In view of the above problems in the related art, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a dimming panel, as shown in fig. 1, having a dimming area AA, which may include:

and the light modulation layer 107 is positioned between the second electrode 105 layer and the transition layer 105.

Under the long-term irradiation of ultraviolet rays, iodide ions contained in a common polaroid can be decomposed, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates of the common polaroid are prone to fracture and the like, the wire grid structures C can be reused as the polaroid, meanwhile, a plurality of wire grid structures C form a hollow cavity, light waves resonate among the first metal wire grid 1212, the second inorganic wire grid 1213 and the third metal wire grid 1214, only a small amount of light is reflected, the rest of light is bound in the hollow cavity, the energy of the reflected light can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the second inorganic wire grid 1213, and therefore the small reflectivity (for example, less than 10%) is achieved, and the industrial standard lower than 30% is met. In addition, because the air layer exists in the hollow cavity and a large number of light rays are bound in the resonant cavity through the resonance effect, the light-adjusting building glass has the effects of energy conservation and heat insulation.
In some embodiments, the reflection reducing structure 121 is disposed on a side of the light-adjusting architectural glass corresponding to the outdoor side, and a conventional polarizer is selected as an analyzer corresponding to the indoor side, so as to meet the requirements of reliability, etc., and the reflection reducing structure 121 can be used in combination with the light-adjusting architectural glass when a special or severe indoor environment exists. When the anti-reflection structures 121 including the plurality of wire grid structures C are arranged on both sides of the light-adjusting architectural glass, the wire grid structures C on both sides are arranged in an orthogonal manner in the extending direction. In a specific implementation, a frame pasting process, a dispensing process, and a surface pasting process may be selected to paste the plurality of wire grid structures C on the first substrate 101 and/or the second substrate 102. The frame pasting process and the spot gluing process are preferred, and the hollow cavity can be made to be larger due to the adoption of the two processes, the larger the volume of the hollow cavity is, the stronger the air containing effect is, and the better the energy-saving and heat-insulating effect is.
Optionally, the thicknesses of the first wire grid 1212, the second wire grid 1213 and the third wire grid 1214 are different, and in a specific implementation, the thickness of the first wire grid 1212 is less than 20nm, the thickness of the second wire grid 1213 is 50nm to 100nm, and the thickness of the third wire grid 1214 is more than 100 nm. In addition, the third substrate 1211 may be made of special engineering glass, such as explosion-proof glass, so that the light-adjusting architectural glass has more functions.
In some embodiments, the material of the first metal wire grid 1212 may be a metal or alloy such as titanium, preferably aluminum metal with optimal polarization. The material of the third metal wire grid 1214 may be a metal or an alloy such as aluminum, tungsten, silver, etc., but is not limited thereto. Table 1 shows that the first metal wire grid 1212 is titanium (Ti) and the second inorganic wire grid 1213 is silicon dioxide (SiO)2) And the third metal wire grid 1214 is aluminum (Al), the anti-reflection structure 121, and the contrast data of the aluminum (Al) metal wire grid alone. As can be seen from table 1, the anti-reflection structure 121 including the plurality of wire grid structures C of the present disclosure and the single aluminum wire grid each have a high polarization degree; compared with an aluminum metal wire grid alone, the antireflection structure 121 of the present disclosure has lower transmittance and reflectance, and the reflectance is below 10%. As can be seen from table 1, when the thicknesses of the respective wire grid layers are different, the reflectance of the anti-reflection structure is different, and the reflectance is higher as the thickness of the third metal wire grid 1214 made of aluminum is larger, and the reflectance is lower as the thickness of the first metal wire grid 1212 made of titanium is smaller.

Optionally, in the above-mentioned light-dimming architectural glass provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to ensure that the reflectivity is low, the period (i.e., the sum of the wire grid width and the wire grid pitch) of the wire grid structure C is less than 390 nm. For example, the wire grid width is 50nm, the wire grid pitch is 50nm, and the duty cycle is 1: 1. In specific implementation, the wire grid structure C can be fabricated by nanoimprint, sputtering, deposition, etching, and the like.
