is respectively aligned to different target parking spaces in a one-to-one correspondence;
the second processing module is respectively in wired communication connection with all the image acquisition modules (23) through a link switching module, wherein a controlled end of the link switching module is in communication connection with an output end of the second processing module.
7. The efficient unattended roadside parking charge system according to claim 1 wherein the vehicle presence detection module employs a geomagnetic sensor and/or a millimeter wave radar.
8. The efficient unattended roadside parking charge system according to claim 1, wherein the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module are both a bluetooth communication module, an RF433 communication module or an RF315 communication module.
9. The efficient unattended roadside parking charging system of claim 1, wherein the third wireless communication module employs a NBIoT communication module, a WiFi communication module, a ZigBee communication module, 3/4/5G communication module, and/or a GPRS communication module.
10. The efficient unattended roadside parking lot system according to claim 1, wherein the first battery module or the second battery module comprises a lithium battery, a charging circuit and a charging interface which are electrically connected in sequence.