Optionally, in the light-adjusting architectural glass provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 9, the light-adjusting architectural glass may further include: the low-emissivity film 122 is positioned on the side, away from the first substrate base plate 101, of the second substrate base plate 102, the surface emissivity of the low-emissivity film 122 is less than 0.25, the reflectivity to infrared rays is greater than 80%, the sun-shading coefficient is 0.7, and the low-emissivity film has good heat-insulating performance. The first substrate base plate 101 with the low-radiation film 122 faces outdoors, can effectively resist wind, sunlight and the like, saves energy, insulates heat, increases the strength of the light-adjusting building glass, and prolongs the service life.
Optionally, in the light-adjusting architectural glass provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 10, the light-adjusting architectural glass may further include: the energy-saving film 123 is located on the side of the first substrate base plate 101, which faces away from the second substrate base plate 102, and the energy-saving film 123 comprises a metal film 1231 and a polyester base 1232 which are sequentially located on the side of the first substrate base plate 101, which faces away from the second substrate base plate 102. The heat conductivity coefficient of the polyester substrate 1232 contained in the energy-saving film 123 is 0.3-0.4, and the metal film 1231 contained in the energy-saving film can effectively absorb and reflect infrared rays, visible light and ultraviolet rays, so that the heat insulation performance of the light-adjusting building glass is greatly improved.
Optionally, in the light-dimming architectural glass provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the energy-saving film 123 may be a high-transmittance nano film having a transmittance of greater than or equal to 80% for visible light and a blocking rate of greater than or equal to 55% for solar energy; or, the energy-saving film 123 may also be a high-resistance nano film having a transmittance of visible light of 60% or more and a blocking rate of solar energy of 72% or more, so as to have characteristics of heat insulation, energy saving, safety, ultraviolet resistance, glare prevention, building appearance improvement, and indoor space aesthetic feeling improvement. And the energy-saving film 123 can be arranged on one side of the dimming building glass facing the indoor, so that the solar radiation heat can be blocked in summer, and the indoor heat energy can be prevented from being dissipated and flowing outwards in winter.
In some embodiments, the bonding process of the low-emissivity film 122 and the energy-saving film 123 may be selected from a glue-sandwiching process, an optical glue full-bonding process, a glue-dispensing process, a surface-bonding process, and the like according to specific material characteristics and requirements.
Optionally, in the light-adjusting architectural glass provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 11, the light-adjusting architectural glass may further include: the functional layer 124 is located between the first substrate 101 and the first electrode 103, and the functional layer 124 may include at least one of a blackening layer 1241, an anti-radiation layer 1242 and an energy saving layer 1243, so that the light-adjusting architectural glass has functions of anti-radiation (reflecting ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 400nm or less), heat insulation, energy saving (reflecting visible light and far infrared light with a wavelength of 300nm to 2500 nm), and the like.
Optionally, in the light-adjusting architectural glass provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 11, the functional layer 124 specifically includes a blackening layer 1241, a radiation-resistant layer 1242 and an energy-saving layer 1243, which are sequentially located on the first substrate base plate 101 on the side facing the first electrode layer 103; the blackening layer 1241 may include: at least one of a molybdenum-niobium alloy film, a molybdenum oxide film, a silicon nitride and amorphous silicon composite film, and the radiation-resistant layer 1242 may include at least one of an aluminum metal film, an aluminum alloy film, and an aluminum metal compound film; the energy saving layer 1243 may include at least one of a silver metal film, a silver alloy film, and a silver metal compound film. As shown in fig. 12, aluminum metal has very strong ultraviolet resistance, and has a reflectivity of over 75% for light below 400nm, so that the service life and radiation resistance of the light-adjusting architectural glass can be effectively enhanced; since aluminum metal has high reflectivity and causes optical pollution when used for a curtain wall, the appearance reflectivity of the curtain wall can be reduced by adding the blackening layer 1241; since the reflectivity of the silver metal to visible light and near infrared light is higher than that of aluminum metal (as shown in fig. 13), better heat preservation and insulation effects can be obtained in winter. In fig. 12 and 13, P represents polarized light having a vibration direction parallel to the incident surface, S represents polarized light having a vibration direction perpendicular to the incident surface, and U represents the sum of the P-polarized light and the S-polarized light. Specifically, the present disclosure also provides reflectivity-related data for the blackened layer 1241 (as shown in fig. 14), and the radiation-resistant layer 1242 and the energy-saving layer 1243 (as shown in fig. 15), see table 2. As can be seen from table 2, the ultraviolet reflectivity of the anti-radiation layer 1242 is greater than 70%, so that the organic dye contained in the dimming layer 107 can be effectively protected, and the service life of the dye liquid crystal dimming architectural glass is prolonged; the reflectivity of the anti-radiation layer 1242 to visible light exceeds 90%, external heat can be effectively blocked in summer, internal heat can be reflected in winter, and the effects of energy conservation and heat insulation are achieved; the blackening layer 1241 ensures that the reflectivity of outdoor visible light is less than 20% and has no optical pollution; the orientation layer, the dimming layer 107, the substrate and the like ensure that the reflectivity of indoor visible light is less than 25 percent and no optical pollution exists.

On the other hand, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing any one of the dimming panels, as shown in fig. 16, including:
s1601, providing a first substrate and a second substrate;
s1602, sequentially forming a first electrode layer, a transition layer and a plurality of support pillars on a first substrate, where the first electrode layer is at least formed in a dimming region of a dimming panel, and an orthogonal projection of each support pillar on the first substrate and an orthogonal projection of the first electrode layer have an overlapping region;
s1603, forming a second electrode layer at least disposed in the dimming area on the second substrate;
s1604, forming a dimming layer on one side, provided with the second electrode layer, of the second substrate base plate;
and S1605, aligning the first substrate base plate and the second substrate base plate to enable the dimming layer to be located between the second electrode layer and the transition layer.
In order to better understand the manufacturing method of the dimming panel provided by the present disclosure, the following respectively describes the manufacturing process of each dimming panel and the dimming architectural glass provided by the present disclosure.
The manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 1 may specifically include the following steps:
in the first step, a first electrode layer 103 in the dimming area AA and a third electrode layer 109 in the peripheral area BA are formed on the first substrate 101 by a one-step patterning process. Of course, in the specific implementation, the first electrode 103 and the third electrode 109 may be fabricated by two patterning processes.
In a second step, a transition layer 105 is formed on the first electrode 103 to cover the first electrode 103, and the transition layer 105 fills a gap between the first electrode 103 and the third electrode 109.
In a third step, a plurality of spacers 104 are formed on the transition layer 105.
Fourth, a Polyimide (PI) coating and an alignment process are performed on the spacers 104 to form a first alignment layer 117 located in the dimming area AA.
In the fifth step, a planar second electrode 106 is formed on the second substrate 102.
Sixth, a Polyimide (PI) coating and an alignment process are performed on the second electrode 106 to form a second alignment layer 118 located in the dimming area AA.
Seventh, liquid crystal is dropped on the side of the second substrate 102 having the second alignment layer 118.
Eighth, a frame sealing adhesive 110 is formed around the dimming area AA on the first substrate 101, and the frame sealing adhesive 110 may be conductive or non-conductive, which is not limited herein.
The ninth step is to turn over the first substrate base 101 and to set the turned over first substrate base 101 and second substrate base 102.
Tenth, the second substrate 102 is cut to expose the first electrode 103 and the third electrode 109.
As shown in fig. 1, a conductive portion 108 is formed on the third electrode 109 by a metal paste process, and the conductive portion 108 electrically connects the second electrode 106 and the third electrode 109.
In the twelfth step, the exposed first electrode 103 and the exposed third electrode 109 are subjected to circuit crimping, so that the dimming function is realized by adjusting the voltage.
The manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 3 may specifically include the following steps:
in the first step, a first electrode layer 103 is formed over the entire surface of a first base substrate 101.
In the second step, a transition layer 105 in the dimming area AA and the peripheral area BA is formed on the first electrode layer 103.
Third, a plurality of spacers 104 in the dimming area AA are formed on the transition layer 105.
Fourth, a Polyimide (PI) coating and an alignment process are performed on the spacers 104 to form a first alignment layer 117 located in the dimming area AA.
In the fifth step, the third electrode layer 109 which does not overlap with the first alignment layer 117 is formed on the first alignment layer 117.
In the sixth step, a planar second electrode layer 106 is formed on the second base substrate 102.
Seventh, a Polyimide (PI) coating and an alignment process are performed on the second electrode layer 106 to form a second alignment layer 118 located in the dimming area AA.
In the eighth step, liquid crystal is dropped on the side of the second substrate 102 having the second alignment layer 118.
Ninth, a frame sealing adhesive 110 is formed on the peripheral area BA on the first substrate 101, and the frame sealing adhesive 110 may be conductive or non-conductive, which is not limited herein.
Tenth, the first substrate 101 is turned over, and the turned-over first substrate 101 and second substrate 102 are set in a cassette.
The tenth step is to cut the second substrate 102 to expose the first electrode layer 103 and the third electrode layer 109.
In the tenth step, a conductive portion 108 is formed on the third electrode layer 109 by a metal paste process, and the conductive portion 108 electrically connects the second electrode layer 106 and the third electrode layer 109.
And a thirteenth step of performing circuit crimping on the exposed first electrode layer 103 and the exposed third electrode layer 109, so that a dimming function is realized by adjusting voltage subsequently.
The difference between the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 4 and the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 1 is that the step of separately manufacturing the conductive part 108 is saved because the conductive part 108 is multiplexed with the frame sealing adhesive 110. In addition, when the conductive portion 108 and the frame sealing adhesive 110 are multiplexed, the frame sealing adhesive 110 is a sealing (Seal) adhesive doped with conductive particles such as gold and silver.
The difference between the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 5 and the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 2 is that the step of separately manufacturing the conductive part 108 is saved because the conductive part 108 is multiplexed with the frame sealing adhesive 110. In addition, when the conductive portion 108 and the frame sealing adhesive 110 are multiplexed, the frame sealing adhesive 110 is a sealing (Seal) adhesive doped with conductive particles such as gold and silver.
Compared with the dimming panel shown in fig. 1, the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 6 is added to the manufacturing process of the transistor 114, the black matrix 115 and the color resistor 116. The manufacturing process of the transistor 114, the black matrix 115 and the color resistor 116 can be referred to the manufacturing process of a conventional liquid crystal display panel, and is not described herein again.
The manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 7 is different from that of the dimming panel shown in fig. 1 in that the step of manufacturing the first alignment layer 117 in fig. 1 is replaced with the step of manufacturing the electrochromic layer 119, the step of manufacturing the second alignment layer 118 in fig. 1 is replaced with the step of manufacturing the ion storage layer 120, and the step of dropping the liquid crystal in fig. 1 is replaced with dropping (Drop) or injecting (Injekt) of the electrolyte solution. The remaining steps are not changed, and refer to the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
Compared with the dimming panel shown in fig. 1, the manufacturing process of the dimming architectural glass shown in fig. 8 is additionally provided with the manufacturing and bonding of the anti-reflection structure. Only the related processes of the antireflection structure 121 are described below, and repeated descriptions are omitted.
Specifically, a first metal wire grid 1212 may be formed on the third substrate 1211 by using a nanoimprint method or a mask patterning process; then, a second inorganic wire grid 1213 which is stacked with the first metal wire grid 1212 is formed by a nanoimprint method or a mask patterning process; then, a third metal wire grid 1214 layered with the second inorganic wire grid 1213 is formed by a nanoimprint method or a mask patterning process, whereby the fabrication of the anti-reflection structure 121 is completed. Then, the side of the anti-reflection structure 121 having the third metal wire grid 1214 is attached to the outer side of the second substrate 102 by frame attaching process, dispensing process, surface attaching process, and the like.
Compared with the dimming panel shown in fig. 1, in the manufacturing process of the dimming architectural glass shown in fig. 9 and 10, the bonding process of the low-emissivity film 122 and the energy-saving film 123 is respectively added, and specifically, the glue-sandwiching process, the optical glue full-bonding process, the glue-dispensing process, the surface-bonding process, and the like can be selected according to specific material characteristics and requirements, and repeated parts are not repeated.
Compared with the dimming panel shown in fig. 1, in the manufacturing process of the dimming architectural glass shown in fig. 11, before the first electrode layer 103 is formed on the first substrate 101, a blackening layer 1241, an anti-radiation layer 1242 and an energy saving layer 1243 are sequentially formed on the first substrate 101, wherein the blackening layer 1241, the anti-radiation layer 1242 and the energy saving layer 1243 form an energy saving layer. The remaining steps can be referred to the manufacturing process of the dimming panel shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in the above manufacturing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the composition process related to each layer structure is formed, which may include not only partial or all processes such as deposition, photoresist coating, mask masking, exposure, development, etching, and photoresist stripping, but also other processes, specifically, a pattern to be formed in an actual manufacturing process is taken as a reference, and is not limited herein. For example, a post-bake process may also be included after development and before etching.
The deposition process may be a chemical vapor deposition method, a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method, or a physical vapor deposition method, which is not limited herein; the Mask used in the Mask process may be a Half-Tone Mask (Half Tone Mask), a Single Slit diffraction Mask (Single Slit Mask) or a Gray Tone Mask (Gray Tone Mask), which is not limited herein; the etching may be dry etching or wet etching, and is not limited herein.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a driving method of the dimming panel, as shown in fig. 17, including:
s1701, providing a first voltage to the first electrode layer and a second voltage to the second electrode layer;
s1702, controlling the dimming panel to reach the target transparency by the dimming layer under the driving of the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage; wherein, the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage is positively correlated with the transparency of the dimming panel, i.e. the larger the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage, the larger the transparency of the dimming panel is, until a bright state with a light transmittance of about 100% is presented; the smaller the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage, the smaller the transparency of the dimming panel, until a dark state with a transmittance of about 0% is presented.
Optionally, in the above driving method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the transparency of the dimming panel may be controlled manually, or may be controlled automatically. In some embodiments, the target transparency of the dimming panel can be manually adjusted and controlled by providing a first voltage for the first electrode layer and providing a second voltage for the second electrode layer through a numerical control direct current power supply; in other embodiments, a photosensitive sensor may be used to convert the transmitted light of the dimming panel into an electrical signal, and the electrical signal is output to the digital control dc power supply; the numerical control direct current power supply provides a first voltage for the first electrode layer according to the electric signal and provides a second voltage for the second electrode layer, so that the dimming panel automatically reaches the target transparency.
The dimming panel and the dimming building glass provided by the disclosure comprise a first substrate base plate and a second substrate base plate which are oppositely arranged; the first electrode layer is positioned on one side of the first substrate base plate facing the second substrate base plate and at least arranged in the dimming area of the dimming panel; the supporting columns are positioned on one side, facing the second substrate base plate, of the first electrode layer; the orthographic projection of each supporting column on the first substrate base plate and the orthographic projection of the first electrode layer on the first substrate base plate have an overlapping area; the transition layer is positioned between the first electrode layer and the support pillar; the second electrode layer is positioned on one side, facing the first substrate, of the second substrate, and the orthographic projection of the second electrode layer on the first substrate at least covers the orthographic projection of the first electrode layer on the first substrate in the light adjusting area; and the light modulation layer is positioned between the second electrode layer and the transition layer. Through setting up the transition layer between first electrode layer and support column for the support column is adhered to on the first electrode layer through the transition layer, has strengthened the adhesion between support column and the first electrode layer from this, has reduced the risk that the support column drops.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made to the disclosed embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosed embodiments. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present disclosure fall within the scope of the claims of the present disclosure and their equivalents, the present disclosure is also intended to encompass such modifications and variations.

Claims (17)

1. A dimming panel having a dimming area, comprising: the light modulation device comprises a first substrate base plate, a second substrate base plate, a first electrode layer, a plurality of supporting columns, a second electrode layer and a light modulation layer, wherein the first substrate base plate and the second substrate base plate are arranged oppositely, the first electrode layer is positioned on one side, facing the second substrate base plate, of the first substrate base plate, the plurality of supporting columns are positioned on one side, facing the second substrate base plate, of the first electrode layer, the second electrode layer is positioned on one side, facing the first substrate base plate, of the second substrate base plate, and the light modulation layer is arranged on the other side, facing the second substrate base plate, of the second substrate base plate; it is characterized by also comprising: a transition layer between the first electrode layer and the support posts;
the first electrode layer is at least arranged in the light adjusting area;
the orthographic projection of each supporting column on the first substrate has an overlapping area with the orthographic projection of the first electrode layer on the first substrate;
the orthographic projection of the second electrode layer on the first substrate at least covers the orthographic projection of the first electrode layer in the light adjusting area;
the light modulation layer is located between the second electrode layer and the transition layer.
2. The dimming panel of claim 1, further comprising a peripheral region on one side of the dimming region, a conductive portion disposed in the peripheral region, and a third electrode layer on the first substrate and disposed in the peripheral region; wherein the third electrode layer and the first electrode layer are insulated from each other, and the third electrode layer and the second electrode layer are electrically connected through the conductive portion.
3. The dimming panel of claim 2, wherein the third electrode layer is disposed in the same layer as the first electrode layer, the first electrode layer is located in the dimming area, and an orthographic projection of the transition layer on the first substrate completely covers an orthographic projection of the first electrode layer on the first substrate.
4. The dimming panel of claim 2, wherein the first electrode layer is located in the dimming area and the peripheral area, the third electrode layer is located on a side of the transition layer facing away from the first electrode layer, and an orthographic projection of the transition layer on the first substrate is located within an orthographic projection of the first electrode layer.
5. The dimming panel of claim 4, further comprising a frame sealing adhesive in the peripheral region, wherein the conductive portion is multiplexed as the frame sealing adhesive.
6. The dimming panel of claim 2, further comprising: the first wiring is electrically connected with the first electrode layer, the second wiring is electrically connected with the third electrode layer, and the numerical control direct current power supply is connected with the first wiring; the digital control direct current power supply is connected between the first wire and the second wire.
7. The dimming panel of claim 1, wherein the transition layer has a thickness in a direction perpendicular to the first substrate base plate of

8. The dimming panel of claim 1, wherein the first electrode layer is a planar electrode and the second electrode layer is a planar electrode or comprises a plurality of block sub-electrodes.

The dimming panel of claim 8, wherein when the second electrode layer comprises a plurality of block-shaped sub-electrodes, further comprising: the plurality of transistors are positioned on the second substrate, the black matrix is positioned between the first substrate and the first electrode layer, and the plurality of color resistors are positioned between the black matrix and the first electrode layer; each transistor is correspondingly and electrically connected with one block-shaped sub-electrode, the black matrix is provided with a plurality of openings, and one color resistor is correspondingly arranged in each opening.
10. The dimming panel of any of claims 1-8, wherein the dimming layer is a dye liquid crystal layer, further comprising: the first alignment layer is positioned on one side of the support column, which faces the dimming layer, and the second alignment layer is positioned on one side of the second electrode layer, which faces the dimming layer.
11. The dimming panel of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising: an electrochromic layer in the dimming region on a side of the transition layer facing the dimming layer, and an ion storage layer in the dimming region on a side of the second electrode layer facing the dimming layer; the light adjusting layer is an electrolyte solution.
12. A light-regulating architectural glass comprising the light-regulating panel according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. The light-adjusting architectural glass of claim 12, further comprising: the anti-reflection structure is arranged on one side of the first substrate base plate, which is deviated from the second substrate base plate, and/or one side of the second substrate base plate, which is deviated from the first substrate base plate.

The dimming architectural glass of claim 13, wherein the anti-reflection structure comprises a third substrate base plate, and a plurality of wire grid structures on a side of the third substrate base plate facing the first substrate base plate and/or the second substrate base plate, each wire grid structure comprising a first wire grid, a second wire grid and a third wire grid arranged in a stack; wherein the reflectivity of the first wire grid is less than the reflectivity of the third wire grid.
15. The light-adjusting architectural glass of claim 12, further comprising: the low-emissivity film is positioned on one side, away from the first substrate, of the second substrate, the surface emissivity of the low-emissivity film is less than 0.25, and the reflectivity of the low-emissivity film to infrared rays is greater than 80%.
16. The light-adjusting architectural glass of claim 12, further comprising: the energy-saving film is positioned on one side, away from the second substrate, of the first substrate, and comprises a metal film and a polyester substrate which are sequentially positioned on one side, away from the second substrate, of the first substrate.
17. The light-adjusting architectural glass of claim 12, further comprising: a functional layer between the first substrate base plate and the first electrode layer, the functional layer including at least one of a blackening layer, a radiation-resistant layer, and an energy-saving layer, the blackening layer including: at least one of a molybdenum-niobium alloy film, a molybdenum oxide film, a silicon nitride and amorphous silicon composite film, wherein the radiation-resistant layer comprises at least one of an aluminum metal film, an aluminum alloy film and an aluminum metal compound film; the energy-saving layer comprises at least one of a silver metal film, a silver alloy film and a silver metal compound film.
